Everything was excellent! Location centrally located at Downtown core. Eaton Mall across from Yonge Suites and tons of food places of different kind….too many types of food to list. Trust me when I say you wouldn’t go hungry at this location. The suite had washer and dryer huge plus for long stay, computer and desk,sofa that converts to flat bed and kitchen.

Toronto has excellent public transportation. Right when you exit the suite to the street there’s a subway station and lots of street trains . Parking is expensive and it’s difficult to find parking . So if there’s any downside , it’s Parking!

The suit actually seemed much more spacious and bigger than on pictures. Location is great: within 10-15 min walk to the Union train and bus stations, to malls and groceries, pubs and restaurants and sightseeings like old and new city hall buildings. I also liked 2 bathrooms, full kitchen / household appliances and friendly and helpful stuff. Easy and fast check-in/check-out process.

There was nothing really not to like. But keep in mind that these are suites and some parties or dog barking might be bothering you sometimes from across the hall. In my case it was a dog that people left in their suite when going outside. But it didn't bother me that much.

It was one of the most comfortable stays of my life. The rooms were big enough and comfortable for me and my family. We were travelling with a child, thus, it was extremely important to have a clean apartment with kitchen close to all the important spots. The kitchen was full with all the important appliances and tools. The location was incredible, just across the Eaton Centre and close to shops, restaurants and theatres (we had a chance to see two shows). The staff was awesome! Always happy to help, answer our questions with a big smile and postivie vibes (all of them), which we appreciated greatly. Highly recommended! Thank you for a great stay and a positive experience.

Was very happy with this booking! An extremely clean and spacious room; has many amenities and was pretty comfortable. Is in a central and walkable location also right next to a subway station, we found it very handy for getting around, has some nice places to eat nearby.

While there's a thermostat on the wall, the heating in the room is actually locked at whatever level the management decides: which was way too hot for us and we were sweating every night even with the fan on full blast.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and fully furnished. It is located in the heart of downtown Toronto. It is a very busy and noisy street, but in the apartment it was very quiet. Union Station is quite close, about a 15 minute walk. The staff was very friendly and attentive at all times, as was the cleaning service. It was an excellent choice.

The apartment has everything I needed, even more than I needed for my stay. The only thing I didn't like were the lights in one of the bathrooms, too bright, not very cozy. Some of the machines in the gym were not working properly.

There’s a washer and dryer, which makes it very convenient if you’re staying for a longer time. It’s close to a lot of food places, the mall, and entertainment. Very close to the station so easy transportation. Staff were nice and always said hello.

There’s a lot of sounds like construction, the clock, noises from next door, down the streets. I know this is not something the hotel can control but if you’re looking for a quiet place, this is not it. Although there was house keeping everyday but it seems like things are still not clean, especially the dusty/sticky floor (felt it on the first day and stay the same til check out).

The staff here is outstanding - on par with the friendliness and helpfulness you would see at 5 star hotels. That includes the front desk folks and the cleaning staff. I also appreciated the size and comfort of the rooms, and how adequately stocked the kitchen was. This place is just highly livable, and I will absolutely stay here again if I need a hotel in Toronto.

A few things could have made my stay even better: - Upgrading the gym equipment, maybe with more of a focus on free weights and less on the complicated multi-exercise machines - Upgrading some of the kitchen accessories - some pots and pans seemed dated, and I would have appreciated stainless steel over nonstick. - Changing the front door so it doesn't automatically swing open and stay open for 8-10 seconds. Yonge St is always busy and has a few...interesting...characters that I wouldn't want tailgating me through a wide open door.

Very centrally located - there's a metro station and access to the PATH tunnels right outside the main entrance, and if you forgot to pack anything, the giant Eaton Centre mall is right across the street and there's a Circle K convenience store a few doors down. The main entrance and the elevators are both card key gated, so it feels quite secure. Didn't use it myself, but they also have a small gym and outside patio for guests. The staff was friendly and very accommodating - I arrived quite early in the morning and was still able to drop off my luggage for check-in, then was able to check in early a few hours later. They also gave me extra detergent and dryer sheets when I had to do a second load of laundry before checking out. Wi-fi is provided and the television options are more than adequate, including streaming if you have accounts. I didn't use the kitchen beyond the sink, fridge and the electric kettle, but I appreciated the storage space and room to move around. The bathroom is spacious, no complaints there.

The heating controls didn't seem to work normally, though the cooling did. There was no Do Not Disturb option given on the door; while I appreciated that the housekeeping staff did keep the place very clean, I didn't think I needed it every single day of the stay. Every other day would have been fine. The hotel is also right up on the street and there's a bar next door on the ground floor, so if you get a room in the front be prepared for some noise level, though it was never bad enough to keep me from falling asleep.

Location is excellent with the subway in the door and a circle k next to the hotel. Staff is the best. Very nice and helpful, I arrived late and they accommodated to be there for the late check in.

The room cleaning was superficial. You can find some food crumbs on the floor from yesterday after cleaning and they can stay there for a long time. There is some need for an upgrade soundproof on the rooms as it is located downtown. You will hear the trash trucks , dogs in the building, people yelling on the streets.

The place itself was clean and comfortable, with well-appointed room and a dedicated work space. The room was spacious, impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. I also appreciated the easy access to staff. Incredibly welcoming, providing helpful local tips and ensuring my check-in was quick and easy.I can’t say enough about the Younge suites's staff. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.Their promptness and professionalism were impressive. I would highly recommend The Yonge Suites for anyone looking for a place to stay either for a relaxing retreat, business trip or vacation. I can't wait to return! If you're looking for a place where the team genuinely cares about your experience, I highly recommend this place.
