The staff members Pradhuman and Mariya were the best. They had the best customer service. They were professional, efficient, and friendly. The room was big, and beds were comfortable. I didn't have any issue with the wifi, and the hot water unlike other reviewers complained about the wifi connectivity, and lack of hot water. Excellent location. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The bathroom sink and flow of the water in the sink. They need to upgrade at least the faucet of the sink.

The food was great and the waiters and waitresses were wonderful. they were even able to provide me with gluten free toast. The rooms were wonderful as liked to get together for a couple games of cards before bedding down for the night and having the sitting room part made it excellent.

You could make the cost a little bit less however we understand in these times the cost of everything is going up. Try and leave cost at least where it is now.

Location was perfect everywhere that I wanted to go to including coffee, shops, and breakfast restaurants.

Nothing. There is construction on Wellington Road, but there is also an entrance to get into the hotel . So no issues there.

The staff was very friendly and cooperative..they were very informative and answered my questions with no problem.

Only thing was there was no microwave in the room which I would have liked to make popcorn with my granddaughters.

The hotel location is nice (although far from downtown) with a good range of restaurants nearby. I would say in terms of restaurants the location is even better than most areas of downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is well maintained and clean

No daily cleaning provide due to covid. It is 2022, and by now people learned how to "act" around covid. I feel some hotels use covid as an excuse to not offer specific services helping them to cut costs.

We stayed with our 4 year old daughter and they put us next to a hockey team. They were very loud and my daughter goes to bed early 7pm, and she had a hard time falling asleep because of the noise

The staff were super nice the Restaurant was super great! We had a small problem, and the meal was immediately removed from the bill. I accidentally spilled my winte, and the glass was replaced, free of charge. We had breakfast the next day in the same Mykos Gril land it was very very good, and served quickly. Prices are very reasonable.. highly recommended

Could t get the coffee maker for work, but did not report it until we were leaving. They would have replaced it. Maybe it was me! It was a Keurig..

In booking,com website it is mentioned as Breakfast included in the price, but none was provided. Microwave was not present in the room.

The breakfast was great we we expecting a self serve bar and received table service. Everything was fresh and delicious.

The cost for having our pet dog, at $30 it could have been a bit less.

Great location. Close to eateries and White Oaks Mall. Very clean.

The room was quite warm even tho I had turned the heat down at night. Didn’t realize till the morning that I could have opened the window for some fresh air.
