The hotel was very nice and we had a very good vacation. The location is excellent, quite close to the historic center, and with everything you need right next to the hotel - the tram station is right outside the hotel and there are several good restaurants right there next to the hotel. The room was very clean, and spacious. The bathroom was also really clean and surprisingly spacious as well; the shower was also spacious. The elevator is a good size and even people with larger luggage could fit well. The breakfast was good and there were many food options - some of the options changed from day to day (scrabbled eggs one day, boiled eggs the other day, etc.). The location on the street is relatively quiet at night and we could get a good night rest. We spent most of the days exploring the city and several of the attractions were within a few minutes walking distance. The price we paid for the room seemed really decent. Overall a very pleasant stay, and we recommend this hotel.

The location is very well connected to the city centre via the exceptional public transport. The breakfast was various and nice. The staff were nice and understanding. The room was overall clean.

The cleaning. I couldn’t expect an every day linen changing but at least after 3 nights one. The carpet in the room smelled very bad ( like unwashed feet) , also because the little fridge /freezer in the room was always leaking so a lot of water was on the carpet , told the staff at the reception 2 times but I don’t know if they could do anything. They were as nice as they could but the carpet was wet every evening we came back to the hotel and the smell was bad.

For a 3 star hotel, our expectations were exceeded. The room we booked was a perfect size for two people, very clean and comfortable, with everything one may need in it. The staff were great as well, and receptionists kind and helpful. Breakfast was included, and the food varieties differed depending on the day, but there was always something to start the day with, from general breakfast-types-of-food to drinks such as coffee, tea, juices, etc. The location of the hotel was just perfect for our needs, on our preferred side of Prague – Mala strana, but very near the bridges and the other side. There were no troubles with other guests, and our stay within the hotel was peaceful, with no noise from the outside the room or the building disturbing us. All in all, would recommend this hotel as an affordable and nice accommodation in Prague!

Breakfast was amazing enjoyed the variety of dishes. The staff was amazing. They cleared up straight away. The tables were always clean and there was always plenty of cutlery and napkins on hand.

Maybe a few more excursions available from the Hotel. The person at the desk was really helpful directing us to the supermarket to local restaurants and made an excellent cup of tea. I had a request about my room which I wasn’t happy about and he dealt with the matter very swiftly and calmly I felt so relaxed definitely would recommend the hotel to others. Thank you for making my stay and my sister stay “” remarkable “”Prague.”

Very nice and apparently recently renovated bathrooms, very friendly and helpful staff, rich and tasty breakfast, good connections to public transport (several tram lines in close proximity).

There is a small negative point, namely noise insulation of the rooms/windows against the rather rumbling trams that go (also early in the morning) on the nearby street. I guess, it is more of a renovation issue of the tram tracks than of the hotel itself. However, if you are a light sleeper, then perhaps pack some ear plugs.

They were nice and accommodating at the reception, we had no problems with the accommodation process. They explained everything to us. I also positively evaluate the cleaning services, even though we didn't have a paper hanging on the door saying that we wanted the room to be cleaned, after about three days they cleaned it for us automatically, so I believe that it's such a standard that if you don't put a paper on the door after a few days they will automatically clean it for you. I'm also glad that the hot buffet at breakfast was changing. A large selection of different sauces, dressings, both sweet and salty. The fresh watermelon and more fruits at breakfast was great too! We had a view of the atrium, so we didn't experience any traffic from the street. The refrigerator in the room is also a great option in the summer that we could cool our water.

The hair dryer in the room was probably older and you could see "burnt" parts, but it worked and served, so nothing terrible. A safe with a key, for which you need to pay a deposit at the reception - I would rather be able to set a numerical password and the like. The elevator creaked in places and seemed to wobble in places.

1.The room is clean, spacious, comfortable Thanks to the girls for the cleanliness and order in the room👍☺️ 2.The location of the hotel is super Close to the old center, Karlow Bridge and the dancing house 3. The breakfast is hearty and varied every morning, very tasty, thanks to the staff for the breakfast and the cleanliness of the breakfast room.

Exploitation of hotel staff. 04/09/2024 the elevator did not work, but this is not a problem The worst thing I saw when I was walking up the steps was how the cleaning girls were cleaning the elevator shaft🫣🫣🫣😱😱😱🤬🤬🤬 The girls(cleaning personal) sat inside the shaft, on the roof of the elevator and washed the glass walls of the elevator shaft. In a closed area of the mine, on an elevator that periodically moved them down. Is this really what cleaning personal of hotel should do? It seems to me that this should be done by specially trained personnel with access to work with increased danger. I think the Czech Labor Safety Inspectorate should look into this issue

The location of the hotel was perfect. I got an Uber from the airport and it was around £11-13 and only took 20 minutes. I walked everywhere in Prague and the hotel was a perfect location to allow me to do this. There is a tram stop right outside and the Charles Bridge is a 15 minute walk. Easy access to get to the Old Town (20-25 minutes) and very very close to the castle- the Funicular is literally a 10 minute walk away. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was tasty and is available from 7am-10am which is perfect. The breakfast room is downstairs and there is a range of cakes, hot and cold food and a coffee machine which also serves hot water. I requested a double bed which was well received- the rooms are a good size and very authentic. As a solo traveller I felt very safe at this hotel.

There is no kettle in the room but if you ask at reception they will lend you one. Slightly noisy outside as my room faced the main side street so could often hear the tram- nothing too noisy or keeping you up though. My bedroom door shut and locked from the outside but there was no way of checking this from the inside- I resolved this by placing a chair against the door.

We've stayed here many times. Great location and value for money. Easy walk to old town, Charles Bridge and close to funicular railway. Rooms have recently been decorated.. Still doing lower floors. Breakfast is canny and does you to start the day. Easy check in/out and able to store cases if got later flight. You can get discount at couple places by hotel for drink/food. Trams close if want to use. Tried a bar which we have passed many times and literally so cheap!

Only thing would comment is on the pillows. I'm sure if we'd asked they would have provided another but weren't great..very flat.
