March 2024

Room - got a twin bedded room - would have preferred a double bed but it was no big deal. The rooms are well-appointed but no mini bar. Super shower and open wardrobe space. I was only here 2 nights so this was no issue. Similarly, I was untroubled about the lack of cleaning of the room, it is a sad feature of many hotels these days but it didn't bother me. The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. The spa was superb. If you like a sauna this is the place for you! It did cost extra and was not run by the hotel itself but was so welcome after a long day of seeing clients. The hotel was just a few minutes walk from IP Pavlova metro stop with trams even closer. 5 mins walk to the Londoner pub if you want to take in Champions League football matches too.

Control of temperature in the room was deficient. Even though it was only March the room was uncomfortably warm and the thermostat would not allow any cooling of the room below 21c. For me that is too warm but others may disagree. One night it rose to 24c and that was too much for me. Windows only open a bit but then you have some street noise even though it is in a little back road. I would hesitate coming here in the height of summer if the temperature could not be reduced

The location is great; close to Wenceslas Square, yet, it is really quiet at the hotel, no traffic etc. The environment is pleasant, the place is clean, nice lobby with many plants and an area with fireplace made a good overall atmosphere. Staff is professional, rooms are spacious, beds comfy, temperature could be adjusted and the windows could be opened - this is excellent, since in some hotels the windows cannot be used. Minor thing: I would appreciate carpet not just under the bed but under the chair and the desk, too - the tiled floor was a bit cold and hence less comfy. Breakfast a bit over the price - there is just as much one can eat; however, the selection was great, food tasty. Thanks.

The room was comfortable and clean, with lovely finishing and furniture. The breakfast buffet was brilliant, with lots of choices of hot and cold cuts, cereals, fruits and seeds, and breads. There are food and drinks machines at the reception as well to purchase 24/7.

We arrived at the hotel around 10 pm after a full day of travelling, at the welcome from the receptionist was very dismissive and rude - he even had us pay the parking double after we explained we booked it in advance and paid it already. Only realised later, but this was very simply solved by a different staff member at check-out.

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were very spacious and updated. It’s a bit off the beaten path about a 20-25 minute walk to Old Town but we liked being away from the crowds. The breakfast was varied and good. Check in and out was easy. They have lots of snacks and drinks downstairs which we appreciated.

Did not have the best spa experience. They also don’t clean everyday which was fine for us (come every 2-3 days) but may surprise some.

The room was spacious for 2 adults and a teen. All of us liked the beds. On one rainy evening we really appreciated the table so we could play cards. We were close enough to the big tourist attractions that we could walk or tram back to the hotel to have some lunch and relax before venturing out in the evenings. The location was great and we loved having underground parking big enough for an SUV. While there was lots going on in the city, our room was quiet. Breakfast was wonderful. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. If we ever come back to Prague for a longer stay, this is a place we would stay at again.

The room was a little outdated. We were in the Residence side of the building. That being said, everything was in good repair and worked well. The bathtub could come with another railing. It is hard to get in and out of safely.

It's a really great hotel! The location is very comfortable, almost perfect! You could easily reach the city center by walking, and it's very to Vacslavske Namesti and National Museum (5 min to go without a rush), which is absolutely mandatory to visit. Also, it's very close to Vyshegrad. I think, the only places you could consider reaching out NOT by walking is Prague Castle (Prazsky Hrad) and the Tech Museum. Breakfasts in this hotel are the best! I think we saw a ghost in the window of the building opposite... but Prague is a very old city with its own secrets, right? So, it's fine with me.

The kettle and the coffee maker are obsolete, really. Anyhow, they're working so it wasn't a big problem.

The location of the hotel was in a quiet neighborhood yet still a pretty central area and about a 20 min walk to the Old Town. We had the one bedroom apartment which was very spacious and clean with a separate living room, kitchen, sofa bed, yet our view wasn't the best. I would probable take the next room up with a terrace and nicer view next time. It is a family oriented hotel and there were many children at the breakfast area which made it a bit noisy. Breakfast choices were very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel and decent price comparing to others as far as value for money and size of rooms. All in all it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel for location, cleanliness, good breakfast, friendly staff, family oriented and big size rooms. Just note it is not in the very center and you will need to walk around 20 minutes to get to the heart of the town which was a refreshing walk.

A bit noisy at breakfast since the hotel accomodates big families and the view from our room was very limited.

I liked how clean it was, additionally, there were chairs in the halls which is something most hotels do not have. There was also a laundry which was great. The location of the hotel was awesome, I could walk to most places including the main train station and centre shopping area. There was also game room and business room for people working remotely.

I would have wished that there was coffee/tea in the rooms as the room was a bit chilly. The staffs where also not the friendliest but I assume they were exhausted from working.

The hotel is located in a good area, close to all the main places in Prague. They also have their own parking so that you can park your car just underground. The room was big with all the needed facilities, even the dishwasher was there. Hotel also provided baby cot and let us stay with our dog (a Swiss white shepherd - 40 kg). Breakfast was also good, especially the porridge - excellent! Hotel also has a spa but we did not use it.

Hm it's hard to say, but one thing to admit, looks like the hotel was renovated recently, they have a very great design at the first floor, but the room where we stayed - was old. But it's not a big issue, just be prepared :-)
