Spacious room. Clean. Working appliances. Fast internet. Excellent parking. Comfy bed. Location close to teh conference venue. And teh price was reasonable in comparison to others.

The key to teh room did not work....We managed to get in but could not lock it again because we were afraid of being locked out. So we left the door unlocked for 2 days. On Monday we got into a new room. Overall...not abig deal

Very convenient location to downtown. In suite laundry and well-appointed kitchenette. Fireplace was nice. Excellent shower and bath. Very quiet, never heard another guest. The workout room was well equipped. Suite was a generous size.

There were some repairs needed. The kitchen tap only turned off if in a specific location. We notified them at departure. The tack strip was poking through the carpet in the bedroom. Ouch! They repaired the tack strip as soon as they were notified. The bed was too hard. Very uncomfortable. The ambiance in the lobby and hallway was dark and somewhat unappealing. No natural light. Furniture piled up from a renovation.

The location was very close to a grocery store, Signal Hill, the Battery walk, the harbour walkway and downtown. Being able to prepare some meals (although having salt, pepper and a little oil would have been helpful) was very helpful, and the grocery store down the street had everything we wanted. The property was very clean and having a washer and dryer in our unit was a real bonus. I would recommend this property.

Quiet accomodations. Quiet location. Apt very well equipped as well as comfortable. Fireplace is a bonus. Beautiful bathroom and comfortable bed.

Thankfully, there was someone to help me access the building after a lengthy travel day. I did not receive a code for the lockbox. This appears to be an issue with booking.com reservations.

We loved that our studio apartment had excellent facilities for a week's stay, including an excellently-equipped kitchen; that everything was first-class quality, that the bed was extremely comfortable, that the air conditioning worked well during a hot spell, that there was a gym available, and a landline phone in the room for free local calls (unexpectedly, we really needed that). The Suites are in a quiet location and a wonderful place to relax.

I hesitate to say anything could have been better. Personally, I would have liked a couple of feather pillows to be available, but that's not something everyone is bothered about.

We loved the "at home" feeling of the suite and the resulting feeling of being at home in St. John's. The location was so central; we walked to many locations from the suite. Loved the fireplace. We appreciated the very friendly staff.

The downside was that the tub jets were problematic. I had been looking forward to a nice bubbly soak. That didn't happen. The TV is very complicated to operate. I suggest that your cleaning / maintenance staff wipe down the walls. The feature wall behind the bed was VERY dusty. One of the venetian blinds did not fit the window properly.

They don't serve breakfast. So this question is N/A

Maybe a general outside Non smoking sitting area . Under shad trees and good weather. But on the other hand there are miles of good hiking trails which we used.

The location was great, there were some nice little things in the apartment like coffee and cleaning materials. There are a lot of electrical outlets - and three TVs (which I myself actually do not need). Spacious bathroom with bathtub. All the people in St. John’s are great!

The refrigerator was quite loud and old, the stove, too. The number on the keys was confusing because that was not the number of the apartment. We had expected that the sofa in the living room would be usable as an extra bed.

The suite was well-equipped and comfortable. It was also close to main tourist sites like Signal Hill, Water St. and The Rooms (as long as you have a car).

It was impersonal. There was nobody from Premiere Suites on site in the office at all times.

The ladies in the office were snooty would not speak the people who cleaned were very nice always smiled
