Location worked well. The water, ice, and bubbly water was excellent.

I had a room with an adjoining room. The two women next door tried several times to open the adjoining door and stayed up until midnight talking non-stop. Not sure if the walls between adjoining rooms are thinner.

The location was very central and allowed us to park our car and walk most places. It was a 1 minute walk through to the main area so this meant it was a lot quieter being back a little.

The photography of the room is very tricky as it shows just the vanity in the bathroom which is newish however the shower/ bath combo and shower curtain as well as tiles was VERY outdated and the shower tapware was from the 80's and very hard to get the temperature right. The furniture was also pretty outdated and we felt like with less furniture it would feel less cramped and more modern. There was a really funky smell almost always in the lobby near the lift/ restaurant. It smelt like old seafood. We heard others complain about it too.

Great location for ski in and out. My husband and I didn’t ski but my teenage son snowboards so it was good for him to come and go as he wanted. Right in the Village so easy to walk everywhere. We parked our car the whole time (be aware there is a $28/day parking fee on top of room charge) but that is probably standard for the Village. Loved that there was free carbonated water available by the ice machine!

Room is a bit small and nowhere really to sit except on the bed. The 2 small chairs not really comfortable.

Location was primo - a few steps away from the center of Whistler Village for shops and restaurants. Staff super friendly and even helped with luggage without asking. Room exceptionally clean and comfortable. Bathroom a little dated but tub was extra long and large so was great for a good soaking after a long day of travel. Parking garage was secure. All in all, we were very happy with our stay and will plan to return in the next year.

First floor is actually a few steps up from the lobby so if you have heavy luggage it can be challenging. Other floors are accessible by elevator. Would be nice to have ice machine on all floors and not just the third floor but this wouldn't be a deal breaker for us.

The rooms/beds were very clean and comfortable. The staff were always available, friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic.

The board/ski room probably could be converted into lockers given the hotel and rooms don't otherwise have any particularly good space for drying/airing boots and ski clothes. A locker in the dry/board room (similar to other resorts we have stayed at) would do the trick as the process of drying/airing ski gear in a two queen bed room didn't really work well.

The reception staff were always welcoming, friendly, and wished us a good day. Our boards were stored away by the staff, which was added security Our bed was comfortable, and the heating was easily adjustable. The room was serviced well every day, It was very appreciated. We enjoyed a gorgeous dinner in the Barefoot Bistro and had an apre's at the bar another day. Both are definite to book!!

The spa was just too loaded with Chlorine to be used. We tried once only and couldn't breathe! The bathroom was small and quite dated, and the whole space needed a lot more hooks and hanging space.

Good value and they gave us an upgrade which was most welcome.

Would have loved an outdoor spa. Kettle needed longer cord.

The hotel is well localized, close to numerous stores and restaurants, and easy to access both on foot and by car. The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was quiet and clean. I have no complaints here.

Ultimately, It is pricy, but the city itself is quite expenseive. What I simply cannot accept from a hotel in Canada, a country where having a car is basically a must to go around, is payed parking. There was plenty of space.

Location is not in the village center itself, but close enought to walk there. Liked the reception area with it's rustic feeling and open fire. By booking 2 beds I got the best price which is kind of strange as I was travelling solo. But so the room was quite spacious. Water fountain with sparkling water available on my 3rd floor - nice for a refill not from the bathroom.

No such a big fan of carpet in the room. Only garage parking available at an extra cost which makes the whole stay more expensive, of course. There is no free parking available in the village btw.

The location is perfect, just around the corner of the lift, and at the same time on the quiet street. Bed sheets, comforters, towels are exceptionally white. The indoor hot tub is clean and hot, and the showers are also clean and have soap, shampoo, conditioner, and towels. It was sweet to find a blanket, dog bowl and treats in the pet-friendly room. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

The weird thing is that you should pass the bar backdoors and main lobby (which also has an Vodka Ice Room entrance on there) on your way to the hot tub and back, and it feels uncomfortable to pass by in the swim suit/towel etc. The 1st floor hall had many stains and holes. I understand that it is a pet-friendly place + skiing center, but the carpet looked super dirty. Rooms are not sound-proof, you can hear everything in the hall and next rooms.
