Maria and Dimitar were lovely, gracious hosts. The food was amazing and they were very accommodating. The location is spectacular and very convenient to the main street of shops, restaurants and bars. The backyard is gorgeous with a beautiful array of flowers and sitting areas. We felt like we were home and part of the family. It was an incredible experience and we highly recommend staying at this beautiful, historic home.

This was probably my favorite B&B ever. The house is beautiful, clean and extremely well situated. It’s walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Maria made us a beautiful breakfast every morning which she served on china. Because the weather was good, we were able to eat outside in the beautiful garden filled with plants and flowers. She serves all the guests together so it’s an opportunity to meet fellow travellers. Maria is extremely warm and hospitable.

I didn’t find the mattress super comfortable.

A beautifully furnished historic building and gardens with so much character. The location (steps from downtown) was fabulous for exploring NOTL on foot, yet quiet and restful. Maria was an exceptional, friendly host, providing daily tea delivered to our door on a silver tray, followed by a delicious freshly prepared patio breakfast which differed each day!

The room was lovely. The bed was comfy. There were extra blankets, pillows and towels in the closet if needed. There was a working wood burning fireplace with an easy to light firelog which added just the right ambience. The breakfast was a delicious homemade creation. Maria made sure to check for any allergies when we checked in. We arrived early to see a show and we had no issues with parking on the premises prior to our check-in. We had coffee and muffins delivered to our room prior to breakfast.

The only drawback was the front door was a little tricky. The first time we used the code we had no issues. The 2nd time however we had to ring the bell and disturb our hosts 😞 as we couldn't get it to work.

The breakfast was high-end delicious, well presented on the plate, and served in a lovely period dining room. The location was mere steps to the main tourist street, walkable to Queen's Royal Park, and ideal for strolling and viewing blocks of historic homes (and some unfortunate new builds, and lovely gardens .

Breakfast was exceptional! Beautiful period china set on outdoor table with fresh flowers. Delicious food served in garden setting.

I was put off at the very end when paying by credit card as the machine was programmed to inquire about a tip. I felt compelled to leave a tip( my own fault) which seemed unwarranted given that the service was provided by the owner and the cost for the stay and breakfast was substantial.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Maria and Dmitri’s home was beyond charming and comfortable. Maria was the most wonderful host that welcomed us so warmly. Everything was so clean and meticulous. Her breakfasts were delicious and the presentation was beautiful! Maria recommended many great places for dinners and the best wineries. The house was so conveniently located - just steps away from all of Main Streets treasures! Thank you so much for sharing your home Maria & Dmitri. Wonderful location, just steps away from shops and restaurants, walking distance to Shaw Festival Theatres. The morning coffee and tea service was lovely and breakfasts were delicious. Our hosts were welcoming and informative.

It's an old house and the bathrooms under the eaves were tricky for tall people. That was the main drawback. The daily rate was high, compared to other centres in southwestern Ontario, but we realise that it was competitive with other central accommodations in Niagara on the Lake.

Super well kept historical house and excellent breakfast every day. We enjoyed talking about the house with Maria. Also loved the pre-breakfast scones and tea in the morning. It really felt like a vacation staying here. Yes, the house is older (it's history!) but it's also well kept with era-appropriate renovations, and super clean — cleaner than many hotels I've stayed at. We would recommend anyone visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake stay here!

Amazing location. Only steps from Queens street. One of many historical buildings. The owner was kind and generous. Felt very much at home. Minutes from many of the best wineries.

The bathroom could use an update and the shower for myself was difficult due to a sloped ceiling in the room we had. Im 6’ 4”. Would be fine if i were a few inches shorter.
