Location was great as dropped off by our bus from Calgary at the train station across the street from the hotel. Girls on reception were friendly, polite and professional. Room was a good size for one night. Bed was comfortable with nice linens, snuggly doona and a good size. Bathroom had a bath with overhead shower. Nice fluffly towels. Heating was good as it was very cold and wet when we arrived and -2 when we woke in the morning. Our room had a nice view of the park across the road. The hotel's Italian restaurant was great for breakfast and lunch. Great, friendly staff, good fresh food, good size portions with a good menu and wine list.

No kettle in the room just a coffee make which had a funny taste to the water we heated in it for tea - not a coffee taste but an electrical taste. Noisy plumbing throughout the night, we couldn't work out where the noise was coming from as no rooms above ours. We were in Room 219 and could hear people outside on the footpath at midnight- woke us both up. Hotel still using small plastic bottle of shampoo etc and package bath soap - find this wasteful as you don't use it all and not environmentally friendly.

Location was great- by the station which is what I needed. Right in the Centre of Jasper. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked (one of those old clunky wall mounted things). When my room key didn't work the Reception guy came up to help me.

The view was 💩 - overlooking the car park which was ugly. Trucks unloaded there leaving engines running which stank of diesel in the room. The morning reception staff were unfriendly- young students moaning about going back to school next week - not smiling or friendly. I had to go to the kitchen and find someone to seat me at breakfast as they were all out there chatting. Finally... there's only 1 lift - which is used by people making deliveries and the housekeeping staff. It was not my best stay in Canada

Stayed one night in Queen Room in September 2023. Great central location. Limited car parking for guests on site, but we managed to snaffle a spot. Good sized room. 2 queen beds. Good shower. Coffee making machine and fridge. Very clean. Reception staff (Josh) very friendly and helpful. Hot tub available in building but we didn't use it. Breakfast not included but we ate in restaurant on ground floor. Nice food, but, like everything else in Jasper including hotel, seemed expensive for what you got. That's the only reason didn't give hotel full marks. Would stay here again if back in Jasper.

Jasper seems expensive

Great location; Clean rooms; Helpful staff; was able to store my bike in secure location;

Not enough parking on site; I had to park 2-3 blocks away. At booking we asked for a quiet room; unfortunately and unbeknownst to us, we were given a room above the rear entrance to the hotel, which also was the exit to the pub and from 10:30 pm until after 01:00 AM were subjected to loud/noisy/arguing/laughing/partying of drunk groups of people congregating at this rear hotel/pub exit.

The view was amazing and the bed was really soft and comfortable and very spacious. The vibe of the whole inn and room was welcoming and homy. There was easy access to the rest of the town and was basically walking distance to anything because the inn was located in the middle.

The showerhead was a little harsh and if you don’t angle it properly, theres a chance you might flood your bathroom floor. Good thing my partner could reach it and readjust it for me. There were some kids running around and prank calling our room which we found more funny than annoying. Overall, we had a very relaxing time. I’m glad I chose Whistler’s Inn.

We loved the rooftop hot tubs and we loved that our room was right by it. The bar/dining room downstairs was fun and so nice that we didn't have to go out in the cold to access it. The Italian restaurant onsite too was lovely. Location right in the middle of town was very convenient.

My only gripe is the lack of soundproofing from room to room. Don't love hearing the people next door loud and clear.

The location was technically at one end of town but town is only a couple of kilometres long so this was not an issue. It was right opposite the train station and close to lots of food and shops. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and there was a spa on the roof with amazing mountain views. Pub downstairs was really lively and they offer a late night menu which was super handy as I’d gotten in quite late.

I liked everything about this property.

Great location, fabulous Mountain View from bedroom window. Free parking anywhere in Jasper because hotel car park was full.

Quite a lot of noise at night until about 2am because bar terrace was 2 floors below us. No safe. Coffee machine pathetic and no kettle provided. No space in hotel car park though free parking provided on public car park so this wasn’t really a problem.

We loved the rooftop hottub, the pub downstairs was full of live music and pool games, the Italian restaurant was really quite delicious, the location could not have been better. 24 hour front desk staff is a huge bonus, and we were able to check in early and change our room sort of last minute without any fuss- the staff were so friendly.

The blankets were a bit thin, not the most cozy. We tried calling down to ask if it was possible to get any more but front desk must have been busy and we opted to just up the thermostat rather than be a bother.

We had the one room in the complex with a balcony! Although the room did not have a kitchenette, it was spacious and comfortable. It ended up being our favorite accommodation on this 12 day journey! The location is fantastic, the room is quiet proof so you can't hear all the folks partying into the night. Wonderful bed and linens. And although we didn't need it in the heat of summer, it did have a cute fireplace. I will always stay here and hopefully in this same room in all my future visits to Jasper (fingers crossed there will be many....loved it here!) I liked that we could park anywhere in town and the hotel paid the fees for us. The proximity to all the eateries and shops was great. I thought the room would feel very "hotel-y", but it felt more like a studio apartment (sans kitchen!)

I didn't like checking out, because I wanted to stay forever!
