Room was nice and clean, comfy beds, tea and coffee in the room. We enjoyed breakfast. We were very happy with the location.

Air condition not working

Location - trams to a lot of useful locations from the tram stop at the bottom of the street in front of the hotel. Quality - good clean comfortable hotel. Breakfast - ample to meet my requirements every day and a good variety to suit other guests.

The fountains on the upper floors were a nice themed idea, but the sound of dripping water for light sleepers and eventual flushing of the reservoir at the base were not a good idea in the middle of the night. On a couple of nights the fountain on my floor was switched off, which I think should have been done every night on all the upper floors. By all means leave the fountain on in Reception, but turn them off on the upper floors at night please.

Location is excellent, area is calm and safe, no noise outside . Our hotel room was very clean and the breakfast was great. Everyone at the reception desk was friendly, we even got a bottle of prosecco when we arrived, to celebrate our Anniversary. Extra thanks for the housekeeping ladies for keeping our room very tidy. It was nice also that they said good morning, hi etc when they saw us, no sulky or apathetic staff. Our room had a safety box, hair dryer, slippers, extra fan, complementary toiletries, a mini bar and the coffee maker. Everything in this hotel worked efficiently: internet was fast, no problems with connection, shower had good water pressure and there were no problems with hot water. The possibility to leave our luggage at the hotel for couple of hours after checking out was highly appreciated. Pleasant stay, thank you!

Hotel was quite hot when we arrived but there was an extra fan in our room and the window could be opened as well so all good. The capsule coffee maker at the breakfast room caused lots of confusion, every second customer didn't know how to use it. The 1990's clubbing music played pretty loud at the breakfast room was quite surprising. Overall we still had a very pleasant stay.

I really liked the breakfast. It was really delicious and you can chose many things that you like. Even there is a coffee machine in the breakfast room. And the aircondition is very good even the weather is snowy you can sleep with summer clothes😅 the location is good you can take any tram to center or other parts of Prag and also you can walk to Charles Bridge. . It takes max 20 mins. The room has minibar and the staff really good at room service and cleaning.

Sometimes you need to open window because the hotel could be extremly hot 😅

Old hotel, but very beautiful and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The room was a bit small, but very comfortable, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. They have air conditioning, which is appreciated in this season. The breakfast was amazing, with many options to eat, and everything was delicious.

Overall, we liked everything. The only issue is that our key never worked, and we had to go to the reception every time to open the room, which was quite annoying. However, the staff was very friendly and helped us on every occasion. Somewhat far from the center.

The breakfast was awesome. I loved everything and everything was too delicious and tasty. The restaurants look like a boutique hotel, and it was too calm and lovely. The options were refilled fast, and it was too clean and nice. I loved the breakfast. The location is AWESOME, you will never believe. You can walk to the old town and the new town by foot from different directions. We didn't take a taxi or take public transportation. we walked every were. There were restaurants and supermarkets around. You will have something in your room that you may not believe. There was a SEWING kit that I needed too much. There were towel slippers and good and clean towels.

I am not an easy person, but I cannot remember even a thing that I didn't like about the hotel. everything was good and lovely. the hotel looks like a boutique hotel. I just remember something! The bathroom was slippery, I felt like falling many times.

The room was very nice with a beautiful view, although it was smaller, it did not feel cramped at all. The breakfast was also wonderful, a wide variety of foods was available and the staff were actively working on restocking the everything whenever necessary. I also appreciate the fan which was in the room upon arrival, as it helped dealing with the summer heat.

Unfortunately, the whole hotel was quite warm, including the breakfast area, but I understand we were there during very hot summer days, so it wasn't that big of an issue, as it was to be expected.

Excellent location for all the central sights and the shops as long as you are prepared to walk 15 mins or so. Plenty if places to eat near by - can recommend Loki Burger and Einstein Pizzeria. The Decor was really nice and made you feel you were really staying in Prague. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice, fresh and good quality. Coffee machine was excellent too.

Our only issue was the supply of hot water for the shower. We were on the ground floor and had to let the water run for approximately 15 minutes. I suspect it’s an old plumbing system or a centrally supplied building - not something that can be put right overnight. However, it always came warm after time so it didn’t spoil our trip.

Our room 407 was perfect. High up and with a view of the green park across the street. Car noise from the road below was negligible. Nice decor and very spacious. Breakfast was excellent and I like that it runs from 7:30 till 11, letting you linger in the lovely breakfast rooms. Food plentiful and varied choices.

The large bed were just two singles pushed together, they tend to slide apart, making it somewhat uncomfortable for two people who want to sleep close. At the very least the beds should be tied together, though one true large bed with a single mattress would be best.
