We were stranded in Toronto due to the snow and plane crash. No winter clothing (it was -20) and no place to stay. Alas, the other stranded 7000 passengers from the cancelled flights got to the hotel before we did and took all of the vacant rooms. The shuttle driver was lovely and so helpful to even get us to the hotel where we sat in the lobby for 5 hours from midnight until 5 a.m. The desk staff were incredible. If they had had a vacant room, they would have given it to us but not a single one was available or ready to use as there was no housekeeping staff to clean after other guests checked out for early morning flights. I have stayed many times at your properties and have always had excellent experiences but the desk staff at this hotel went above and beyond in my opinion. They called just about every hotel in the area looking for a room for us and when one was finally found at the Quality Inn in Burlington, they even checked with the taxi driver to make sure it was a clean and well run motel for 2 senior widows stranded in the snow. I cannot thank them enough for looking out for us and making sure we would be okay.

An overnight housekeeper would have been great!

Airport shuttle left early (caught the 5:00 am shuttle). Driver was friendly. More than expected (I was planning to walk to the terminal, which was a short walk from the hotel).

I guess the the standoff ish attitude of some managers in the restaurant and the front desk … we didn’t feel the warmth Our flight ✈️ was leaving late in the evening which left us stranded between the hotel and the airport for some time and we could feel the awkwardness (looks) at times while we waited for about 90 minutes in the lobby before returning to the airport although we didn’t take all the seats or space Not pleasant

The room was excellent - comfortable and spacious for a single traveler. I liked how close it was to the airport, especially since I was to leave the following day. The fitness room was new and modern, allowing me to get in a satisfying workout. Dinner was good and breakfast was excellent. All staff were friendly and helpful, especially those in the bar and restaurant.

It was a public holiday, so I waited longer than expected at the airport for the shuttle to arrive. Otherwise, from the minute I arrived until the minute I checked out, everything was excellent.

The hotel was perfect. It's walking distance from terminal 3. The guy who checked me in, Fari I think his name was was wonderful. Friendly and efficient. The restaurant was still open and I had good service there too by all the staff. It's a perfect location and great for a short stay. The room was really big and had everything I could have needed. Coffee machine, hairdryer, alarm clock. I had the best night sleep . It was really a perfect stay. I will definitely return

I liked how close to the airport it was. The shuttle bus was a great help. I just showed up to the hotel after booking hoping there would be an early check in and the lady at the desk was so kind and helpful. She was able to get me an early check in and I was so greatful for that as I was traveling alone at 20

I wished it was a bit cheaper. I only needed the hotel for 10 hours because of a 14h layover. I didn’t stay the night just needed somewhere to sleep for a couple hours. I wish there was an option for something like that. A cheaper rate for people just staying a couple hours.

Excellent shuttle service, very prompt checking, helpful staff, clean room, quick checkout.

The hotel does not have a trolley to bring heavy bags to the room, and this was really awful. I asked the staff, who indicated that they located one somewhere in the hotel, but nobody was able to bring it to the lob by after waiting for 30 min, so I had to carry everything by myself. I found this to be unacceptable for an airport hotel.

l liked the convenience of the location of the Hotel. It was only a ten-minute ride to the Hotel from the airport. It is walkable but my wife had injured her foot and was no very mobile. We appreciated the complimentary shuttle that picked us up. I made sure to tip the driver. The room was very clean. They had a beautiful unique patterned carpet. The bed was comfortable. They had a 55 inch flat screen TV which was great. I was able to catch Sunday Night Football just in time. The shower had hot water and the pressure was good. I was appreciated of being allowed a late check out since we arrived a little late and wanted to sleep in a little late.

Staff - in general EVERYONE was helpful- Zach on Reception and Vikram in the bar and Lalita at breakfast were.of special note. The beds and pillows were the BEST of my whole trip - non feather. The fitness room and pool were lovely - big pool and well equipped fitness room (24 hours) Breakfast was delicious and well presented The steak in the bar was also delicious Location for the airport was excellent Shuttle bus is regular and the driver friendly

The fact that Booking.com told me the wrong pick up point at arrivals for the shuttle bus and the wrong address for the hotel 😢 The CORRECT pick up point is #41 at T3 arrivals. The hotel was perfect
