This place was very clean, blanket , tissues, bathroom everything looks great, I really like it! Don’t judge from outside, inside is wonderful!!

I've stayed here numerous times over the years because it is close to the airport, the rates, including parking, are great The place itself may be a bit old but it is very clean, comfortable and quiet. Its a perfect place to get a good night sleep before or after a flight. The shuttle guys are always nice too. And on time !! Its not a 5* but for the price, it's better.

What I did not like, really has nothing to do with the place itself. The 2 restaurants next door close at 10pm, so I missed out a few times I've stayed at NU. But on a positive note, there are many other places around where you can order deliver if you need to.

Place was really clean, close to the airport and a good price for an overnight after a long haul flight with a toddler into Toronto Airport. Water pressure was great in the room too!

The minibus driver wasnt very friendly but got us to the hotel. This place does not serve breakfast so make sure you bring something with you or are prepared to travel somewhere for it.

The room was exceptionally clean and fresh I noticed as soon as I walked in and it got my attention. Thanks so much! I forget her name and only met her very briefly but the housekeeper was amazing in her dedication and personality! Thanks you made my stay so special!

Nothing maybe a little pricey but the shuttle service and front desk people were also very accommodating and helpful 😊

What staying the night before flying out again the following morning. Staff where wonderfull, let me check in very early at no cost which saved me sitting in a lobby for 3hrs after a 6hr flight. Very close to the airport and they offer a free shuttle which makes it even better. There's fast food places within a 5min walk. Great spot to crash in-between flights and the cheapest I could find

Stayed in the hotel for one night because of a long layover with the connection flight. Room was clean and comfortable, there was a lot of space and a huge shower in the bathroom. Booked it the same day we stayed there and were suprised by the price-quality ratio. There is a free shuttle to the airport and next door you can find a subway-restaurant and another restaurant for dinner.

In the hallway there was a dehumidifier which was quite noisy untill late night time. And some of the smoke detectors were beeping from time to time as they needed new battery power.

It's close to the convention center where we held our activity. It is also accessible to food / restaurants which is convenient and very close to the airport.

If there could an available front desk agent all the time especially during the night, so if we ran into something then we can contact someone

The hotel is close to the airport, clean, budget friendly, and reasonably quiet.

The hotel is away from general shopping but if you don’t mind a bus it is only a 15 minute ride to the mall.

Room was clean...staff very friendly and helpful

Roon was smaller than expected...some maintained is required example...lock on main door broken...shower door does not close fully...

The location very good for us.We use it as conection between flights.The shuttle from airport was great cause we had a lot of logage.The representive advice us to take the train from airport to viscous station,and there we waited for the shuttle. The hotel is close to a restaurant and it also was good for us. It has aircindition in the room ,that was operate to welcome us in cool air ,and that was nice. They allow us stay longer,till the flight time,and then check out.
