The location was perfect for us as it is easily accessible right off of the highway as we entered London. We also planned to visit two to three locations that were scattered around different parts of town, so the location put us in the right starting point. This was our second time using this facility and returned because of the convenience and the warm reception given by both the owner and the staff.

Only issue was with the WiFi. Could not connect to it or the TV. However, the night receptionist came to our room and reset the router so we did relax with TV and offered to switch us to another room, but we declined as it was not an emergency.

Location was perfect. It's all walking distance from everything. The staff was all nice.

The only thing that was not good was, we don't have a room phone. So it's so inconvenient to go up and down whenever we need to ask the receptionist. Also, while we are trying to put out our things my kids found a condom under the bed, so that's a negative too.

The only downfall was that no breakfast was offered. But it had been cancelled due to the previous 2 Covid years. Understandable. There is a Tim Hortons across the road so we were not overly inconvenienced. The room was good for its value. Close to our destination and clean. No complaints for the price we paid.

Check in was easy, staff was friendly and entertaining for the kids. Room was clean, no bugs, and no odour like some reviews stated. There are vending machines available as well as an ATM on site. Microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker in room and worked fine. Ice bucket in room as well. No complaints ither then the bed wasn't very comfortable, and the wifi was terrible.

The beds aren't very comfortable, but they aren't awful. The free wifi was terrible.

Breakfast was not included but there were options within walking distance. Owner was greeting people at front desk and was very welcoming. A great host. Close to highway and was easy to locate. Good value for the cost and I will use it again.

TV remote was not functioning. Also someone had brought their dogs who were not well trained and they barked a lot. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

Nice and quiet place

The hand wash sink was out side the bathroom, right beside the entrance door to the unit, if your brushing your teeth and someone comes into the unit you get hit with the entrance door, was really weird, when your use to having the sink in the bathroom.

We were traveling with our dog for the first time.& he was made very welcome. We also were able to get a room on the first floor which is easier when you have a dog. The room was very clean & you wouldn't know if someone with an animal had been in the room before we were..

Location is great. And they are dog friendly.

The outside of the property not so dog friendly. Lots of garbage and dog poop. There are garbage cans it lazy people!! They just need a grounds keeper.

The place was very clean, I'll give them that. Staff were very nice and helpful. Bathroom was very small. Pillows were not nice. Mattress was ok but you can tell people sit on the edge of the bed. Perhaps they need to turn them every so often. All in all a good stay but...

Bathroom. Pillows. Mattress was ok. Wondering what is with the red lightbulb in the bedside lamp ... ;)

Pet friendly rooms. Good price. Friendly cleaners and staff. Not bad price wise. Close to a lot of amenities...

Overall it was fine this is just suggestion, update decor and make one or two bedroom suites...
