It was a really nice 3-day stay where we use it as a base for exploring the Jasper park. It is relatively close to the city center, if you have a car (of course), and other attractions. We felt safe and confortable there, and the staff is really nice. There is a restaurant next to the reception. We bought our own breakfast at the supermarket and used the provided coffee machine and refrigerator.
For the price, I would expect an included breakfast. It was the most expensive place we've stayed (like a Playstation 5 per day), but we understand that Canada is expensive and Jasper/Banff parks have a limited number of well rated places to stay. Another suggestion is to lend or rent a bear spray for the guests during the stay - we spent $50 just in case, and had to discard it three days later.

The location, views, and cleaning staff were amazing. The rooms were nice, but a bit small. The restaurant was really nice, you could choose to eat outside or inside and the food was delicious. We had hiking trails straight from our cabin and also a beautiful river we could walk down to.
The only thing I can think of is the rooms might be a bit small, expecially for 3 or more people. I had to be careful not to bump into stuff getting in and out of bed.

We rented two rroms for four nights in September 2023. The bungalows had a well equipped kitchen (but no food. You should bring with you even salt and pepper). The kitchen and dining place are comfortable. The beds were comfortable. We were just near the river, with a nice seating place in the middle of the beautiful nature. The location is very close to Jasper, and has parking for every room.
The bedroom could have been a little larger.

Breakfast at Banff Park Lodge was excellent. Friendly attentive staff and good menu. View from restaurant great. View from accommodation over Bow River was very scenic. Accommodation close to all amenities. Room compact but comfortable.joyable
The glass sliding door to balcony was difficult and dangerous to manoeuvre. Needs fixing. Key cards needing to be reactivated many times was frustrating.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, and nice bathroom. Rustic and very close to the river, also very convenient for the town, and lovely views from outside the cabin. We used the restaurant one night and the food was reasonable, and very quickly served, with friendly service.
One bed was just in an alcove off the main room, and there was no separate clothes storage or even room for a bedside table. The mini kitchenette was very small, and not very well equipped, but we managed as we were only there for a couple of days. Also the lighting could have been better.

Only thing was you can hear the next door neighbors. Especially, if they were extra loud ( slamming drawers , doors, and talking loud). Fortunately, we woke up early anyhow , and our neighbors were only loud in mornings . Of course we left everyday early to go hiking and enjoying Jasper and didn’t get back until after 7 pm .

Executive suite has it's own balcony overlooking the river. Walking trail along the river. Room was awesome, spacious, very clean and cosy. Well-appointed kitchen with nothing lacking. Comfy bed and linens. Located a short drive from Jasper, with walking/biking trail accessibility. On-site restaurant offering Happy Hour and meals. Nice to be surrounded by nature away from busy Jasper. Parking spot right outside room. Central open green area with BBQ and seating.

After staying in more hotel-like accommodations throughout our trip, we enjoyed having more of a "home" feel at Jasper House Bungalows. The location was perfect (along the Icefields Parkway) and it was incredibly convenient to have a restaurant on-site.
The wi-fi was via a slow, un-secured network. It was included, so you get what you pay for, but it still seemed this could have been better for the price of the room.

The location is amazing. The view on the river is beautful and it is so close to Jasper downtown. It is very expensive but well worth it if you are traveling with elder people (which we were). Everbody could enjoy the scenery.
The staff was a bit chaotic with paying when we arrived. We also wanted to watch the hockey game (Stanley cup) in the bar, but they insisted they close at 21.00 (the game was until 22.00). That was terrible service, we were with an 80-year-old lady, and they did not want to stay open for one more hour so we did not have to go into town again. Plus, they would have made money on drinks - I guess their loss but it did not feel very welcoming.

The location of Jasper House Bungalows is so pretty; easy access to all sights within JNP; sitting by the river each morning and evening was such a perfect beginning and ending to each day; the cabin was well equipped for cooking; the bedroom and alcove were comfortable; and the herd of elk lounging out my window made it an unforgettable property.
Loved everything about the property.
