Kitchenettes were well-equipped. Beds were comfortable. Spacious living room area. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Bathroom was modern with a nice shower.

Main floor bedroom was tight on space and no storage for clothing for extended stays. Hotel charged full price for the rooms 10 months in advance of the stay which was unexpected. I could understand a deposit, but not the full price. Booking.com said it was the hotel that made the decision, the hotel claimed it was Booking.com’s policy. Having to output over $10000 10 months prior to the stay was stressful. For one room, the length of stay was reduced by 1 night at least one month prior to the stay. The refund for this 1 night was not made until check-out, and was not made to the credit card that was used to pay for the room - it was made to the credit card used at check-in, leaving me having to get that money from the person who stayed in that room.

Situated on the north side of Jasper, this was a great place to arrive to after hours on the road. The reception staff were friendly and professional, gave all the guidance and info we needed and where to find the free, secure on-site parking. The room itself was a great size, clean, up- and downstairs, good wifi connection, all facilities needed for a very comfortable self-catering stay, and a small balcony with views up the hills to the north (and ground squirrels keeping themselves busy about the fields). The on-site restaurant is a bonus for travellers too tired to make it into town, it's casual and unpretentious with friendly staff and serves some great plates. Location: superb - easy walking distance to all of Jasper and for hikes into the surrounding hills, and a great base from which to head off on longer drives to all the regional sites (Maligne Canyon, Medicine Lake, Lake Maligne, Athabasca River and Falls, Edith Cavell, Pyramid Lake and Island and Mountain, and lots more of course). Would I stay again: yes!

The room was a good size and layout with a nice, well equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. The location was good with a car but a little bit far for easy access walking into town. It was great having a laundry just down the corridor at a good price.

We were a family of 3 and the downside was that the 3rd bed is a pullout in the living area which meant that there was very little room left once the bed was made up. Also the pullout bed wasn't the most comfortable for our daughter. Parking in Jasper was a nightmare as everything is dependent on APPs on your phone which when you're a visitor you don't have or want! We found only one parking machine that accepted a card or coins!

Quiet location away from the railway line. Short walk into town. Great views. Spacious room with a double bedroom downstairs and a triple room on the mezzanine floor. The Grill Restaurant was excellent and served good food. Elk in the garden of the hotel/running down the street outside.

Poorly equipped kitchen/utensils/plates for 5 people. No scissors, no sharp knives other than bread knives. Only 4 wine glasses. Had to keep washing up as there weren't enough things for everyone. Noisy neighbours - not very soundproofed. Kids next door kept us up but we rang reception and they sorted it out which was good. Air con would have been useful as it was very hot during our stay.

Don't be fooled by the outside appearance of this inn. The ground-floor unit we had was renovated and modern. It had a nice-sized living space, small kitchen and separate bedroom & bathroom. I loved the walk-in shower with a rain shower head. Kitchen was reasonably equipped with a full-sized refrigerator. Parking was right outside our unit. Inn is located outside the busy downtown section of Jasper so it was quiet there yet still convenient to everything. There is no air conditioning but we didn't find it to be an issue and we were there during a heat wave.

The bed was not comfortable for me. It was very soft and I kept rolling to the middle. Even though there were bar stools we thought a small table with two chairs would have been nice, especially since there is room for it. Paper towels would have been appreciated. All other places I have rented with a kitchen provided paper towels. Bowls provided were very small for adult portions.

The suite was perfect for family travel - separate bedroom with twin beds for kids and their own bathroom, very spacious with sitting area and balcony, great for a break from cramped space as a family on a road trip. Also good hotel pool and hot tub, comfy beds, clean and inside the rooms were updated, could walk to town, a bit long but doable. Staff was friendly/helpful. Great jacuzzi tub with seats for two in the master bath!

No elevator, no microwave despite other utensils and sink that made it seem there could have been a “kitchenette” in this room type, and we really could have used one. Also pricey for what it is, a bit outdated on the outside of the buildings but that didn’t bother us as soon as we saw the actual room.

Pleasent hotel in Jasper. We were only there for one night however the hotel was more than appropriate for our stay. Its a slightly older hotel however the room was clean and comfy and, good bed and quiet. We went to the onsite restuarant for dinner and had a lovely meal. A good selection of meals and certainly no complaints. Happy to recommend the restaurant as there were not a lot of options nearby in Jasper for the evening. We also used the coin operated laundry for washing as we travel lite, No issues with washing facilities.

No complaints we were happy with the stay.

Our apartment was huge and very well equipped. We were particularly impressed with how good the curtains were. The room was very dark so it was easy to sleep. Location was great, far enough from the busier area to be really quiet, but close enough to it that you could walk easily. Pool and hot tub were great too!

The bed was a little lumpy and sloped inwards. We got used to it though and it was OK. Our main concern was that the people walking above us were really loud. Even after we called reception and asked them to speak to them (as this was happening at 11pm onwards) nothing changed. Not sure if it was the floor below them as their footsteps sounded like they were wearing bricks as shoes.
