The hotel is nice. The room was clean, and large, except the dishwasher had (clean?) dishes still in it. It didn't matter to me, I was just staying overnight/layover. They should be sure it's clean, and the items put away. The window coverings were not dark enough to sleep once it was light out. Important for an airport hotel. The breakfast was good. My biggest complaint is the shuttle. It does seem that most of the TO airport hotels have the same "service" though. The shuttle comes "every half hour on hour and half hour". This actually seems very random. The first stay we thought we 'just missed' a shuttle, but in -20oC and a blizzard, we waited outside for 45 minutes. It was awful. Also, if the shuttle is full you are out of luck. Same going back to the airport in the morning. My first stay was with my family. We got on but a few people didn't. I strongly recommend that you order an Uber. I wish I had that second visit as I waited 35 mins that time. I used Uber to go back to the airport in the morning. I know it varies a lot, but my Uber was there in 3 minutes. I was at the Air Canada departures door in 4-5 mins..It was remarkably smooth and easy. It cost ~$15. A gave a huge tip, the driver was really nice. If there's an Uber nearby (within 5 mins) call the Uber. The shuttle is not worth the saved money.

The hotel is impeccably clean and well designed. Everything in the hotel feels brand new and thoughtfully chosen. The complementary breakfast was exceptional, offering vegan and vegetarian options, a quinoa black been wrap, along with the standard eggs, potatoes and bacon. Plus it is within walking distance to the terminal. I would go out of my way to stay here again and would call this hotel first for any layovers.

Not a thing, except that I wish there was another close to downtown Toronto.

Ok. We only stayed here on a layover since it was close to the airport but I am reviewing it because we loved it soooo much!!! I wish I had more occasion to stay here. The rooms are the cutest!! So well appointed with little kitchenettes (lots of dishes) and the beds were the comfiest!!! The rooms seem brand new. The hotel must be new. The beds are the Westin Heavenly bed collection so that explains it. We didn’t use the sofa bed but I tried it out and it was even a decent mattress for a sofa bed. And the bedding needed to make up that bed was already in the closet for you. Sometimes you have to call down and it’s a whole thing. Very quiet hotel which is key when people are coming and going for flights 24/7. Check in was easy. The staff were so nice. We ate at the restaurant. It was so good. I wish I had caught the gentleman server’s name. He was so sweet. The breakfast the next morning was fantastic. For an included hotel breakfast, they had it all. Even a crepe station where he made crepes stuffed with lemon ricotta and toppings! An employee came over to make sure everything was good and chatted with us for a while which was so thoughtful. While I was tired from our European flight and the time change and just wanted to get home, I also wanted to stay here for a week. Ha.

Ok. Other people have talked about how loud the AC/heat fan is. And they are not wrong!! I am a light sleeper and sleep with headphones blasting white noise and I could still hear the rattling sound of the fan! So I decided to cool the room to the lowest point it would go, then turn it off and that worked. But if it were summer and you needed the AC running, you would have no options. This was March. I wish they could address this somehow because so much thought was put into these rooms and the hotel and that is literally the only issue!!! I struggled to answer the “is it quiet?” question here because the hotel itself was. But the fan was not.

Sadly I did not have breakfast as it ended at 9:30 am and I woke up late as I had checked in at 2am. Plus I was only staying at the hotel as I was connecting onto another flight so I only stayed one night for some sleep.

I had no complaints other than I should have known that there was a free shuttle service even at 1:30am from the airport to the hotel. Instead I jumped into a taxi thinking the ride would be cheap as the hotel was so close, but then had to pay a $20.00 minimum fee for the taxi ride.

The breakfast was freshly prepared, super healthy choices were great and above all, delicious. A super start to the day! The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Check in and check out run smoothly and swiftly. Distance to the airport was only a couple of minutes in the hotel shuttle. Most definitely a real winner in the hotel categories!

Waited 50 minutes in the cold waiting on the shuttle to the hotel. Next day it was running smoothly and was punctual.

Great room, had all thr amenities of home including a kitchenette equipped with dishes and cutlery. Beds were very comfortable, especially since I prefer a medium to firm bed. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Really liked the fact it had a built-in light in the mirror. Location was right across from Pearson and included free shuttle to the airport that leaves every 30 mins. We also took advantage of their 24 hr pool, it was nice to relax before having an extra early day ahead of us, especially considering it was my first plane ride, my nerves desperately needed it!

I couldn't think of anything, but I would suggest arriving in the lobby early to secure a spot on the shuttle bus. It only holds 10 people, if there's a lineup you'll have to wait til the next half hour mark to be p/u.

Did not like: The breakfast quality was very poor to the point of not palatable at all. Eggs tasted like cardboard and all the sandwiches prepared for breakfast were First of all not visually pleasing second COLD. Oatmeal looked like dry mud stuck at the bottom of a well if you are not serving it hot and full for the whole duration of breakfast time you should remove the container. I can see everything being thrown away by staff as guests were mainly having toast & yogurt. Liked: Coffee machine very good Lavazza coffee and hot Smoothie and bagels were good.appreciated the fresh fruit thank you. Liked: friendly helpful staff, comfy beds and clean. Liked: Dinner in the resturant was very good food was served hot and good quality server very efficient.

It is close to the airport, and the room is spacious.

The breakfast was very basic, with no bacon offered. It would be better if it were more structured, resembling a traditional English breakfast. Communication through the booking platform was slow, taking two days to respond to my question about the shuttle bus, and even then, the information provided was unclear. This resulted in us having to take a taxi to Terminal 3, which is approximately 750 meters from the hotel. While the distance isn’t far, it was challenging to walk with two heavy bags.

Last minute stay after flight cancellation. Close access to airport and shuttle service provided. Stayed in one bedroom King suite and size was good. Front desk staff arranged for later checkout due to 11pm check in time and flight delay.

No room service in this hotel, staff not willing to bring toothbrush to room (in PJs at the time). Breakfast set up a bit confusing as it is shared with adjoining hotel and staff were quick to berate people who accidentally used other buffet room (awkward to watch). Dedicated breakfast room small for number of people using it so overflow into bar area. Note price of room exceeds Air Canada reimbursement limit of $300/night so be willing to pay extra or find somewhere else.

I had no expectations and just wanted something close to the airport but this place was very nice. I specially liked that the ventilation of the room was actually good. A lot of hotel rooms feel stuffy and have terrible air quality but the ventilation of this one was pleasant through out the entire time. The kitchenette was great, was not expecting it but ended up using to reheat some food I got delivered with Uber.

Opening and closing the curtains and blackouts was super complicated, the system that moves them is super cheap and finicky.
