The shuttle that takes back and forth from the airport is the best! it’s really near, but when you’ve got luggage, that’s helpful! Also, as my boyfriend is disabled, we got the ground level bedroom and that was the best!

The breakfast could be better, but it’s not a big problem once the hotel restaurant offers other options at a very good price!

The hotel is a very short bus ride from and to the airport. The four of us (2 adults and 2 kids aged 8 and 11) stayed in a room for a night and had breakfast which my wife enjoyed more than the one at the Hilton we stayed at the next day. The room and breakfast was great value for money. The check in staff member was very friendly as was the member of staff in the morning who booked us on to the morning bus.

The bus driver on the way to the airport was not exactly welcoming and when my wife gave him a purse containing money she found on the back seat of the bus his reaction could have been more helpful.

Great for a stopover. The reception staff were exceptional. Especially Reeva (sp?) who went above and beyond to help us with a request from our daughter (for Dairy Queen ice cream) who has some additional support needs and who was in danger of going into meltdown. This lady is a reminder there are kind and good people in this world. She is a pure joy. The hotel management are so fortunate to have her. We are so grateful to her as if our daughter had not had her fixation we would be hearing about it literally daily for a very long time (we have experience of this!) This lady is our hero!

Breakfast items replenished more quickly but Thai wasn’t really a problem.

Location and breakfast were ok. I liked that the had bus shuttle to and from the airport.

I wish the place had an elevator. How could a Hotel close to the airport where people are coming with heavy suitcases and have to take the stairs to their room and have to take them again on their way out? It's unthinkable. I would not pick that Hotel if I knew that. I also don't like 1rst floor. I requested not to be on the 1rst floor before I found out that there is no elevator. And it was too late to change. My husband was already in the room, carring luggage and we were exhausted.

Airport shuttle, close to airport, clean comfortable spacious rooms, good breakfast.

My wife left a sweater in the breakfast room and even though we called the next day to see if it had been turned in, it hadn't, so someone in the dining room staff may well have taken it. Also there is no elevator - we've noticed that this freaks out many guests as they usually arrive with heavy luggage from the airport. We are used to it now, but it's still a struggle with heavy luggage and I'm a 6' male. I've helped smaller women with their luggage.

Close to the airport; regular free shuttle; very friendly, helpful staff; I appreciated being given a late check out time when I said that my flight the following day wasn't until the afternoon; big room - I'd booked a single but it was a large double; the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom were vegan friendly and cruelty free.

Food was pretty awful. The adjoining restaurant only offered fast food for dinner. Few options for vegetarians and hardly anything for vegans (I ended up having salad and fries). The same area was used for breakfast and again options were very limited. The hotel rooms make gestures towards being environmentally friendly eg a recycling bin in the room, usual message about saving water and energy by reusing towels. But at breakfast, the cutlery, plates and cups were all single use plastic. Very disappointing.

I love the fact that we are able to take a shuttle back and forth to the airport, and that the ladies at the front desk no matter what hour it was, they were very friendly. We actually stayed here on our trip out on the 30th of January, and everything was great then as well including being able to go and have a drink at the bar. Our flight the next morning was very early so we were not able to take advantage of breakfast. On our return on the 14th it was lovely to be recognized by the ladies at the front. As our flight the next day was a little later we were able to take advantage of breakfast, which I have to say was a big surprise. Not your regular run of the mill breakfast, it was superb. Definitely will stay here again when we are traveling internationally, The Price is Right, people are nice and friendly and professional and made it very easy for our trip.

Just an observation - about the shuttle, it is quite small, so if you are more than 13 people with luggage it's a little cramped. Also the departure time from the hotel is right on the DOT, so you need to be aware that you need to be downstairs waiting for the shuttle at least 5 or 10 minutes prior to be able to get to the airport. Remember this is just an observation.

A solid hotel, not fancy but clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful: special shout out to the shuttle driver who waited a few minutes to take me back to the airport. The breakfast was a bit too limited. Would recommend this hotel for a traveler on a budget.

The breakfast was a little underwhelming. Other than that the hotel more than met expectations.

Spacious room, with two large double beds. Clean. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Buffet breakfast with several choices.

For our one day stay in Toronto we had texted well in advance to book a coach tour to Niagara Falls, but they booked for the wrong day and there were no more seats. As an alternative they offered us a private taxi service (external service from the hotel) which cost us over 700 Canadian dollars and made us rush back to the hotel after visiting the waterfalls.

I was here for 1 night before a morning flight. I have been here before. I was room 241, upper floor along the very back of the building. -last time they mentioned my visa debit didnt work for the credit card deposit, but charged and refunded the deposit instead. this time they didnt say anything at all, so no problem using visa debit. -Room was good as normal, clean, toiletries, fridge, TV, english TV channels. -Staff were friendly -check in was fast -Restaurant/convince store attached had bottled drinks to buy. -Airport shuttle was on time and good driver free, leaves every 30min.

I was only conscious for about 3 hours while at this hotel, so didnt see much i didnt like. -One thing i tried to enter from the back side door closer to my room, but when i swiped my card it didnt open.
