We loved the Albacott and look forward to staying there again sometime. The owners are so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and cozy. We especially loved hanging on the back deck overlooking the beautiful yard. Very quiet. Parking available. No problem. Breakfast was wonderful. About a 15 minute hike to Queen St if you don't want to drive and park. We loved The Sandtrap restaurant and pub that was Very close, inexpensive and casual. Food and atmosphere was great. It was about a 2 block walk without having to go into town and pay tourist prices. We look forward to another stay at the Albacott!

Allen and Jackie are wonderful hosts and the property is lovely. We had a wonderful time on NOTL! Some of the positive aspects include that the owners are friendly and accommodating, the breakfasts are excellent, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It is a 20 minute walk to the city center of NOTL, so if your plan is to go to restaurants and walk in the city center every day, you need to be aware of that.

It was situated near the old town. Very charming, well maintained grounds. Wonderful rooms. Excellent breakfast menu. But best of all Allen, Jackie and her parents. They are very warm and welcoming and cannot do enough for you. They made a very enjoyable stay extra special. Thank you . Best place in Town. Hope to be back,

Quirky, spotless clean. Spacious well equipped room. Very comfy bed. Space to sit outside to relax and enjoy the garden. Walking distance to old town and local attractions.

Our room had a taste of Royalty. Wallpaper and bed designs. Sufficient cable TV channels. Spacious bathroom with adjustable hot water Breakfast was the best. Food flowing due to free refill. Thanks to Allen. We were attended to by his lovely wife Jackie. We had chats from local tours in Canada, childcare, and other random topics Suggest B&B to B&BwC (with Chat) We enjoyed the warm hospitality and courtesies of our hosts

Easy to find, good parking, clever digital lock for main door, great welcome. Only three letting rooms so nice and quiet. The beverage area with fridge/freezer and complementary water and sodas works well. The room was spacious and comfortable and super fast Wi-Fi. The hosts are always available if there is anything extra that you want but didn’t bother us otherwise. The breakfast suited us very well and all items cooked to personal preference; you just had to ask. The host was available throughout breakfast and we had some interesting conversation.

The owners are so welcoming and kind. The house is immaculate. The room is comfortable and well-appointed. The breakfast was lovely. The deck was a gorgeous pace to sit and read a book. Everything was so well organized. The parking was free and easy. No complaint at all. Completely wonderful home base for our vacation!

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. The freshly cooked hot breakfast was wonderful with fresh homemade bread. A wide selection of teas were available at breakfast and to help yourself during your stay. The room was beautiful, we stayed in the Victorian room and it was exceptional in every way. We felt very valued during our stay and would definitely return if we visited that area again.

Great location, easy to go around in this beautiful and charming city of Niagara on the Lake. Allen and his in laws were very kind, friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious and prepared with much care. Room is beautifull, comfortable and very clean. We loved our stay and certainly recommend this place.

Our hosts Allen and Jackie were extremely welcoming. They were able to accommodate our early check in and even a special breakfast request. The Bnb is located very close to the main street with restaurants and shopping, and about 25-30min drive to Niagara Falls. Jackie also gave us some insider tips on parking for Niagara Falls and winery visits, which was very helpful. I will definitely look for accommodation at Abacot Hall again in the future.

Rooms were a bit hot but turning the fans on at night helped a lot.

Very relaxing and happy atmosphere. Wonderful hosts who made our breakfast time special! . Loved the made to order breakfast. Our room was very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. The beds were great and I had two nights of wonderful calm sleep. A place to return to for sure. Easy access by car to everything in NOTL.
