Room: good space, comfortable bed & sofa bed, also they provide us baby crib as requested. full kitchen, elevator in the building. And daily room service. Reception: there is a working hours for the reception, but rally no need for it. Once you reserve you will receive email with full instructions of how to get in the building. Also there is a hot line with the management if anything needed. Location: in the edge of the center, which makes it better, tram stations in the corner of the block (1 min walking) and it can take you anywhere in the center. Also the street of the building is really calm with no noise at all. There are many convenient stores around the building and many restaurants and coffee shops. Parking: there is parking on the street but they can reserve for you a parking space near the building (10 min walking) for reasonable price. In conclusion: I prefer this place than hotels in the center and it’s a great place for families. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Its an apartment building turned hotel in the southern side of mala strana. The reception is not always there but thats not really a problem. We had the top floor which features a narrow wood ladder to a second small bedroom (see fotos on the site, might be incovenient for older people). The apartment was very clean, modern, spacious, with a small kitchen. The staff is very friendly and accomodating which is not always the case in Prague. There are a lot of parking places on the street in front of the hotel or adjacent to it, which makes it possible to travel to Prague by car without any inconvenience. Be sure to download the pid litacka app, which you can use to park the car and also book urban transportation tickets. The apartment is located within a 5 minutes walk of the Carlsbridge, everything is nearby, the neighbourhood is upscale with many hip restaurants. Of note: if you come from within the eu you can pay almost absolutely everywhere with your ec card, which makes exchange bureaus useless. Always choose czech crowns (when asked) at the ec terminal, the rate you get from your bank (in our case, sparkasse) is way better than what stores and restaurants offer when converting in front of the terminal.

A nespresso machine in the room would be nice.

This was very close to a perfect weekend stay. The location is absolutely perfect, the flat beautiful with every amenity one might need. There was even a daily cleaning Service, fresh coffee beans (sufficient dor the whole weekend), new towels - literally felt like staying in a hotel. Just with more privacy. Really comfy couch and bed, fresh linen and all supplies you need in the kitchen. Tjere was a grinder to freshly grind the coffee beans, shampoo and shower gel, washing detergent and my personal highlight - prepped ice cubes in the freezer! I love these tiny details that add up to a really good service. I would book this accomodation again for the next Prague visit.

Well - if you really want to search for improvements, tjis is the only things i can find. But let me say - none of these two have made the stay less enjoyable. Water pressure in the shower & maybe more kitchen amenities. Nothing else. Thank you - we loved it!

Everything was great! The appartement is beautiful, big and really well equipped. Very clean and quiet, we didn't hear any noise from outside nor inside. Communication with the staff is great. Finally, the location is the best to visit Prague, close to the center, but quieter, and lots of eating options walking distance. We would definitely recommand and stay there again: :D

The property is in a wonderful location- great walkable access to everything in both mala strana area as well as the allstadt and beyond. There was a wonderful bakery (artic bakery ) at the end of the street and a small local grocery store ( cash only ) across the street. We also enjoyed Angelato a very short walk away ! Parking was great on the weekend - free street parking and we were able to find a spot right outside the door!

Given the superb locality, the size of rooms was excellent vs the price. Reception helped when needed, they are on the phone 24/7. No breakfast is not a problem, there are 4-5 good options within 3 minutes walking. Very clean. Also not being at metro (tube) station is not a problem, there are a few tram lines stopping round the corner which got us where we needed with much better view as would be from metro. ;-)

The apartment is well equipped, had everything we needed, the location is off the center, but super easy to walk. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

The only thing bad that happened was that someone left a pen inside the washing machine and the staff didn’t check, so we got some clothes stained by it, not ideal.

Loved it all - from the smooth, despite nobody to meet at the location due to our late evening, check in. Charming location - on the other side of the bridge, yet 5min away from the center as a bonus to reach home one always will have to cross the bridge and see the scenery of the beautiful city :) Apartment itself is in the well-kept building, quiet, clean, warm, comfortable (there is even a dryer and umbrella!) Being a frequent (4-5 times a year) visitor in town I can confidently say I am adding it in my top 3 accommodations in Prague

One very minor improvement would make it a perfect stay - tea and/or coffee in the apartment. There are all the amenities to make one, kettle for tea and coffee machine, but no actual product and us coming to the city very late would have loved to drink some before going to sleep and first thing waking up :)

It's a great pleasure to stay here, the room was so clean well decorated, the equipments in the kitchen are new and usefull. It was nice to make a tasty filter coffee whenever we want. We thank to all staff who make our 3-night stay beautiful and also special thank to Adam who makes worthy advises about city and good hospitality.

No air conditioning in our room during a particularly hot spell in Prague. Fans were supplied which could not quite keep up with the intense heat.
