Room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff was reachable by the number they provide. Close to the Metro and a couple Music Venues. Lot's of food options within 3 blocks. 24hr shawarma nearby. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Wifi was good. Heat and AC control in room. Slept well. Good pricing. Stayed 7 nights.

Walls are a bit thin. Probably best to get a room furthest away from the reception. Reception is not staffed 24/7. Can't call reception from the front door. This was an issue for me one time because I forgot the door code and my cellphone in my room, so I had to ask a stranger to borrow their phone. Few unhoused people in the area, didn't get harassed. My visit was in the winter so no idea if it's better or worse in the warmer seasons. Entrance is easy to miss, It's basically a door on the street level. The beds might be too short for tall people.

The room was very nice, clean and had it's own heat pump for temperature management which was SO nice. Especially given the heat wave during my stay. The staff were also lovely! They were very kind, helpful, and very respectful of my things during my mid-stay room refresh.

These aren't things I "didn't like", but 3 small things that could make the place even better: - Better Wifi. The connection was good, but it was a bit slow. - Adding facecloths to the towel rotation. There are currently only hand towels and full sized towels. - Better signage out front and/or more updated photos - the entrance was a little difficult to find.

This hotel is centrally located in a prime spot, just steps away from the city's main attractions. The check-in and check-out process was quick and seamless. The interior spaces were comfortable and spotless, featuring a spacious and modern shower.

The bathroom was very small, with a sink that made it difficult to wash your hands without splashing water on the floor, let alone wash your face. The main issue, however, was that the door was glass and the upper part of the wall was open, allowing odors and steam to pass directly into the room, which compromised privacy in such an intimate space.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The room was charming and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Despite my late arrival (10:30 PM), being the last guest to check in that day, the lady at the reception waited for me and welcomed me with a warm, friendly smile. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, conveniently close to many shops / restaurants, making exploration and dining options easily accessible. Overall, a wonderful hotel that made my stay memorable with its excellent service and prime location. Highly recommended!

The availability of coffee and tea in the room would have been a nice touch. Although these were available in a common space, the coffee machine was unfortunately broken on the first day of my stay, and since it was a weekend, it wasn’t fixed until Monday. The lady promised to fix it and she did. Additionally, a note on privacy: as mentioned by other guests, the design of the toilet and bathroom is quite open, with transparent walls, which might not be comfortable for everyone, especially when not traveling alone.

I stayed for 5 nights in this small hotel hotel, and found it to be very professionally run with excellent rooms. It is in a very convenient and fun location, right off of the direct bus line from the airport and right next to a handy metro stop for getting around the city. There is a lot to do, see, eat, and drink within walking distance. The rooms are extremely clean, efficiently appointed, and in great shape. The staff was delightful, and went out of their way to take care of me, lending me an umbrella on a rainy day and even making a trip to the post office to mail an item back to me that I had accidentally left in the room. Top ratings.

The rooms are perhaps smaller than those at a large hotel, but they are very comfortable and an extremely good deal for the location.

Before staying, I didn't expect much from this hotel. After a long trip with my mobility issues and a suitcase, I was struggling to open the front door. Then the owner jumped in for help to carry it to the reception via narrow stairs. She even helped me with it at the checkout. The room was spacious, with many charging points for the gadget, good Wi-Fi and the bed linens were clean with almost no wrinkles.

Difficult to find the switch for the bathroom lights Not good reception on the TV This was the first time I saw the room temperature control system which is not common in my country. So didn't know how to use it.

The owner is really nice and welcoming. The location is very good in the middle of the downtown. The building gets locked at night which makes you feel safe. The place is quiet and calm however we had a night where the upper floor was very noisy and they woke us up in the middle of the night just because of moving and walking around

The isolation between the rooms is not the best so you could hear anyone walking outside/upstairs. Price is a little high for the rooms. The sheets/towels are clean but they have stains/burns sometimes

Within walking distance of everything we wanted to do/see. Easy check-in and check-out process. The rooms don’t offer much, but it’s perfect as a crash pad while out exploring/seeing the attractions.

Honestly, it was great hotel for our needs. This isn’t a five star hotel with five star amenities, but we didn’t need that. We wanted to enjoy the city, and have a place that was close, safe and comfortable to call home afterwards, which Hotel Le Deville offered at an exceptional rate.

The room was comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned and made the bed every day. The facilities were spotless. The location is right in downtown Montreal and walking distance from lots of interesting spots. The hosts were kind and helpful. When I didn't arrive on the day that was planned, they called me and agreed to hold the reservation until I arrived the day after, good communication. Check out just requires you to leave the key at the counter.

No elevator. No breakfast available on the premises (you get a voucher for Allo Mon Coco which is a couple of blocks away, max 5 minutes walk). Manager leaves at night so if you have a problem you have to ring them and wait for them to arrive. The bathroom inside the room is not actually closed off so this is not a room I would consider to take as a couple, only works if you're traveling alone. The light in the room could be a bit warmer.

I like that it was very near to Place des arts - as i was there to attend a Distant Worlds Concert. That it was very accessible to a lot of restaurants and shops, just walking distance. Very safe as well since they have some sort of locking system in place. Overall a very good place to book.

My room was just across the concierge and beside is the street. So it could get noisy if the attendant is talking with someone and especially since clubs/bars are nearby. but i was still able to get some sleep.
