To be honest we didn’t like the property to start with as it felt very overlooked and white dark inside due to the darkly stained wood. However, the location is great for sightseeing around Jasper and the proximity to the river is a real bonus for a relaxing stroll. The site is visited by elk who also go down to the river so we saw them quite a lot which was lovely. The site was quiet (if you are away from the road) and the staff friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I was visiting Jasper.
The layout of the bungalows on the site means a lack of privacy

We were here for three nights. Large, comfortable bed and quiet surroundings with walking access to river and neighbouring campsites and local walking/biking trails. Very handy to Skytram, Valley of five lakes walk and just a short drive or cycle to Jasper town. Wildlife is commonly seen on site, and we had a Grizzly Bear, which was very exciting. All well managed as s/he was usshered away by National Park staff.
No breakfast was available on site (info on booking.com said there was, but restaurant only open evenings), so with no kitchen facilities, it means byo stuff or drive into town. The rooms are not very soundproof, so you will hear your neighbours in their rooms if you are unfortunate and they are noisy.

The staff here were so helpful and friendly especially Daryl at reception and Jess and her restaurant team provided excellent service, friendly interaction and good recommendations The chalets are in a lovely spot by the river. The chalets were comfortable and provided everything we needed We based ourselves here and went out every day . We ate at the restaurant and the food was excellent quality Would stay here again
We felt there was a lack of good lighting in the chalet especially over coffee machine but this may not be an issue in summer The heater can be noisy when it comes on.

The house was wonderful! Super cozy, has everything you need, sits on the river bank and you can see and hear the river. Wild life comes close, we saw a bear just a few yards away from the window.
There is almost no internet connection. The property has satellite internet, but it almost didn’t work in our house. Also the house doesn’t have air conditioning and it was very hot in the evening and first half of the night, but we were staying during the heat wave, I think usually it is not bad.

It was a really nice 3-day stay where we use it as a base for exploring the Jasper park. It is relatively close to the city center, if you have a car (of course), and other attractions. We felt safe and confortable there, and the staff is really nice. There is a restaurant next to the reception. We bought our own breakfast at the supermarket and used the provided coffee machine and refrigerator.
For the price, I would expect an included breakfast. It was the most expensive place we've stayed (like a Playstation 5 per day), but we understand that Canada is expensive and Jasper/Banff parks have a limited number of well rated places to stay. Another suggestion is to lend or rent a bear spray for the guests during the stay - we spent $50 just in case, and had to discard it three days later.

location, view of the river, atmosphere of the place - even though it is not the newest, it has its own charm and atmosphere. Very nice & helpful personel.
no air conditioning, small kitchen. Nevertheless, even though we were in the bungalow during very hot weather, surprisingly it was not very hot and the fan was enough. Despite the hot days, the nights in Jasper are quite cool, so it's not too bad at night even without AC.

One of the best places we've ever stayed. The views are spectacular, I'd recommend staying in one of the lodges by the river, but overall facilities are great. Staff is lovely, and the restaurant on site is superb, too. The walk into town is about 40 min and it'd be good if there was a shuttle bus.

The location, views, and cleaning staff were amazing. The rooms were nice, but a bit small. The restaurant was really nice, you could choose to eat outside or inside and the food was delicious. We had hiking trails straight from our cabin and also a beautiful river we could walk down to.
The only thing I can think of is the rooms might be a bit small, expecially for 3 or more people. I had to be careful not to bump into stuff getting in and out of bed.

We rented two rroms for four nights in September 2023. The bungalows had a well equipped kitchen (but no food. You should bring with you even salt and pepper). The kitchen and dining place are comfortable. The beds were comfortable. We were just near the river, with a nice seating place in the middle of the beautiful nature. The location is very close to Jasper, and has parking for every room.
The bedroom could have been a little larger.

Great location, remarkably clean, friendly staff. Wildlife nearby and lovely views of the river.
Walls are pretty thin - we had to move cabins due to screaming children in the adjacent cabin. Price feels kind of high for the accommodations
