Breakfast was great. The room was good except a little crowded with furniture. Location for shopping and tourist attractions was excellent. I've stayed there a few times before (under the Novotel name) and will stay there again when coming to Ottawa. Nothing changed except the name; all remained a great place to stay.

Just a less crowded room. I have to use a walker, and the path from the door to the window bed was a bit difficult. The problems I had were because of my mobility issues, i.e. heavy door to exit while trying to get walker out at the same time.

Very nicely furnished, well-equipped, exceptionally clean room. Nice pool and gym, well-functioning air-conditioning, no pre-payment required.

Parking only in a parking garage nearby requiring extra payment. Also, staff was not particularly knowledgeable about the costs: I was told it would cost $30, while it was $20 only. Also, damage deposit was not the same in reality ($50) than in the information email ($250), which was a bit confusing. I guess hotels have good reasons to require safety deposits, I still dislike them (e.g., the inspection never occurs before/upon my departure so it is up to the hotels benevolence whether to reimburse me or not; I could not dispute any damage after departure).

Location was great, right downtown. Rooms were clean but small, We went for lunch, last minute and the staff accommodated us which was very nice. I super appreciated that you put us, I reserved two rooms for family, in an adjoining room. First time ever that my request was given and it made things much more pleasant for us and easier to leave together. Thank you.

Parking sucked as we had to park at the mall, no parking on site and it is expensive, your hotel parking would have been the same price. Price for the room is way too much. The most unpleasant part of the trip was that we had to return at least 3 times to set our keys to work. They kept losing their power, I had mine in my purse not near any electronic devices so no reason to stop working. Both rooms we had, had the same problem.

Great breakfast in the nice restaurant; location - right in the downtown, walking distance to many main attractions. Spacey room; quiet, separate A/C units for both parts of the room. Delicious cookies upon arrival.

Due to location, absolutely unsuitable to arrive by car with family - to unload things you have to park on the street. A little ring is blocked by guests cars with nobody to navigate or control it. Dedicated zone with the 15 minutes limit were occupied by cars parked there from afternoon until late evening. City parking around the corner with people entrance/exit through the mall. Key card wasn't working at the first try, so I had to return to the reception. Had to proof I had free breakfast - not sure why they can't see it on the booking. One A/C unit wasn't working. Lack of towels for one more person. I don't feel I get value for money.

Location was good - central to many restaurants and pubs, etc and also the major tourist attractions Good restaurant on site, buffet breakfast was $30pp, definitely overpriced!

will give Hilton benefit of doubt as they apparently have just taken over this property - lighting was very poor in our room, room was oddly layed out - elevator lobbies and corridors also poorly lit! On the plus, interior decor recently upgraded.

Location is amazing. Breakfast is really great and fresh, with lots of options. The room and bed are comfortable, and the shower is lovely. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The regular parking garage is closed for renovation right now, so you have to park at the mall across the street. It’s actually cheaper, but a bit of a walk with luggage. It wasn’t really a problem because we had been before and know how to navigate it. Could be confusing for someone new to the area.

- Parking was below the building and had access directly to hotel via elevator, however it was operated by third parties. - Walking distance to downtown core and parliament hill - Breakfast was good the bonus goes to the tea leaf they placed with empty tea back you could have a real tea not the fake one which is just color and flavor

- Hot tube was out of service and it was empty was not safe for family with children - Property charged us twice, Booking.com deducted and reception asked us to pay, I told them I already set to pay but they insist to pay. i am still waiting for dispute resolution

Room was clean and comfortable staaf were pleasant and helpful.

Parking was closed and therefore had to park in the rideau centre accross the street with whom no parking arrangements were made, required a third party app to pay, with no possibility of paying for more than 36 hours at a time and for which parking attendants couldn't figure out how to provide any form of invoice/receipt.

Location is excellent, it is right at the downtown, close to the parliament hill, and right beside the Rideau mall

On breakfast one of the staff in the restaurant ( seems the head of staff) was very rude. I had my breakfast at the hotel for 4 days. I had the same experience with her almost every day. Some important directions of customer services are needed.

Location of the hotel. Check in was fast, friendly and warm Front Counter/Reception Personnel (both check in and check out). I was also allowed to check in early.

If you get the basic room, it has limited bathroom amenities (no toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers) I tried to contact housekeeping but it went to voice mail and didn’t get a return call.
