Room was large. Really large. It has all required equipment - like cups, forks etc. Bedroom and kitchen. Also there was a coffee machine, that surprised me. Hotel was empty, so it was quite. Staff is great and tries to helps you with everything. Heating works good. In summer, if it is hot - air conditioning is located not in front of the bed - so risk to get a flue.

Internet is not very fast Parking is small. There is a chance that when you arrive there can be no space Location - its too far away from city center. Not ideal for tourists No elevator Soundproofing is very low

I‘ve been living in this area for 2 years. I passed by this hotel many times. Just stay for 3 nights here to wait for my condo to get prepared. The room that I lived is clean and spacious for me. The staff is helpful. One lady helped me move my pretty heavy baggages to my room since they don’t have elevator. Overall, Staying here is satisfying my needs.

Well, Although I only stay here for 3 nights, there is nobody to do the housekeeping. I’m not sure if you have to call the front office to get your room cleaned. Also, the bathroom air vent is super annoying. Too noisy!

Close to all amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you Hannah and Sagar(front desk staff) for being so helpful. Love the soft bath robs and especially the slippers. These are extra that even much pricier hotels don’t provide. Nice touch!

Dated. They are supposed to be Renovating. Need more drawers to put away clothings. Can use another chair.

Great neighborhood, lots of food options, great walk to sheppard subway station through the park (about 1 km). Quiet neighborhood where we felt safe to walk around even during the night. The free on site parking was a huge plus and saved us a lot of money.

The blankets felt a bit heavy and uncomfortable. The bed was a bit firm but not horrible. We had an issue with the sheets fitting the bed correct and had to retuck them occasionally.

Very quaint hotel. The separate bedroom was very nice. Lots of closet space for if I were to stay a bit longer than one night. Ample coffee and tea to start the day. Bedsheets and bed were very comfortable. Handy having the outlets on the nightstand light. We were able to park our car at the hotel and go to our function even though we got in well before check-in.

The television was very fuzzy. Seemed to be a cable connection issue. Would have been nice to have real cream and milk in the fridge for the coffee and tea.

The hotel was a good location for what we required. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed.

The downfall there were not enough parking spots. had to request more toilet paper and facial tissue Sunday morning as the cleaner staff did not add when thy did the room. Also they never replaced the bath mat after the 1st day...

Great place, really awesome amenities having a kitchen and TV, etc. Took a bit of time to get parking, due to the crazy snow storm the day prior but that's to be expected. Still, overall, awesome service and great value for the price!

The TVs are a bit small for the rooms; a bit tough to see. Would be nice if they were smart TVs and/or had a Roku stick to rent so we could have watched something other than cable and avoid commercials and Rogers slow TV guide navigation.

the room was spacious and included a kitchenette, the staff were super friendly

the walls are thin and you could hear the people in the rooms above and around, though overall it was not noisy or irritating

Great location, not too much constant traffic, clean, comfortable, friendly! Cozy outdoor space with little fire table. Staff is always smiling and friendly. Superb little boutique hotel! Loved my stay and will return when I need to come back for work!

I wish it had a little resto for a quick breakfast but that’s so secondary!

Breakfast is not available, though in-suite amenities you can prepare your own (sink, fridge, microwave etc. or walk to many restaurants

Parking is free, though spots are on an angle and tight.
