The location is amazing, staff are exceptional. The pool is great too - being able to swim in a heated pool, outside is so relaxing. The only hotel we’ve ever stayed at that the pool towels are bigger than a hand towel. These actual cover you.
The pool is falling into disrepair (tiles missing around the top edge - jets are weak - the plastic curtain between inside and outside is gross. And the bottom is getting slippery (especially on the stairs into the pool) Our outlet in the bathroom was crooked like at a 15degree slant crooked - drove my daughter nuts lol.

It was next door to my destination but as I explored the downtown area also close and accessible to the major attractions I was interested in. The room was mindfully calm yet tastefully modern with next level features..soft closing drawers, higher end toiletries and bathroom. Loved and noted the attention to detail.
There was a short elevator issue and there was no alternative other than stairs…but the line of guests moved rather quickly. I only had an overnight stay, but didn’t have any other issues!

Size of the room was great. I had a jr. suite that came with a king-size bed. I loved that the bathroom was very bright. There were also a lot of outlets and USB charging ports all around the room. Room service food was delicious!
The main room could be brighter. It was very dark with the curtains drawn, and I had the curtains drawn most of the time because I could see offices directly about 10-15 meters outside my window. The staff at check-in said I had one of the newly renovated rooms; however, there was a crack in the mirror behind the coffee maker. There was also a panel on the vanity in the bathroom that fell off when I pulled the drawer open to get to the blow dryer. I had to line it back up and put it back into place and from then on it didn't come off. Also for the price, I would have imagined that the room would have a newer coffee maker (wasn't a Keurig or Nespresso), blow dryer (was an old-school Conair), and iron.

Great location to walk to CN tower, museums etc Room quite spacious for a downtown hotel. Of course, I compare with Manhattan hotels which are the worse but still Self-parking was not too bad
It's pricey as most downtown hotels in big cities It would be nice to have an activity (live music etc) in a very cold night where you cannot wander in the streets I -suspect that it may be noisy if it is not holiday season and your room is in one of the lower floors

Hotel location is excellent. Beautifully appointed lobby/front desk area. Rooms were spacious & updated and all staff we encountered were very helpful & friendly.
The elevators were quite (*VERY*) slow. We walked down 21 flights of stairs a couple of times after excessive waiting. However, there are signs up which indicate they're aware of the issue and inviting guests to use the service elevators - which is a great workaround. Rooms/hallways are not well insulated - very noisy but after falling asleep it wasn't an issue.

our room was an upgrade to a beautiful suite overlooking the CN tower. a fabulous room, a shame we couldnt be in it for long to appreciate it. Bed very comfortable and lovely shower. I liked the shower and hair products available and they smelt nice.
The breakfast was very costly and even though there was a lot of things out, not much in the containers and we werent keen on the juice or sausages and porridge horrid, but thats being picky. We had enough to keep us going til lunchtime

I had a fantastic 10-day stay at the Hilton Toronto with my 5 years old son. Here's a brief overview of my positive experience: - Excellent location with easy access to the subway, streetcar, and buses. - The room was incredibly quiet and dark at night, and the king-sized bed was extremely comfortable. - The cleanliness was exceptional, and the bathroom provided ample shampoo and liquid soap. - The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the pricing was reasonable compared to nearby establishments. - The pool had warm water, and there were shallow areas perfect for children (80-90cm depth). Overall, the Hilton Toronto provided an outstanding experience during our stay.
Nothing bad

Location was great, bar staff in lobby were exceptionally well versed in cocktails and local nightlife.
Price was a bit iffy, but that could've been the fact the TIFF was on at the same time, or just the animal that Downtown toronto is. Fairmont YVR was half as cheap for twice the service about 1 and a half times the room. If i had to choose again, probably would stay at the intercontinental again.

Staff, room, and location. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and stylish. The location is right where you want to be. The pool is excellent and warm.
Our heater was quiet on high fan, but super noisy on the low fan. The outside noise from sirens and cars racing on the road kept us awake. The hallway noise was loud. Though we realize being a Saturday night made the noise level higher. Would have like a lunch location within the hotel.

We loved the location, the heated indoor/outdoor pool was our favourite place to be. Excellent view on the 28th floor (as per our request to be as high as possible)
The beds are very soft, as are the pillows - asked for a firmer pillow, it was almost as soft as the ones I already had. Our room needed some repairs- the outlet between the beds were coming apart and had been ‘hot glued’ as repaired? And the bathroom door was using a screw as a the locking mechanism.
