Great stay. Hotel is located a short distance from downtown and is easily walkable. The rooms are clean and in excellent shape. Parking is expensive in their parking garage, otherwise the hotel is excellent!

A Night to Remember: A night when Martin was a Gentleman Hero. It was at 3am when my oldest daughter was very sick and Martin was the only solution. I was totally confused and don’t know what to do and how to deal with such situation. He called the Ambulance and explained the issue to them in his language. He kept following tell the ambulance came and picked us to the hospital. Martin was asking about my daughter even after she was recovered. Every night in his shift tell the last day for us, he was asking about us and my daughter’s helth. Mamaison Hotel is lucky to have such a front disk officer and he is the right asset to keep. Thank you all for everything, location, cleaning and staff.

Cleaning only every 3 days. No Water boiler. No bathroom slippers. No refrigerator.

The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. Fast and smooth check-in experience. The room was modern, spacious, and well equipped (pillows, safety box, wardrobe space). The room and the overall hotel spaces were squeaky clean. Glad to see that the gym was open 24/7. The breakfast had sufficient warm and cold variety. At peak hours the breakfast area was too noisy (go early!) yet the staff was keeping everything filled and clean – well done!

At the gym, one treadmill and one stepper wasn't working at all. The rest were kinda outdated – I would suggest replacing them with more modern equipment. The playroom was in a bit of a disarray (mixed-up board games, missing ping-pong paddles, broken pool cues with missing tips). It would be great to keep the playroom in a better shape. The location is nice – fairly close to the National Museum and the old town. Unfortunately, overall it wasn't great value for money – I believe we could have gotten a better experience in other hotels for the amount we paid.

There was no mini fridge, which would have been nice in the warm weather

We stayed in the building with the old rooms and then upgraded to the building with the new rooms. The difference was significant, and in the new room, everything was very beautiful and spacious. The view was amazing, and there was even a washing machine in the room and a dryer in the hallway.

The first room we stayed in was a bit outdated and not very well-lit, and at night it was quite noisy from the street. None of these are reasons to rule out the hotel, but they are less positive aspects.

Check in was great, the Staff were friendly and explained everything so well. The hotel was nice, great amenities, games room, bar, and small shop in reception. Rooms were nice and clean. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was lovely!

Location was a little bit further than we thought when booking but nothing too unmanageable. The room was nice but basic, more of a 1-2 night location, we stayed for 5 nights and it might have been nice to have a slightly bigger/more luxurious room but the price was good.

1) The hotel requires cosmetic renovation. For example, a mirror on the wall was going to fall on my kid and thanks to my wife, didn't. 2) Some small amount of coffee and tea would be appreciated to available coffee machine and teapot.

Very center location, nearby metro and national museum

Room was not properly cleaned, there were many hair on floor. Ended up mopping floor ourselves as we checked-in in the evening. Dishwasher included in the rooms facilities, but no washing tabs were present. Pet friendly hotel, however when entered breakfast area with a dog (no pet not allowed signs etc.), a lady was very rude and despite calmly explaining where would it be possible to sit with the dog, she was very demanding and bossy. Breakfast were so-so. Ok for one/two days of stay, but if you stay longer - suggest to grab breakfast outside of hotel. Will be cheaper and much wider choise

A perfect place for families, rooms are equipped with all the equipment needed for a vacation. The hotel is in a quiet area. After a long drive we really enjoyed the comfortable beds in the rooms. The location of the hotel is in a perfect place only a 10 minute walk from Wenceslas Square. There is a special room where the children can play ping pong and billiards. The hotel staff is very helpful, a solution of doing laundry on every floor of the hotel and storing equipment, something that helped us a lot in the logistical aspect.
