They are the most affordable, safe , secure and cleanest option with amazing staff that are very Friendly, helpful on Evry aspect. Rooms are clean.. The location saves a lot of time to commute between the places , specially if coming from outside of Toronto , with this the needs becomes void, and it's is in heart of Downton with 1 approx KMS walk to prime location Eaton Centre , Toronto sign is just behind the Location, Old city , new city Hall are all walkable distance ... Breakfast is Amazing and tasty, with lots of options to Vegetarian.. Breakfast is is Buffet so adds no bound to Hunger from diff individuals and it saves 50-100 CAD for family of 3-4 on daily basis.. Parking is safe too , clean, and entry exit is having no barriers and can do it unlimited time if booked Weekly or daily for a single day entry -exit .. A Must recommended option for families...

House Keeping staff doesn't comes as it's a University Students Hostel, so have to maintain the room as clean as our home...

The breakfast is great!! Our stay was comfortable and affordable.

We were told that checkout time was at 11 AM on the day of our departure. At 10:30 AM on the day of our departure we had some woman walk into our room and announced. I'm assuming that she was the cleaning lady but It completely caught us off-guard and one of us happened to be sitting on the toilet right in front of the door when it happened. She looked in her room and immediately slammed the door and said she'd come back later. It would be greatly appreciated if this never happened again. It was a huge invasion of privacy. once you know that the person has checked out that should be the time when the cleaning ladies come. Never before......😠

Great value for Toronto, notoriously expensive. 5 min max from famous Dundas Yonge square, subway and other public transport. Maybe 25 min walk from Lake Ontario waterfront. Good variety of food for breakfast ( including vegetarian options), safe underground parking ($21 per night ) connected by elevator to the lobby. Is it a four-star hôtel ? No. But if you look at price / location / breakfast included I don’t think you can beat the value. And the staff is really nice. It is not a youth hostel, guests are of all ages. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

I wish there had been a stopper in the tub so I could soak instead of just showering. That’s the only thing !

The cafeteria and free breakfast was amazing. The staff was very kind. I had a very good trip and i liked my room and especially the view! The climatisation in the room was very appreciated The placement is just so perfect. Close to everything at 5-10min of walk.

It was honestly smelling like feet the whole week end in my bedroom and it wasnt because of us , first time opening the door the smell was …. Pretty intense. We get used to it after 30min in the room i guess. But anytime we were coming back to the room the smell was so weird We got a little bit stuck in one elevator. It was pretty scary, it was bugging and not moving anymore. When we moved the door didnt open there’s like 1 place to charge and its not next to the bed , its was far. The only other place was in the bathroom The balcony of the room was locked Weird shower pole

The location was amazing. It is a 20-minute walk from the CN Tower and close to shops, restaurants, and other services. The breakfast was really good, and the staff were always helping us with questions and requirements. Highly recommended, particularly for families.

The smell in the room and the noise from the vents. The rooms always smelled. I assume this is due to the carpet and the lack of ventilation (no openable windows). The vents were always working even when we turned off the AC.

The location is perfect to get where you need to go in the downtown area if you do not have a vehicle. The value for accommodations are great. It is a great place to stay especially if you are a family. I love that there is NO TV!

The breakfast advertises in the picture that is has cereal and cereal was not available. The park or Osgoode Hall to cut through to get there is not accessible. This should be explained when booking, especially if you are planning to walk and not familiar with the area. It also should let you know to bring your own ping pong stuff or fuse ball so that you can play on the games that are there.

Hotel accommodation in Toronto has become very expensive over the past few years. This is a very good budget option. If you're after the bells and whistles of hotel chains, this isn't your place, but if you are looking for a quiet, comfortable place to sleep in an excellent location, this is perfect. I enjoyed my stay here.

I don't want to nitpick, but cereals at breakfast might be a good idea. The fruit and yogurt were great for those of us who can't stomach bacon, eggs, etc., in the morning, but a bowl of cereal would have sealed the deal!

Excellent value for money in an expensive city like Toronto: great location, spacious rooms, adequate breakfast. The hotel is located some 7-8 minutes of walking from the Toronto Sign and Dundas square. I was given a room on the 23rd floor with a nice view of the city. The room itself was pretty big and had everything I needed except for an iron, an ironing board and an electrical kettle (but then again, it's not exactly a hotel)

The bathtub and the toilet were a bit dirty and had lots of hair in them

Location was excellent - clean, quiet and exactly as advertised. Location was exceptional, with view of City Hall. Breakfast was OK - basic but good. We would stay again for sure. Good value for money in downtown Toronto in July.

Monitoring at the door of the cafeteria could lighten up a bit, for those leaving with an apple, a coffee or a muffin. It was a bit intense to be stopped over stuff like that. And it would have been nice to have access to the pool table - when I asked, I was told it was for students only, and remained dark and unused the entire time we were there. Maybe students could have been given preference - but if it was not in use? We would have enjoyed that.

Very convenient to downtown and all transportation. Walkable to Chinatown. Lots of shops, stores ,transit, the trolley car puts you down right at the entrance of the block. Very convenient after you've been walking all day. The hotel is Located right on the back of the Big Toronto sign, A must do at night. Parking is underground of building-one of the reasons we chose this location as we drove in from New York ( parking around Toronto is very difficult) you pay for the amount of days stayed.$25 aday Breakfast included in price, it was very good. Good variety and selections. ( Eggs, bacon, sausages, fruit, muffins , pancakes, juices, coffee, tea ,sausages, cereals hot and cold, breads) Typical dorm style , needs some upgrade but no thrills. Good for the price and did the job. We were given a laundry card we just topped it off. The Staff was helpful and friendly.

The rooms are a little underwhelming need some upgrades. Parking garage below building was a little scary, kind of dark.
