From the shuttle pick up to check-in, everything was super easy, which was great after a long day of flights with delays. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a lovely big, hot shower complete with nice smelling soap and shampoo. In the morning, we were grateful to have access to the gym with floor mats so we could do some stretches, and equipment to get moving without having to brave the cold outside. The pool was a great temperature (not too hot) for a few laps, before enjoying a warm soak in the whirlpool. Breakfast buffet was easy, with no waiting. The wifi worked well, so we were able to get some work done before our pick up arrived.

It would have been nice to have some sort of vegetables available for breakfast (other than fried potatoes), and also water (not hot).

The hotel has an excellent location close to the airport and several great restaurants. The rooms are bog and clean and the hotel overall is very well maintained.

The breakfast was something that really needs to be improved. The choices were minimal and the warm options only included powered scramed eggs and tasteless sausages. The hotel.was also super crowded and getting a seat at breakfast was impossible. There were people everywhere and it felt more like a mall at Christmas than a classy retreat.

New hotel, clean and mostly quiet. Huge shout out to Ravi, the front desk person, who was very nice, attentive and helpful. The breakfast was ok.

There was a big group of kids aged 7-13 (a sports team I believe) staying at the hotel and they were quite rowdy running around, screaming. Also, a bunch of kids was going crazy at the pool with no adults around making it practically unusable. I was staying with my 3 year old and we felt uncomfortable and unsafe at times. Even though I understand that it's not exactly hotel's fault, however, I thought the hotel management could have handled it better.

Nice big room for a family, we had enough beds and loved how the sink area could lock separately from the toilet/shower.

Our TV/remote stopped working on our second to last day, we had to get the front desk up to turn it off after midnight but nothing was offered to fix the problem so we were without tv for the last 36 hours. I tried to replace the remote batteries myself but was unable to get the cover off. Also, the pool membrane/surface below the tile is *very* rough- it caused two of our family members injuries that are still healing 10 days later

The breakfast was very good with excellent choices. The hotel is relatively new. It is clean and bright and very well looked after. The pool was clean and the gym good. The staff member on departure was friendly and helpful. There is complimentary coffee in the foyer as well as in rooms.

The staff member who checked us in was less friendly, verging on snooty. This didn't detract from our stay however. The location is a little far from downtown Kelowna.

This is the second time that we have visited the Hampton Inn Hotel in Kelowna. We like the cleanliness of the rooms and lobby. The breakfast was good.

pay parking. I think the parking fee should be free for Hampton guests. We didn't pay for the parking spot, the nice lady at the reception viewed the fees but I think it was a bit confusing for the guests who paid for the room and addition to that needed to pay for parking.

This was the perfect spot for my stay as I was working close by. I love the location. The room was very comfortable and clean and it was easy to keep the temperature right especially for sleeping. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a long day of work. I also enjoyed the morning breakfast and took advantage of room service from the Gulfsteam restaurant which was really excellent and quick service! Definitely will be coming back!

The bed was a little bit soft for my liking but I did have a relatively decent sleep each night.

Proximity to the airport. Close enough to walk, if you were so inclined. Shuttle buses available every fifteen minutes should you choose otherwise. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet more than met my needs. Good selection to pick from. Great restaurant across the parking lot and many fast food/drive throughs within minutes of he hotel.

Staff were friendly and accomodating. Coffee in lobby was fabulous and breakfast was good. Rooms were decorated nicely and comfortable. And hotel was quiet and you could not hear noise above or below, or beside you.

Pool was quite chilly and hot tub was not working. When the housekeeper made up our room we came back after a day out and found our door propped open. Thankfully nothing was stolen from our room. I called the desk immediately and they apologized and stated they would advise staff to be more careful.

I try to stay at Hampton Inns whenever I travel. Consistently comfortable and very clean, helpful, friendly staff and good breakfasts. Good airport shuttle service.

The hotel is in an isolated area adjacent to the airport, not much in the way of facilities close by unless you have a car. be nice if it had a restaurant and bar. Like many hotels since covid prices have gone up, I find $200 a night excessive for accomodation.
