Our stay at the five-star Hotel Regal Pacific Santiago was outstanding, marked by an expansive, well-equipped room, excellent facilities, and stellar staff. The breakfast served at the hotel's restaurant was of high quality, and the prime location facilitated both work commitments and leisure explorations. While slightly high in price, the experience provided, in our opinion, justified the cost.

The Hotel Regal Pacific Santiago fell short of expectations in providing essential amenities, notably the absence of a comprehensive traveller's hygiene kit in the rooms. The process for requesting breakfast to the room was overly complicated, and the room service menu lacked variety. These small, but significant improvements could greatly enhance the overall guest experience at this hotel.

This Hotel really is what a Hotel should be. Exceptional in all respects. The Long time staff - 22 years, 15 years 12 years - speaks extremely well of the management. The friendly and helpful attitude of all personnel is better than in any other hotel I have visited in Chile; marvelous and is notable in that all staff with whom we had contact really are interested in and concerned for the guests. The facilities are well designed and maintained. Cleanliness is exceptional. The Breakfast buffet is exemplary. Better by far than most of the Buffets we experienced in five European countries in the last five months. Hotels must live with their locations. This Hotel is exeptionaly well located. 50 meters from the subway and surface - bus -transportation in both directions The in-house complimentary-parking clean and easily accessible. Highly recommended. Looking forward to our next stay.

To fully participate in the sustainability program having somewhere to hang towels in the bathroom would be a big help. The modern lighting in rooms is difficult to understand; not intuitively obvious

Overall, it’s a good hotel to stay in that area. It’s in a good location and they have very spacious room. It’s quiet at night and can sleep well. The shower has great water pressure and temperature. Breakfast is great too!

Some minor suggestions… WiFi didn’t work in the room so this can be a bigger issue for other guests. We had some light at the socket near the bedside table that we couldn’t switch off so it was on all night, which was a bit annoying for the eyes. The TV couldn’t be connected to the internet hence no Netflix or other app to use.

Fabulous hotel. Might need slight upgrade re decoration, but this honestly doesn’t matter. The comfort, size of rooms & bathrooms plus the location ( right near metro station & great shopping mall) along with great staff and free breakfast outweigh anything else. I recommend getting the hotel to collect you and return you to the airport. Uber are fine but I felt safer in spacious hotel transfer with experienced driver.

The room was comfortable and equipped as expected. Laundry service was fast and good.

The wifi was spotty, and I was logged out on day 4. The "pool" was a jacuzzi and no towels provided which was odd. The gym was very small. There was complementary drinking water in the room on day 1 but this was not replenished each day as expected, and I asked front desk and they said I would be charged for more.

Nice room on upper floor. Clean and well equipped room. Secure parking. Hotel restaurant was actually very good and one of the waitresses was very nice, polite and spoke English.

Check-in and checkout was a bit tedious. Most restaurants in the neighborhood were closed. You might need to drive around the block to get to the parking garage but no big deal. Just make sure you know where to go after initial checkin.

The location in the city is ideal—-walking distance to good restaurants and a major mall and nice park. The hotel is an older property, however it was kept very clean. The room was immaculate and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel. Most important is the staff—-excellent service and attention!

the room was incredible and the food was absolutely delicious! we stayed for 7 days and ate lunch or dinner at the hotel 5 times as well as breakfast every morning. the staff in both the hotel and the restaurant were extremely friendly.

The breakfast was delicious, it offers different options of food. The restaurant is certainly very profesional. The bed is super comfortable and the room is perfect for working as well as resting.

Maybe the lights in the room aren’t enough. Specially if you need to work during your stay.

Breakfast was good. The range of pastries, breads, hot food , fruit etc was perfect. Not an exhaustive selection, but it didn’t need to be. I liked everything , including the coffee.
