The place is located within walking distance from the city centre and the staff are very friendly and helpful especially the desk manager Moussa Ali, he was very accommodating and helpful. He is one of the reasons why I'll never pick another hotel when I go back to Prague.

Excellent location, wonderful hotel. we were a bit worried, reading lots of bad reviews about other hotels, but Kings Court is definitely an excellent choice if you’re in Prague. Make sure to choose and executive room - these rooms have plenty of space, very nice bathroom, and are well equipped! beds are comfortable, good mininar, large television with available Netflix access (use your own subscription). with the executive room you can enter the beautiful spa and the VIP lounge for free, where you have free food and drinks. The breakfast is fantastic, huge variety, like a 5 star hotel, all staff are very friendly.

Nothing we disliked, this hotel is highly recommended! Would choose again!

Cleaning the room during my stay was good. However, the bathroom sometimes was not cleaned enough.

I liked the front desk service, especially Emily who is very kind and helpful. Also Moussa who helped making our stay remarkable.

Parking only in garage (1,9 meter hight), they can't accompany big cars or cars with roof box. I had to use public parking on the street. Bit pricy.

Location was perfect for us as we weren't venturing too far and enjoyed strolling around the Old Town. The shower was one of the best I have had. The bed was so cosy. Honestly zero complaints. The ladies at Reception (Emily, Ana, Alex and Theresa) were so helpful and even allowed us to change our room when requested. The massages we got were also the best we have had. Barbara and Natalia were fantastic. Breakfast was lovely and we had lunch at the hotel one day loved the food. We got chatting to the bar tender Raphael one evening and he was so lovely.

The toiletries bottles were too small for my hair and impossible to get out but that is me being picky. Lovely hotel.

This is an amazing hotel, centrally located, literally adjacent to a subway station, across the street from Palladium, many attractions within a walking distance. The Breakfast was phenomenal, great selection, friendly staff, a real treat. The Spa was fun, a great way to unwind after a full day of sightseeing. The gym, while small, is equipped for everything you might need. The lounge was a really nice place to rest after a busy day, have a drink and some snacks, before heading out in the evening. Reception staff was friendly and knowledable

Packed breakfast boxes are a great solution for people with extremely early flights, we did get those however they were suboptimal, not a real treat.

We booked executive room which included breakfast and executive lounge with snacks, food and drinks. Breakfast was amazing, if you don't have it included, I strongly suggest to pay extra for it! Staff was very good, room was big, clean and extremely comfortable. Actually first room we've ever been that has amazing air condition system! You can have drinks and snacks in the Executive Lounge completely free of charge 12:00:18:00. Mr. Moussa made everything smooth and fast. Location is superb. Wi-Fi worked perfectly on 3rd Floor!

We were declined few times at a restaurant for drinks due to reservations even though it was half empty which is weird considering we booked executive room, never happened to us at a 5 star hotel. Restaurant takes walk-ins and guests don't have priority. Spa, Gym, Sauna and Steam Room are small, it is a great add-on to for an hour or two, but that's about it.
