The hotel was beautiful with a huge gorgeous garden area inhabited by a male and female peacock to keep you entertained. The room was spacious and in excellent condition. Very quiet inside for a city hotel. The entire property was exceptionally well maintained. Great restaurants and sights nearby. The staff was wonderful and exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was extraordinarily presented and the service great. The spa had a large indoor whirlpool, sauna and steam rooms all were fantastic. The massage I had was perfect and the entire spa staff were great. The concierge was terrific. This hotel will be a 'do it again' property.

I dare you to find something about this hotel you do not like.

Breakfast was very good, and having it outdoor made that great. the restaurant's staff were nice. they give assistance how ever they could. some of them show you smile face all the time which gives a good impressions.

Fabulous hotel in a great location to explore Prague. It isn't a large hotel but you feel the personal service as soon as you arrive. Everyone was very lovely but 2 people stood out for us. Nicky, the Concierge, was fabulous and very helpful and very attentive. And BILEL, the hotel porter, WAS A SUPERSTAR!! What a wonderful asset to The Grand Mark Hotel. I have stayed in the best hotels around the world and he is as good as any representative of a hotel brand I have ever come across. So helpful, wonderful smile and even gave me a wonderful tie so I could attend the State Opera and look the part (I hadn't even thought of packing a tie!). Anyway, the hotel is lucky to have Nicky and Bilel to represent their brand. We had an executive suite overlooking the street with a large balcony running the full length of the room. The room was like an executive apartment and beautifully warm to come back to after a day walking around sightseeing in cold but beautiful Prague. Very well equipped, beautifully clean and perfect for our stay. We didnt use the hotel restaurant for dinner but the breakfast was fabulous and again the staff at breakfast were just wonderful and welcoming every day. Yes, there is the Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental to choose in the City but I would have NO hesitation in recommending the Grand Mark where I believe you receive much better value for money and the service even better!! Absolutely everything. Truly amazing experience from the moment you enter the front door. Very good breakfast and dinner. Perfect dining service. Very professional reception help. Rooms are very comfortable, spacious and quiet. All the amendments in place. We requested roses and champagne on the day of our arrival (as it was our anniversary), which has been delivered to our room before we checked in. On top of it the bad was decorated with rose flakes. We were spoiled with wine and chocolates ;) Will definitely go back there.

Excellent location, great spa, spacious rooms, very comfortable bed and friendly, always helpful management. This hotel is a pleasant oasis in the heart of the city.

The location is very good. The hotel feeling during Christmas was very warm feeling. Room was very spacious with balcony looking over the city and beautiful morning view. I would like to thank Adriana who was very welcoming and helpful and gave us an upgrade she didn’t leave until she made we are happy with the room. Also I would like to thank concierge Bilal and Nikki they were always there when we need help or information always smiling and welcoming. In Christmas Dinner, Tarlan took good care of us and made it special night. We will comeback here again soon !

Nothing we didn’t like

The location is a walking distance from old town also very close to metro and tram stations where you can reach almost all attractions. The staff are helpful a d friendly especially Mr Bilal he is very helpful and resourceful and he speaks many languages including Arabic, as he says “he is better than Google” he can also help you plan your trips and advice you on where to go and how to get there, make sure to ask about him when you arrive

the spa was booked for private clients for most of our stay so it was not accessible for hotel guests as advertised.

The hotel itself was well located, very nice and cozy, and the staff simply great. When we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome surprise in form of a room upgrade. Especially the doorman (Belbel), the concierge and the Philippine ladies from the spa did an outstanding job and went the extra mile for our convenience. Since we were confronted with a minor issue in our room, the hotel apologized in form of not only a fruit basket, but as well with a full three-course dinner voucher with the corresponding vine. We never would have expected such generosity and hospitality. So overall we really, really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Grand Mark to anybody, who loves luxury, unobtrusive service and being pampered from front to back.
