This is a long time favourite. Its lush courtyard with the pool is a calming oasis. The room had a stove top and sink so we could prepare meals. The new owners have put in a sophisticated coffee and hot beverage machine that dispenses delicious coffees and hot chocolate - a great way to start the day or pick you up during the day. Thank you!

New owners just took over two days before we got there. They were left with a heck of a mess, that they are trying hard to clean. Our room was spotless and quiet, great beds, and the owners were beyond accommodating. Give this nice couple some time and they’ll have this place in great shape!

We were met with smiles and professionalism at the office, given clear and concise information to all questions we had. Provided with a very clean room that was stocked with everything we needed for our overnight stay. Premises were quiet (don't know if it would be so quiet if the pool were open and the weather was mild?) and very easy check out the following day. A most pleasant stay, and it will be repeated!

clean, comfortable beds, having a little kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, plates, utensils, tea and coffee. Quiet room. Friendly front desk and so convenient to get to the ferry in the morning. We always stay here when passing through the area.

The only minor flaw was some chipped, worn away areas in the room that could use a little repair but it didn’t bother us.

I appreciated the clean and spacious room, with quick easy access to the pool. The bed was very comfortable. The room was also well stocked with dishes and pans for cooking if needed. The desk attendant was friendly and accommodating.

Some people might require air conditioning. However, the pool and a fan in the room proved very sufficient on the hot days.

Room met all our expectations. It was spacious and comfortable. We liked the area near the pool where our entire group could get together.

Pool was closed on the day we arrived. Not sure why. Also it was closed the morning of our departure for cleaning.

The place was nice, all the staff members we interacted with were very friendly. The pool area was nice and open and even though it was in the middle of all the rooms we didn't hear it much during our stay.

Everything was good they just seemed a little limited on supplies, we asked for extra pillows to help elevate my dads legs but never heard anything back.

It's an older building for sure, but immaculately kept up. I had a room on the inside courtyard. It was perfect for me as I travel on a bicycle so I had a very secure place, right outside my door, to store it. The room was large. The patio door allowed me to let in lots of fresh air. I sleep lightly yet heard nothing at all from other guests the entire time I was there. Nor did I hear any street noise. I very much appreciated the lack of carpet, and what looked like newer vinyl plank floors (or similar product). Check in was simple. The room was spotless. Wifi was great. Great value, I will be back.

Honestly, there was nothing I did not like.

Great family hotel, with very clean rooms, well-maintained pool, and social areas. Erika and the rest of the staff were amazing and worked as much as they could to enjoy our family holidays. Thank you, Erika! my kids loved it too! Will go back for sure!

The beds are a bit too soft for what we are used to, but I understand most customers like soft beds.

The location was perfect for the ferry terminal. The hosts were amazing - so friendly and welcoming. The room exceeded expectations! It was large and well kept. The decor was modern and open so the room felt nice and spacious. The swimming pool was cold but great for a morning dip!

A microwave would have been a great addition to the kitchenette
