The staff was accommodating as we had a last minute booking from an Airbnb we didn't feel safe staying at. Check-in time was supposedly at 3PM, but we were accommodated at 1PM for no extra charge. We had a double queen bed room on the 2nd floor, keyless entry with a deadbolt for security, room was neat, tidy and pre-cooled to combat the summer heat (air conditioner ON, thank you!), LED TV, microwave, and mini-fridge. Ice machine is located at the back of the main office. Daily refill of toilet paper and fresh towels, also available as requested. If you don't plan on shelling out extra $$$ for parking close to the falls (Canadian $20-$100 posted all day parking depending on proximity to the falls), it is a 10-minute walk to the Niagara River View (in Google Maps) from this lodge. On your way down to the falls, there is a conveniently located Tim Horton's for those who love their morning coffee fix (free coffee is also offered on the lodge's main office), or even breakfast and doughnuts, but please be advised that it can get packed especially during rush hour, so plan your day accordingly. Time flies out here as there so many things to do during the summer!

The steep walk back from the falls can be quite a workout. You don't see it on the map, but this can easily be the 15-20min walk back before you reach the lodge for a nice warm shower. It starts off from Niagara Parks Welcome Center until Margaritaville, you've been warned. There is also a $10 charge for parking which is a 50% discount if you are staying in the lodge ($20 public parking fee). Wi-Fi can be choppy in your room, depending on your proximity to the main office (which I'm guessing is where the Wi-Fi router is at). These are just minor inconveniences I'd say are worth mentioning, but overall, our stay was great!

Our room was clean and friendly staff. The walk to Clifton hill was a bit further than what we expected but it was do able. It took us 10 minutes to walk to the falls then another 15 minutes to walk to Clifton hill. Overall it was definitely the perfect place to stay with my kids. Bonus was Tim Hortons was right beside this hotel.

One thing that we didn’t enjoy was no indoor pool. Plus the bathroom had no light. The little curtain in the bathroom needs to be changed very dirty and gross. Also our remote for the TV never worked missing buttons. The volume was only at high. This didn’t bother us since we were too tired to watch TV when we got back to our room.

I liked everything and I especially like it enjoy my room that I get to have each time I visit because I'm comfortable in that specific room and it makes me comfortable to stay in it.

Sure wasn't anything I didn't like. Perhaps there was only one person who seemed to show up early morning blasting their stereo from their vehicle which I kind of think it was one of trucks that I noticed that came only for morning and then was gone in the evening

Proximity to the falls, only a few minutes walk. Easiness of check-in late night with welcoming staff. Breakfast was basic but for the price we cannot complain. Coffee was complementary when we were checking in and also next day apart from breakfast. Will certainly come back on next visit. Note that 100 dollars will be required (on credit card) as deposit per room and refundable after 5-7 working days.

Unfortunately that day we had rainy weather but that was not hotel's fault, so not a negative comment.

My gay partner and I had lovely time here inside the large rooms. The beds were comfy and clean. The shower worked well. The pool looked real nice like. It was walking distance to all the thangs a tourist wanna see. We even eat da breakfast in bed together , which was real lovely y'all.

Dat breakfast need an upgrade man. Like, check your soul brother. You can't just feed a guy frozen pancakes and a bunch of beige foods and expect him happy and full.

The pool was adorable. There is a gated in area with chairs and tables. It's a bit cold in the pool, but the kids loved it! The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The location was great. It was an easy 20 min. Or so walk to town.. At the beginning, we walked all over. By day 3 we drove to to Skylon towers to be closer to the falls. We walked down the promenade to to the falls viewing area. From there we went and boarded the boat to the falls. The next day we parked on Bender St. across from the Water Park. It was half the price to park all day. Under the waterpark, in that parking garage, they charge 40.00 a day. Canadian. Use a card to make transactions. You'll get a better rate. If you give them dollars, they'll charge you the same as Canadian, which can be many dollars discrepancy. We stayed all day till close at 8 pm. It was worth it. Also book online for water park. Saves a few dollars. Bring your own towel. They now charge for new ones. There are no free towels. There is a Chabad House right down the road a couple of blocks with 2 kosher restaurants open most of the week. It's a really cute motel. There is a hodge podge of people from all over the world. We really enjoyed meeting new people. Many food items are kosher in the breakfast area. COR.. the Candian kosher marking is on many foods which was really helpful. Muffins, jelly...cream cheese. (Not pas or chalav Yisroel). The staff are really kind and friendly. The girls gave us new sheets and towels midweek. The room was lovely when we walked in. I don't do house keeping much when I stay places, but the room is a little small, so we sat on our beds to eat a lot..so cheerios build up lol. We left a tip for the cleaning people. They work really hard. So please tip!

It's supposed to be non smoking..at least where we stayed, but smoke still traveled into our room. People lie and claim they don't smoke in the rooms but... We still liked our stay a lot!

The outside of the motel looked sketchy and we didn't have high expectations but when we got checked in to our room it was very clean, all the furniture looked new and freshly painted. We normally stay at the Hilton but this was 20% of the price and honestly we were very happy staying here. We will be back again.

The shower was amazing. Bathroom recently renovated. Everything was clean. Definitely could use an update but value for money was 10/10. Complimentary cereal, juice, pancakes, toast, mini muffins, yogurt and donuts available to grab for breakfast and free coffee while you stay. Nice touch. Roku TV was a nice addition. Seasonal outdoor pool not opened yet but looked very clean even empty.. Would stay again. 5-10 mins walk to Casino and Yuk Yuks. Great location and friendly staff.

They went over and above! We told them it was our anniversary on our booking. When we got to the room, there were towel swans and balloons in our room. Was a very sweet surprise. The location was very close to the falls and main strip - about a 10 min walk at most. It is a motel and not a hotel, but as long as you are comfortable with that, I highly recommend this place. Super friendly staff and a warm welcome and departure. It completely met our expectations and the images online are exactly what we saw. The pool and parking lot were clean and linens and towels were also new and clean. 10/10 for our stay.
