The hotel room was clean and big and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was good, with somewhat limited choices. Getting the shuttle from the airport was a little difficult, as it was hard to find and there was hardly any information on how to get there. The whole process of getting the shuttle bus (finding the place, getting a ticket for it although it is free, waiting outside etc) was a bit complicated.

The hotel restaurant is rather expensive. I sent the hotel staff a question through Booking.com about how to find the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel but they didn't respond. It is called TransVIP & the office where you book a transfer is next to the taxi counter as you come out of arrivals.

Front desk personnel, at check in, seemed confused by my booking.com confirmed reservation. Probably not properly trained. Breakfast ok, but personnel unwilling to satisfy a small additional request

I sent a couple of messages to the hotel before flying to Santiago asking where to find the complimentary shuttle service from the airport. They didn't respond & I couldn't find it when I arrived. I had to pay a different shuttle to get to the hotel.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We arrived at 10 am and we’re given a room without any hassle of early checkin. Free transportation to and from airport. You don’t need advance booking to come to hotel, just go to transvip counter at the airport gate 3. To go to airport from hotel you need to tell 20 min in advance for the hourly shuttle. Restaurant on premise. There are 4 hotels in the proximity- Hotel Diego and City Express on one side of the Highway and Hotel Hilton and La Quinta on the other side. You can easily get Uber on the City Express side but not if you stay on Hilton side.

Little rundown compared to the hotel City Express next door. Not much vegetarian food options in the restaurant. Hourly shuttle to the airport compared to every 30 min airport service from hotel City Express.

Perfect option close to the airport. The hotel provides shuttle vehicles, which will take you to the hotel and then pick you up to go to the airport again. This is included in the price. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The pillows were a little bit too high for me, but I can't complain. We use the restaurant to have a meal when we arrive. I would definitely recommend the fried rice.

Breakfast could have more variety. We missed some croissants or something similar.

Close to the airport, really friendly and helpful staff who all spoke English to supplement my basic Spanish. Quiet clean room where I was able to get a good sleep beofre a long flight.

It would have been good to have USB charging port in the room to help international travellers.

The big room was great, a free tea and coffee service, the free service of van to the airport and breakfast included, it is quite easy to arrive.

The room was a bit cool at the beginning, because the air-conditioning was at a minimum, but we turn off this and recovered the temperature.

Friendly staff ,excellent transportation service. Big and clean rooms. Very good value for money.

The breakfast was very limited. Not impressed, but the staff were nice and friendly. The rooms have no free water, strange ,most hotels in Stgo provide free mineral water.

Staff is excellent. They just solve problems. Restaurant is quite good. If it's a problem, the portion sizes are too large for us, but we just split.

Currently, there is construction next door. When this is done, it should be quiet again. Never heard airplanes from inside despite being near the airport.
