The staff were very cordial and helpful. We received a room on the bottom floor since I am disabled and had a 7-year-old with me. We stayed five nights and the cost was very reasonable. It was not a fancy motel, but if you are not planning on doing anything other than sleep and shower there ... it is perfect!

The only fault with the motel was the parking. When people take up two parking spaces it makes it hard to find a space to park. If I was running the motel, I will tell the people to park so others had room.

As always, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and nice to help make our stay enjoyable. Oh, and the location is perfect!

There was no breakfast offered. The room size was huge. Room was clean and there were plenty of clean towels and washcloths.

Some cosmetic details need work (baseboard missing but still old glue marks on the wall). Arrangement of furniture was off. Tv was too far from beds. The vape store in the parking lot is unsightly.

All was good. Very comfortable beds, and very clean facilities. Although the place is showing it's age, we found it provided everything we needed. Will go back again.

Perhaps a little more heat in the bathroom. However it was not a deal breaker for us at all.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. It's basic clean accomodation, I really appreciate that it's nothing fancy, clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. The window in the bathroom facing the trains was nice to have natural light come in and privacy.

Everything was great!

We stayed at the motel for 4 nights because our car broke down in Grand Forks. The motel staff was wonderful and nice. They have been helpful in everything. I can only recommend them, and in addition to their kindness, they have a perfect pool for refreshment on those hot days.

The location was fantastic right across Cranbrook Street from Domino's ~ so handy to grab a pizza at midnight A&W is beside Domino's & I had breakfast out with my family on Canada Day Super close to both shopping & restaurants My room was so comfortable & quiet ~ I would stay again Jade is lovely & did so much more than any Hote/Motel/Inn staff have ever done in Canada & the USA plus her husband is very kind They're both 100% dedicated to their establishment & it shows in all areas

The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. Ideal for a solo traveler or a compatible couple..single queen bed..spacious with a love seat

The external aesthetics…they should beauty it to make it more appealing…very drab look

The Hotel is easy to find and in close proximity to essentials such as restaurants, fast food, shops, gas station, mall, and on top of that, along the highway. But most of all, the staff were so friendly and always ready to help!

Nothing! My stay helped me recover fast from the tiring travel.

All good, no real issues. Well positioned for shops fuel and the like. Easy to find. Very nice owners. Clean and tidy.

The hot water for the shower was cold never got hot for some reason. I was in a rush so didn't make a fuss.
