The breakfast was great and coffee was lovely. The beds were so comfortable and rooms large and clean.
There was construction out front so the road was closed which made finding the hotel very hard. Also the walk from the parking garage was further than expected.

Very good hotel with spacious rooms, well equipped, quiet. Perfect location for sightseeing.
For European standards, the breakfast is very limited. Except for one day, we had besides jam, only butter, cream cheese and one type of cheese wrapped in plastic for toast/beagles. But the croissants were very good.

Such a beautiful hotel in a great location. Walking distance to old Montreal, but also saint Catherine street. This hotel is very close to two metro stations, which is very convenient. The rooms are very spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The hotel & rooms are very modern and clean. The breakfast is fantastic and very fresh with many options. The front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. I loved how they didn’t cheap out on choices for the rooms. The hairdryers are dyson, which is a huge plus. I always find using gore hair dryers added to my time getting ready in the mornings. I also loved how each room had a Mac desktop, which was very convenient for looking up things to do in MTL, or checking up on work related things. I’d recommend checking out pub Saint Pierre if you’re staying here.. they have the best cocktails in the area!! I would definitely stay at this hotel again!!

The room was very clean and we had a great view as well. It felt very luxurious, especially while using the $500 DYSON hairdryer in the bathroom. Breakfast was good with real Montreal bagels. We are plant-based (vegan) and we had lots of options for breakfast: bagels, toast, peanut butter, fresh fruit (apples, bananas, mandarins), oatmeal, and coffee and tea - but we had to buy a container of plant milk and remember to bring it down with us every morning for our coffee and tea. The freshly ground coffee was really good and available ALL day! Staff was exceptionally hospitable and competent in both official languages. Umbrellas in the foyer were very much appreciated for the two days that it rained. The Avril grocery store is 4 minutes walk away if you want to buy some extra food for munchies or meals. The Palais the Congrais was across the street. Very central. We walked up the Mont Royal two days in a row as it was not very far. Also Old Montreal is very close for an evening promenade.

Really nice hotel, spacious rooms with large shower room and seating area. Great tech, large TV, Mac computer and Dyson hairdryer. Room was modern and clean, the bed was big and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly on reception. Location was good, close to Chinatown. Notre Dame, Rue Saint Paul (for restaurants), Rue Saint Catherine (for shopping) and the waterfront were all within 10-15 minute walk. Lovely bar across the road with a rooftop terrace. Also a restaurant and coffee shop. Would definitely go back.
Continental breakfast was OK, nothing special. No bar in the hotel but one across the road.

I got the king room and it was very spacious, and clean..
There was a lot of miscommunication about the parking situation. I called before booking my stay at the hotel and inquired about the parking. I was told the price of the parking and that I could have In-N-Out privileges at the parking lot. Even after arriving at the hotel, I was told the same thing. Once I parked, the people at the parking garage told me that this was not the case. They did, however, tell me that hotels give some sort of pass and that I should ask my hotel regarding that. I went back to the hotel and asked the staff that was there in the morning on my second day. One of the ladies was extremely rude and dismissive. She told me that this was not the case. This was 100% a miscommunication on the hotel’s part. Instead of being apologetic I was given attitude for no reason.

What I liked: The room was very comfortable and a good size. Netflix available, comfortable bed and bedding, useful sofa, convenient to Rue Ste. Catherine, restaurants and shopping. There's was plenty of space to put stuff and a good closet and drawers. You can open windows. Dyson hair dryer - I now want one. The street is not too busy, but in the center. Parking spot in front of hotel for loading and unloading luggage. Breakfast Included, I especially liked the spinach croissant and coffee maker. Staff were excellent! All so nice and made recommendations. Noon checkout is quite helpful and appreciated. I didn't use them, but I did see a gym and luggage storage. What I disliked: I prefer carpeting in room or at least a couple throw rugs. There was just linoleum. No parking. There is a car park at the convention center next door. It was reasonably priced on a Friday and Saturday March weekend and I had no trouble finding a spot. No in and out privileges, however. Breakfast was too carb heavy. Shower bath gel has an unpleasant smell. View of a parking lot was not horrible, but not nice. I'll be back in August and have no hesitation staying here again.

The hotel staffs are nice especially Leah who checked us in , the other lady on our check out and the male staff during our luggage pick-up which I forgot to ask their names. They speak both french and english. The hotel has a nice decor, our room is clean, comfy bed, modern washroom facilities, like nice stand up shower and dyson hair dryer. The breakfast is good, too. The hotel location is close to all destination in downtown Montreal and to the train and bus stations. One more best thing that we like is we can leave our luggage after check out , so we can still roam around Montreal and able to see the few tourist destination before heading back home. Thank you all guys , you're all the best.
Nothing.

The location was perfect for me. Close to all the main sites and the metro was also walkable distance. There’s a convenience store just across where you can stock up on snacks, water etc. The bed was super comfy and the shower is also great. The breakfast is decent but I would recommend going out
The fridge makes a sound that you can’t stop. It comes and goes but can be annoying if you’re a light sleeper. The only way to stop it is to unplug the fridge but you can’t really reach the wiring. There was also a hair on the bed when I walked in. Not dirty but gave me the ick. There’s also no storage space so if you come with a lot you only have 3-4 hangers to hang up clothes. None of these were a deal breaker for me though. Would still stay here again. Just not in the holiday season as the price is steep.
