Very pleasantly surprised at the Park Hotel. Was staying for a few days during Christmas Break and it had everything thing I needed - including a complementary bottle of my favourite sparkling water Pellegrino! Two queen beds in a separate private room. 2 60" TVs (standard def however). Pull-out sofa plus arm chair. Bathroom had a separate water closet. - spotlessly clean. The entire suite was very clean and modern. Breakfast is continental: boiled eggs, oatmeal, lots of fruits, yoghurt etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. I checked out initially only to find out that my Air BnB was booked incorrectly - no problem!. The staff (Devin I think) promptly reserved another room. All-all-all a restful time in a clean, quiet suite. 2 thumbs up!
Although, there are 2 60" Smart TVs the signal was Standard Definition.

Really clean, big place, comfortable, Right location, Nice attention from the staff, well equiped with towels, coffee, dishes and fridge.
We booked the room in booking app with a price and then in the hotel we were cherged with 90 dollars more, I consider this almost as a robbery because as always products or services ar promoted with a low price to catch attention and then they increase the price with no reason. We had service fee, tax fee, city fee, even booking fee because we booked in a third party site, makes no sense. Also 30 dollars more for the parking for one night is too much, sometimes things like parking spot sholud be free after a 200 dollars room booking.

Breakfast had more options for GF eaters than the usual continental breakfast, with deli slices and cheese, eggs, greek yogurt and fresh fruit. Rooms were spacious, and the barn doors that separated the two rooms allowed the adults to stay up later than the kids’ bedtimes. The parking garage felt very secure, which is great when traveling with an entire summer’s road trip supplies. And there are a ton of great restaurants within a block. Staff was also very nice and warm. Was a great stay: would absolutely stay again.
Wish the mini fridges had a freezer compartment.

Rooms beautiful, Lobby & breakfast area very accommodating. Breakfast perfect for our needs. We had trouble with wifi & TV, staff assisted and sorted out best as they could.
A little surprised that the hotel didn’t step up with the major sporting event hosted in London. The Brier Curling. unfortunately the TSN that the hotel had did not have the games televised. This is a major event and thought they would have had their cable organized to be in sinc with the event. Even some of the curling competitors were staying in the hotel & could not follow the event.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful. Special shout out to Fernan who was so sweet and accomodated all my needs. Also the lady who came to see if I needed anything for my room was also very nice. Sorry I didn't get her name. Beds were extremely comfy
There should have been a little booklet in room to remind people about amenities of hotel and where we could locate ice for example. I forgot completely there was a gym until very last day when i had to leave.

Everything about the Park is excellent from the staff service to the comfort of the beds and everything inbetween. The gym was also excellent the morning breakfast was good and the rooms are extremely comfortable. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and when I travel i usually bring my pillows i never bring anything to the Lark.in London. I have stayed with them five times and on one visit i had my hip replaced at the hospital and I recovered for a few.days there. They even had a wheel chair and.mo ed me to the accessible suite with the walk on shower and that was the icing on the cake. In London ON. I will.never stay anywhere else. Oh i should.mention the location is great many resturants and bars right outside the door. Very hip area and lots of fun.
Nothing. I was pleased with everything and they give me supreme ssrvice and accomodations nothing is missed or over looked if i need extra bedding or blankets anything it a call away and done with a smile.

We came to London to visit our son who is studying at Western University. We also travelled around in this region. Every time, we returned to London, we stayed at Park Hotel. The hotel is close to Victoria Park and a short walk to the downtown areas. The room is clean and comfortable. The staffs are very nice and helpful. There are a lot of nice restaurants near the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here.

room is spacious and clean. Convenient indoor parking
1. I was being charged a 3rd party booking fee + tax without knowing it in advance. I've always booked hotel rooms through Booking.com and I have never been charged this 3rd party booking feebly any hotels around the world. Be sure to look at your bill when checking out. 2. The very heavy entrance door from garage to the elevator desperately needs to be fixed. It bangs back quickly after opening due to the air draft there. My arm was bruised by the quick and heavy closing door.

Early check in was accommodated by request. We travelled by plane from out of province to attend our son's Convocation at Western and were able to get in and get ready for a 3 o'clock ceremony. The suite was lovely and perfect, location was super convenient, parking was on site, fitness room and breakfast were decent. Staff were trying exceptionally hard to meet their clients requests.
Many guests had some trouble with their card keys, including us. Front desk fixed regularly. Would have preferred a balcony at a hotel but the other amenities made up for it.

Staff was very friendly. Check-in was quick and easy once we figured out we had to check in before we could park in their underground lot. The room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Love that there was an actual Kuerig machine with coffee pods. The barn doors separating the bedroom from the livingroom area was a beautiful touch. Very reasonable rates. Overall great experience, we will definitely be back again.
We didn't have robes in the room as advertised when booking. Water bottles would have been nice but not a deal breaker. There is only 1 working ice machine on the 12th floor which is slightly inconvenient. The mini fridge is inside a cupbpard which causes it to not stay cold inside even though the temp was turned up to the coldest temperature.
