Prime location, walking distance to Xintiandi, People's Square and East Nanjing Rd.. A short bike ride to Yu Garden and the Bund. Room has some wear and tear but in general pretty clean. High quality toiletries are provided. Packages and other goods are delivered by robots (pretty fun). The staff at front desk were super friendly and helpful. I would definately stay there again next time.

Caring staff who really went the extra mile. There was some confusion about whether breakfast was included in my rate (it was but initially I wasn't given breakfast vouchers), but it was efficiently and politely resolved. One receptionist helped us order late night snacks and was just so friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and spacious, if a bit on the dark side, and perhaps in need of a little updating. The window to the balcony does not open, which is a shame. The French concession is just about walkable from here, which I enjoyed.

Breakfast is pretty limited, albeit also a bargain if you do have to pay for it. Westerners, especially, may be disappointed with the very limited options. However, the coffee is decent.

Top tier location for a reasonable rate. 10 mins away by fast walk from XTD Style. Best choice for first time comers or experienced visiters. Rooms are cleaning on daily basis until you switch on dnd button, delivery robots in the lobby will bring your goods or samples or delivery food just whatever right to your doorstep in no time no need to bother visiting lobby! Atelier Colognier is a good choice for bath condinments, gets my personal thumbs up on this. Great Mexican restaurant on 6th floor!

This is without a doubts the best value for money accommodation I ever stayed in in Shanghai. The serviced apartments come with a complete kitchen with washing machine, microwave, stove, etc. The room is spacious and the rain shower really comfortable, as are the beds. Water, tea, Nespresso coffee etc is replenished every day. The location is a 500 meter walk from Dashijie station and only slightly further to Laoximen station, so easy to reach. It's also close to Xintiandi, Yu Yuan Gardens and one one station from People's Park. Staff is very helpful and welcoming. As many hotels, they have robot that delivers any products you order online to your door. Breakfast is simple, but good enough for the price you pay. All in all excellent value for money and I will definitely stay here again.

The mirror in the bathroom doensn't throw a lot of light on your face, so misses part of its purpose.

Spacious and clean room. Kitchenette was well-equipped and it was really useful to have a washing machine / dryer in the room (we were travelling over a hot, humid summer). Breakfast was decent. Staff were polite and overall stay was pleasant! I would definitely recommend this place!

If you're looking to be in the heart of the tourist attractions and town, this is not that near! However, it is not far from the metro so overall, still convenient and highly recommended!

Last time I was here it was called Fraser Residence, I liked it back then and I sill like it now. We had some issues with some road works under our windows during the night and they immediately gave us a new room facing the opposite side. The staff is also super friendly and polite.

Breakfast could have been better. No name tags on the food served on buffet, Luke warm temperature of the food. Very Limited Choices, The Salt and Pepper was served in a bowl which was being rotated on several tables, i saw a few using hands to pick and sprinkle the salt.

We love the room and the view was amazing. The room has essential things that we need (washing machine, pillows options, clean pantry). It was a great stay for a week. Recommended if you want a strategic location with no fuss no muss service.

Great room included kitchenette with fridge and washing machine. Good views over Shanghai towards the river and Pearl tower. Well equipped gym,

TV channel selection rather limited for a non-chinese speaking guest. Edge around base of bed has seen better days. Breakfast room a little small, occasionally overcrowded.

Breakfast could be more wide ranged and European 🙂
