Atmosphere was lovely. Staff were exceptional. Amenities were great. Very clean hotel. Nicely decorated lobby and restaurant area. Rooms were clean, nicely decorated and our room had a mountain view. Good value for the price.
Wish the restaurant was open!! The staff did tell us about the restaurants in the area which was very helpful. Starbucks is next door in the next hotel. Also Jasper has many dining options available with free parking if you choose to drive. Hot tub was nice.. but couldn’t enjoy it as much because there was 2 families playing dodgeball in the pool. Not very considerate as the balls were hitting us and they were splashing us with water every other minute. If they weren’t there probably would have been able to relax and enjoy it. Left early.. annoyed at inconsiderate parents. This isn’t McDonald’s play place. Maybe have an adults only hour from 9-10. Would have preferred that to relax and unwind.

We booked Alpine section of the hotel that has been renovated/built a couple of years ago. It is still in a good shape and holds up to its value. You will be able to cook a small meal or heat up one. Similar to other hotels from series, you will get Rocky Mountain shampoos and showering gels, which is always a bonus. From what it looks, there are some reno happening within main building, so we may see main rooms be up-to-date as well at some point.
Swimming pool can get a bit busy at times. It is a bit far from downtown/core area, but it is also a bonus in the morning as you can quickly get to the highway and drive to Marmot.

Comfy bed. Restaurants indoors so don’t have to go out and get cold. Really helpful staff. Elk were nearby on arrival.
The part I was in was partly under renovation, so hopefully more modern bathrooms are coming. The heater in the room was quite loud. There was a kettle in the room, but I couldn’t find mugs or tea or coffee. This isn’t a didn’t like, but more of a FYI if you have a sensitive nose - the pool is in an open air part with the lobby and breakfast room, so you may smell chlorine a lot. Another FYI - some of the rooms windows open into the internal lobby with the pool etc. So they don’t have the best privacy.

I came for a work function and I just had to stay here again. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was cozy, and the location was perfection. The staff where professional and courteous, they made check in & check out a breeze. When I arrived I noticed the previous guest turned the fridge off so it left a pool of water in the fridge. So I called down & maintenance showed up and handled it within minutes.Thank you for the spectacular hospitality. I can't wait to come back!
parking is a little tight.

The location is very good, very central, close to restaurants, Starbucks, and stores. The hotel itself is super cute, with lots of space to enjoy. The hot tub and pool were amazing—great for resting. The rooms were clean and organized, super new! I think we stayed in the new area of the hotel, so everything was high-tech and smelled like new.
Breakfast was disappointing. We arrived there at night and went to see the hotel itself, noticing they had two restaurants. We were excited to wake up the next day and enjoy breakfast. However, when we got there, we found a buffet also as an option. Initially, we were excited, but when we took our food to our table, we realized the eggs were rotten and smelled like fish. One of my friends couldn't eat at all and went to Starbucks to get something to eat. The rest of us ended up eating there, but we avoided the eggs. Additionally, the coffee was gone when we arrived, and although the lady said they would refill it, we never received our coffee. Overall, the experience at the breakfast restaurant wasn't very good.

From the point of arrival, I was welcomed with a smile and a ton of information. The front end was wonderful at answering my questions and pointing me in the direction I needed to go. My room was upgraded to 2 queens and a kitchenette. Very clean and comfortable room! The shower was clean, and the water pressure was divine after a long drive. My boys loved the swimming pool and hot tub, and I enjoyed the steam room. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and the meals were lovely. All the staff that we came across were super kind, well-kept, and professional. Outside, located around the buildings, there were warm fires going with many chairs for guests. We very much enjoyed our trip and will definitely be back again!
The bathroom didn't have a working fan.

Lovely recently renovated room. Plenty of space. Modern kitchen with full facilities. Had fantastic restaurant for evening meal. Husband said it was the best curry he had had outside of an Indian restaurant ( and he would not say that lightly!) My fish tacos were great and very reasonable prices compared to other Jasper restaurants. Lovely view of mountains from room.
Only things were crockery and cutlery was put away dirty for some reason. Bedding and towels a little rough compared to the other 6 Canadian hotels I'd stayed in on my trip.

April 2024
April 2024, The rooms were like brand new pretty much. Beautiful bath room. Very comfortable two queen beds and medium sized pillows. Kitchenette was all new as well and well equipped including a mini-dishwasher with provided pods. Very quiet area in the newer section of the hotel looking south towards Whistlers Mountain (3rd floor, Rooms 610). Nice large TV with SHAW Cable. Balcony facing the side parking lot but also the mountains. Plenty of room for our luggage and coats and including a small round dinner table and booth seating for 3 and 2 benches. Very large glass shower with body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided and hand soap and hand cream at the sink. Alarm clock with 2x USB connectors. Keuring coffee maker with many coffee pods and tea provided. Good and very quiet AC and heating. Really nothing negative about this place at all. The hot tub/spa if open, would have been the cherry on the very tasty cake! We didn't go to the restaurants or comment areas near the main lobby, but it did look very nice with a great vaulted ceiling and nice relaxing atmosphere. I would book there again tomorrow!!!
Unfortunately the pool, spa was closed for maintenance during our stay. I think we would have used it if it was open but it didn't really affect our stay significantly. Some people may not like the 'Barn style' bathroom door. It worked very well and was very quiet to open and close but it doesn't cut out the bathroom sounds very well. We did ask for house cleaning services while there, so the very small kitchen garbage/recycling can got very full. I would suggest a larger can would be better or ask the cleaning person a few times during your longer stay to clear it out.

Great facilities and views. We received a generous free upgrade to a room with a view when we arrived. The whole family enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Great little gym with a lot of equipment. Hotel was very clean. Room was replenished every day. Good proximity to town.
We felt the restaurant closed a little early for our holiday routine. 9pm would have worked better for us. 8pm closure meant you really had to be there by 7pm to allow time to eat dinner after ordering. Just personal preference though, the closure time suited most people. Tv was difficult to operate. English program listing didn't match actual program. Most channels were in French, which were hard to follow.

we only stayed one night on our way through to Prince george. the Staff were super friendly with my Autistic brother. and even though the pool area was packed, our room was quiet.
the area outside the hotel is very dark, even at 6pm in december. also access into the hotel from the parking lot is not clear, once i went through a staff only door and ended up lost in some utility halls, another time i decided to walk around to the front, but there was no sidewalks, the driveway was narrow, and extremly icy.
