The staff was extremely helpful, willing to help at any time. With multiple calls to the desk for the wifi, and visit by the head of technology, we were happy with the service. The restaurant staff were terrific! (especially David)

Wifi reception was spotty, and mostly non-existent. That was in the first room we were in, 1612. The plumbing in the first room had a tap dripping, that seeped down into the floor. Finally, they moved us into another room, 1614, where the wifi didn't work, mostly. They offered to move us to another room, but my wife was tired and refused.

the staff were amazing and let us store our bags before and after we checked into our hotel, they offer complimentary breakfast but don’t forget a voucher when you first get there our else if you want breakfast you can choose from their breakfast menu or have a plate from their buffet for 23$. the restaurant staff is seriously so nice! they gave us a free piece of cheese cake for my bfs birthday which we we’re celebrating. there’s The Factory, Rock climbing as well as many bars and fun things. truly cool how much it has to offer. The Via rail is less then like a 10 minute walk which is also a very cool plus if you don’t have a car like us.

my only true complaint is how much construction was not just around the building but everywhere. we had to take quite a few detours but if you weren’t directly downtown it seemed all of London was under construction and it just made things feel drab by the 3rd day going for walks and such.

The reception staff when we checked in were exceptional and very welcoming! The room was also very spacious and beds were so comfortable. The extra pillows and toiletries we asked for were also provided.

I booked this 2-night stay with Booking.com and chose the option for 2 queen size beds. Unfortunately the cost in the original booking was not the amount I ended up paying when I checked out. The amount I paid at check out was $24.08 higher. It may not seem like a lot but I expect that whatever I'm told the cost is, is what I'm going to pay and not something different. This is not the first this has happened and I should have said something then. That is on me, though I didn't think it would happen again. Yet here it is again.

The room was clean and neat. Towels were good, shower good, shower curtain clean.

I noticed that restaurant seats were not cleaned after previous guests had dined and table settings were absent and sometimes incomplete upon being led to my table. Further the lobby seating ottoman had not been vacuumed and crumbs were apparent on the blue velvet. Otherwise staff were polite and courteous.

The staff was very understanding, helpful. Restaurant service staff behaviour was very cordial, we lived to talk to them House cleaning was done in request and was very good

The bathroom water tap, shower and wash basin tap was not a good quality, difficult to operate and very bad in water conservation. Water waste was too high, which don't go well with hotel sustainability drive. Secondly hotel don't have transport facility or a discounted partners Breakfast and dinner menus were fixed for all days

The staff were friendly and some of the best parts of the experience, especially the warm cookie that we were provided upon arrival. The room seemed neat and tidy, and the restaurant was a pleasant experience.

The colour of the room was reminiscent of cigarette smoke stains, and the windows were thin enough that I was woken up in the middle of the night by the sound of sirens. Along with that, there was a beer can left sitting in one of the elevators.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They expedited my check in and ensured that I obtained the services that I requested. Breakfast at Blake's was good and served quickly. Housekeeping was attentive and the beds were very comfy.

Street construction outside the door led to lots of dust in our rental car and noise throughout the day. It couldn't be helped. The hotel is great, the location right now isn't due to road construction.

Booking was done exceptionally well. We booked on a short notice, the agent that assisted in reserving conference room 3 was able to do so in a timely manner. She answered questions and communicated the process of locating the conference room and time schedule. We will gladly be staying again in the future for our business needs.

The staff was helpful and very welcoming. The complimentary cookies was unexpected and was a wonderful touch to show how much they care about their customers.

The light in the room could be better, it was a little too dark when trying to get ready. Especially if it is a dark rainy day. However this was not a major issue.

Good parking, room and the pool was lovely.

Parking was a bit annoying. The front desk person didn't say I needed my room key to get out of the parking lot. So had to go back in to get a key to get out of the lot.
