The location can’t be better. Close to restaurants and sites.

The property was in a fantastic location. Right near the square with tons of shopping and restaurants right around. The room itself was very nice and comfortable. It was clean and modern. Some may worry that being in the square would mean late night music or sleep disruptions - we did not find that to be true. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Split.

The only minor complaint is that the air conditioner was located next to the entry door rather than near the bed. But the room was never uncomfortably hot, just

Location was amazing being situated off a busy square with bars and a cafe right on the doorstep. Despite the busy area, the noise didn’t transfer up into the room at all. The room itself had loads of character with exposed brick work complimented by contemporary features. This is a small hotel so we only met two members of staff and both were lovely.

The room was a little dark being on the side of the building but understandable given its location. And we didn’t come away to spend loads of time in the room! Breakfast was limited by the amount of space available in the dining room, but what was there was a good quality. Air con unit in the room was a little old and noisy. Really stretching for negatives though.

The staff was friendly, there was an elevator so I didn't have to carry my luggage up to the top floor and the breakfast was decent. The room was nice looking with quality furnishings, a nice wood floor, and a comfy bed. I did feel like I was stuck in someone's attic.

I was less than thrilled with the air conditioning. It blew out air that only felt cool when I came inside after walking all over town, but even then, I had to stand directly below it. It would have been fine had I not been there mid July. They need to paint over the huge stain on the wall. It looked like a wine bottle exploded there.

Right in the heart of the Split old town (few minutes from Diocletian's palace), this hotel will cater to your every wish - Featuring high-quality rooms and clean facilities. Staff was brilliant, very friendly and forthcoming (granted us a room upgrade, extra towels and individual breakfast). All important sights, the port (ferries) and many restaurants/bars in walking distance.

There is not really anything we disliked, except that we wished we could have stayed longer :) Make the most of the "pomalo" lifestyle...

Very aesthetic rooms and property, in the heart of town so easy to walk everywhere, value for money, staff were friendly and inviting, before arriving their communication was so good best I’ve experienced with hotels and they were able to let us check in without an additional charge. There’s a lovely book in the rooms which gives us so much information and they were able to help us with taxis and anything we needed.

Not as easy to get easy transport e.g taxis to and from property. Breakfast is limited if that’s a big requirement for anyone, for us it was enough. Toiletries is only really soap and toilet paper so just incase for people staying it’s worth bringing your own toothpaste and shampoo/conditioner etc.

In shoulder season it was nice not to have so many people at the hotel complex as would be in high season. It was great to be away from the Old Town Dubrovnik scene and just a convenient bus ride or a downhill hike away. As older, vigorous adults, we appreciated the options. We had lovely breakfasts, and dinners there and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We only wish we had stayed a little longer as it was so relaxing.

We should have booked ourselves sea view rooms, but that was our mistake. If you go, spring for the view! The hotel was superlative.

Hotel is centrally located inside Diocletian's Palace. Easy to get to all sites and restaurants, and close to the Riva too. Room was very clean, and considering the location surprisingly quiet. Good AC, comfy bed, excellent shower. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful- they let us drop bags off early before room was ready. Hotel provides beach towels which was great. Nice buffet breakfast. Good value for the cost.

Might be helpful to send a map showing how to walk to hotel without hitting too many steps on the way in!

Lovely hotel in a main square in Split. Overlooking all the restaurants, but not noisy. Room was clean with lots of storage, a nice view and tastefully decorated. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was buffet style but fresh and tasty.

It wasn't a problem for us, but the lift wasn't working during our whole stay. All the rooms including reception are up a few flights of stairs. It was off season, so they may be working to fix it for peak. It's not well signposted and the entrance is tucked down a small side street between two bars which could make it hard to find on arrival.

Fantastic service! Team was exceptionally helpful -- special thanks to Margarita who provided great tips and went out of her way to fulfill a request -- to get a birthday cake for my partner :) Hotel also gifted us with a nice bottle of wine! The hotel location is also very prime, room was big, bed and pillows very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the piazza and the bell tower, all the more made special due to the full moon (buck moon). Very, very special stay!
