We loved everything about our stay.The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and with lovely views from the balcony. We stayed early July and it was so peaceful and relaxing and we heard no noise from the other apartments. Air-con worked well. Some reviews have complained about lack of view but I liaised with Pervanovo at the time of booking and they couldn't have been more helpful (thank you Vinka!). The location is great, perched at the top of the hill with lovely views to the sea and great sunsets. There's a small shop two mins away and a larger one 5 mins away, the beach is just over 5 mins and the main restaurants about 10-15 mins. Lapad is a great balance of feeling like a holiday resort in its own right but being close to the Dubrovnik old town. We used Ubers which were good value but be prepared for traffic as you approach the old town. It was a great holiday with teenagers as the apartment had plenty of room and there was lots to see and do. Finally thanks to Erika at Pervanovo for being extremely friendly and helpful and always available for questions.

Absolutely nothing!

What a surprise this was - although I have been to Dubrovnik with students dozens of times, this is the first time I stayed up the hill from the Uvula, and I do not regret it. First: every apartment has an assigned parking place, which makes everything so much easier, especially when you're in a 21 person bus. Second: Erika was our check-in person, and she was AWESOME. We all fell in love with her immediately. She was efficient and sweet and then, when I had a sick student who had to stay in bed one day, Erika told me I could give the student her number in case of emergency. There was no emergency, but it was such a relief to know that we had another person to help if needed. Third: the Uvula, the bus stop, a grocery store, restaurants, and the beach are only a few minutes walk away. Fourth: a sweet cat visited our terrace. I know not everyone will find that to be a bonus, but our apartment of cat lovers thought it was fantastic.

The apartment was very comfortable and with 36 degrees outside it was nice and cool inside with air conditioning units in every room. Car parking was without problems in front of the apartment. There was plenty of space in the apartment and also a kitchen with a large fridge and freezer. The view from the balcony was fantastic, especially during sunset.

The location is in a nice and quiet neighborhood but restaurants & decent shops are at least 1 km away. Which means you have to walk 1km uphill to the apartment or take an Uber for 10 EUR.

I would like to leave a review about our superfine stay in Pervanovo Apartments. I travel a lot, but this is the first time I have been amazed by such a first-class quality of the service provided. It was our first visit to Dubrovnik, and I have to say that according to all criteria — location (proximity to two beaches 6-7 minutes walk), the district itself (calm, but there is activity for everyone), friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff, cleanliness and comfort of the room — the hotel gets 10+ out of 10. In our apartments we had EVERYTHING we needed: 2 rooms, a spacious bathroom with a shower cabin and a bidet + excellent washing machine a kitchen (with a dishwasher and small things like pepper, salt, coffee creamers), as a bonus — a gorgeous terrace with an amazing sea and mountain view, where we could enjoy watching big ships. On the terrace there were chairs, umbrellas, a table — everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would also like to thank the hotel managers who were in touch with us for every request we had, organized a round-trip transfer, met us on the day of our check-in and explained everything in detail :) Of course the sea is worth a special mention! The sea was clean, comfortable temperature and calm. The nearest beaches are not overcrowded, and that was an important point for us. It’s so good that in September we were lucky not only with the vacation, but also with this hotel :) We hope that we will be able to come here more than once!

The location is in a quiet place, you can see the sea and a little part of the port, from the balcony. The apartment is very big, even 5 persons can stay here. It has everything you need, if you want to cook, etc...The Copacabana beach is close, you can walk or use the car. There are supermarkets around, you can use the car.

Maybe a little bit far away from the Old city, you can use Uber or the bus number 6. And the doors are making noise when you open them, also the door from the fridge.

A perfect flat for a family, very comfortable beds and very quiet, all necessary kitchen utilities provided, we cooked every day. Huge terrace with nice view. Very good location, close to a public transport bus stop - only a 10-15 minutes bus ride to the old town. The area itself is gorgeous - don't miss to have a walk on the Lapad promenade and enjoy the sunset there - only two bus stops away!

Modern, clean and spatious apartment located on the hill side on north outskirts of Dubrovnik (easy 20-min bus connection to the town center). Seaside view, quiet place, few people and well-equiped appartment, dishwasher, waching machine and stable wi-fi included as well as free parking. Nice and friendly staff, competitive price - would recommend to rent!

Well, hillside - you have to climb a bit on good road, not difficult but mind the exersize :)

The location was close enough to the old city, but not within easy walking distance. Ther Uber trips were quick and reasonably priced and there is a nearby local bus service. The accommodation was well appointed and very clean!

There could have been some sharp knives in the kitchen. The shower was very small and the washing machine was very noisy, but these were very minor things - more suggestions for improvements.

The 2-bedroom apartments were great and the kitchenette was well-equipped. It was lovely to have a balcony with a table to have breakfast and lunch outdoors. The nearest beach was an easy 5 min walk. We could have used buses but Ubers were very affordable for our group and the drivers were friendly and helpful. Nice and quiet, v clean. Reception staff very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend.

Felt a little off the beaten track but cheap Ubers meant that wasn't really a problem. The supermarket was about 10 mins walk.

Very clean apartment excellent location the view is stunning It Gave the impression of a Grandma's flat which we really liked also all the facilities were Excellent. I would stay there again also the connections and communications with Erica were very smooth clear and to the point. The location is near the beaches and bay. Very confettible parking spot.
