The hotel is recently renovated and really nice. We enjoyed the meals, the view, the location and the pool area. The staff is friendly and trying their best so you’d enjoy your stay.

Attention everyone: The photos of the facilities that you see here are not real, it’s just 3d-visualisation renders. Our biggest disappointment was there is NO PLAY AREA FOR KIDS and 0 activities/entertainment program for them. If we knew that, we would choose another hotel or even another destination as we are a family with 2 small kids, so kids club was the main priority for us. In the description they say that the kids club will open in June 2023, but it’s a lie as our check out was on 20th of May 2023 and the building of the kids club is still under construction (basically concrete everywhere). We still think this hotel has a great potential once the kids club is open otherwise we found it overpriced and not suitable for the families like us.

Parking provided, safe, 8 euros per day. The reception staff is extremely friendly and professional. In the reservation, we asked for a quiet room, which we got. The room had a view of the garden and a partial view of the sea. Extremely clean, daily service with towels changed every or every other day. The double room was not big, but enough space for a comfortable stay. The terrace is excellent. The food is excellent. For breakfast - a standard menu, with the addition of local specialties (prosciutto, sausage, bacon). Various fruits. Various pastries, very tasty and fresh. For brunch, always a cooked dish and breakfast dishes. Always fish, pasta, Vienna pork or chicken schnitzel, roast beef..... Boiled vegetables and potatoes prepared in different ways. There could be a bigger selection of sweets. For dinner, there is a fish corner in a special place. Several types of sea fish and sea specialties. There are always two types of meat. More types of cooked dishes. Every second or third day, kebabs and patties made of different meats. I'm a big fan of the pork place and was very pleased to have that meat on the menu. Chicken or turkey, too. There was no lamb or veal. Several types of pudding and rice pudding. Cake could be a bigger choice. A large selection of fruits. Water is provided and free of charge during all meals. To summarize, the food is very tasty and varied for a 3-star hotel. I was impressed by the staff at the restaurant. The waiters are very hardworking and friendly. We have established a very pleasant relationship with conversation in the native language. The chefs very kindly answered my questions about the ways to prepare food.The restaurant has a very relaxed atmosphere. A special quality of the hotel is the large swimming pool, which is architecturally excellent. A very elegant and comfortable entrance from several sides. I highly recommend the hotel to all ages. It deserves a higher rating than 3 stars.

The disadvantage of the room is that it does not have a fridge and a kettle. My suggestions would be that the large yard can be used better, for example, sunbeds can be placed on the grass, under the olive trees. I suggest suitable soft music during brunch or dinner. I suggest that the billiard table in the lobby-restaurant be moved or limit the playing time, because it makes a lot of noise and disturbs the guests whose rooms are nearby.

It was exactly what I expected.

It was not informed on the website that pool towels are rented (1 euro a day). However, you can pick up the towels on the first day and return them on the last. Also, the beach is public, so you have to rent sunbeds and parasol.

The pool gorgeous, the proximity to the beach amazing, the friendly and helpful staff, the food was delicious and plentiful, a happy, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere... Very little to find fault with.

The pillows are really worse than anything I have ever encountered, anywhere. Simply unbelievable how empty and unsupportive they are, one could not sleep because of them! Truly, you should be ashamed of such horrible pillows! Also, the food should be marked with what type of meat or vegetable is inside.

This is a family resort and more than lives up to this role. The kids facilities are phenomenal, we could not get our 4yo to leave. This includes a secure area where your kid will be looked after and entertained while you do your own thing. The swimming pools are generous and again, child friendly. The food was good with a wide variety for all tastes. And brunch lasts until 13:00. Walking distance to the nearest bus stop, from where there is a bus every 10 or 15 minutes to the old town. Tickets available at the resort. Credit card facilities everywhere - euro is the currency.

Not much really. The rooms are small but we did not spend much time in the rooms, so not that important.

The location is beautiful, the hotel is clean and modern. The pool was very clean and the food at the snack bar was good value for money. The drinks were a little expensive but no more than anywhere else in Dubrovnik. I would definitely recommend a sea view room the views were spectacular. Easy to get to old town Dubrovnik on the frequent bus and only 2 euro each way.

There was only one pillow each and they were quite uncomfortable so we had to supplement them with cushions underneath. I probably could (should) have asked at reception for more pillows so it's not something to moan about really.
