Free & unlimited access to coffee, orange juice, apple juice & water ! Great location, every surrounds accessible by walk. Surrounded by bars, restaurants, the old port, the old montreal, etc. but the room remained quiet though :)
No french speaking by the staff. I'm confortable with english but could be an issue for people speaking french only

Clean comfortable room with all amenities needed. Staff were so easy to approach and helpful, they were there 24/7. Staff called me a taxi-cab multiple times with no problem. One of my very favorite things was that self-serve high-quality coffee, juice, and water were available 24/7, with multiple choices (apple juice and orange juice, full roast and espresso). This was extremely helpful for when I had to wake up at 3am to prepare a presentation that morning. Location was perfect, with multiple food options, and I felt safe.
The mini-fridge had a major dent in it, which was not aesthetically appealing. Moreover, the mini-fridge smelled a bit and seemed to not work, and I could not save my leftover food there. Taxis to downtown cost about 10 - 20 CAD, which meant I was spending 20-40 CAD on taxi-cabs each day; the extra money could been put towards a hotel with more stars and closer to downtown.

It's always Location, Location, Location right?! Well Hotel Quartier Inn was that for our stay in Montreal. 1st: was the great perfect Location for the 747 Airport bus, to and from the airport. The stop is a 5 minute walk from the end ( last stop..and first ) of the bus depot on Berri Street at the bus terminal. 2nd: the Berri Metro right on your doorstep, like a 2 minuet walk, entering St. Dains St entrance. 3rd: Stop No.4 is almost on your doorstep with the Hop On Hop Off on St Catherine's Street, 10 minuet walk. 4th: the incredible vibrant Street of St. Daines gir food and drinks, such a great vibrant atmosphere, really friendly. You forget it is still Canada you are in with the French spoken all aronnd you. 5th: really, if you enjoy walking, it really is a direct walk in any direction to where you need to be. Back to the hotel, it is a 2 Star, but it is a 24 hr front desk service. Staff are super friendly and helpful. If you require more pillows or room items, just ask and you will get. Brilliant shower, v comfy bed. Draw space and pretty decant size room to put away luggage. Shower was brilliant, strong powerful shower which also has a bath. Free coffee or tea avaliable on te ground level floor, incl free cold water and juice station.
The room was a bit too warm, but all it needed was to ask the front desk to reduce the ac temp so it will be on more often. The stairs going upto and down from the hotel entrance may be bothersome...but worse maybe in winter season...but that's Montreal all over. It is a 2 Star Hotel, if you want better, pay for better. But I'd say this Hotel for its value is good, no flashy needs, location is perfect, and does the job perfectly.

Great location very close to Berri Metro and surrounded by restaurants on St-Denis Very clean, beds we’re comfortable, and there’s a common use area off of lobby to make good coffee, and a microwave. The room had a small fridge and no microwave- but it was easy to use the common area one.
it’s central heating so we didn’t have control over our room temperature. The main floor was comfortably warm, but our room was ok the basement and cool for our tastes. I would ask for a room on the main or upper floors if staying in the winter otherwise everything was great! and good value

This hotel is ok if you're on a budget. Nothing fancy but it seems clean and it's well located with several restaurants to select from and only a block away from the metro station Berri-UQAM so it's very easy to move around.
The staff could Improve their customer service, since check in was slow and no one offered assistance so It felt like give me your money and move along, no instructions or guidance was provided after the check in either. Also there's no elevator so if you have big luggage or if you can't carry heavy items up the stairs, then this hotel is not for you.

Very good location close to downtown, metro station and many places to eat. Cheap. If you just need a cheap accommodation in a central location, that's the right place!
Air condition quite aggressive, set to low temperature in the whole building, not possible to adjust it because it's centralised. Room not well isolated with the rest of the environment. Bed quite short and with a concave shape.

Close to many restaurants, old Montreal and bus station. Comfortable room with 24 hour coffee and orange juice provided.
It is in the entertainment district so there is noise if window is on St Denis on the weekend. The walls are paper thin so if neighbours are noisy you can hear them.

The check in went very smoothly with the staff being very accommodating with our needs. The hotel is located on a very lively street with lots of restaurants and neat shops. It also was a 5 minute walk away from the metro station and a 15 - 30 minute walk to the major sightseeing points of Montreal.
Due to the lively street that it's located on, if you keep your window open, the street is very noisy from 11pm - 2am. However, keeping the window closed blocks out most of the sound. We also had a bit of difficulty with the bath, if you don't close the curtains correctly or let too much water splash onto the rim of the bath tub, you'll end up soaking the floor quite a bit.

The staff was very friendly and on point if I had questions. The room was clean and clean towels provided sufficiently and the hotel met my expectations. The location is great at St Denis, coffee, bars and restaurants very near by and shopping street St Christine at walking distance.I will surely return or recommended the hotel to other people.

ideal for 1-2 persons, it’s clean, with a nice bed and shower. I appreciated there was a mini fridge inside, and I could get cold drinks whenever I wanted in the second floor. the best part was the location, in a very lively street, full of good places, and close to ste Catherine street and metro.
I would recommend to have your own shampoo/conditioner, I don’t know if they don’t have it or if I just couldn’t find. I would not recommend if you’re looking for a luxurious place.
