This hotel is really well presented, the staff were pleasant and accommodating. Our room was clean and had lovely views of the park across the road, the 3 big windows added some really welcoming natural light. The location is ideal, you can make a really good circuit walking down to the Charles Bridge across and along to the next bridge and back over to the Hotel. There is a restaurant to the left (out the front door) of the hotel that does VERY good food.

The furniture in the room was quite dated, although it was pretty it had seen better days. The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable, this really needs to be changed. This was the only let down of our whole stay but would NOT stop us staying here again!!

Wonderful breakfast. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room had a bath which was lovely after walking round Prague all day.

You can hear the other rooms and when the room above you flushes the toilet or use the shower.

Most of the staff were very polite. Comfortable and clean room. Great location.

Rude breakfast supervisor. We arrived a minute early to the breakfast room and the breakfast supervisor was very rude to us as if we had arrived half an hour earlier. He walked us out making a point of saying that the door was shut which was a mistake on our part but how he communicated it was not necessary. He walked out us out and then we arrived at the door we welcomed the guests that were waiting very politely and then told us to walk back in. Very unnecessary behaviour.

Great room. Very large. Complimentary toiletries. Very extensive range of foods at breakfast. Great location.

Staff (most) not very engaging; on reception & in the restaurant. Would benefit from customer care training. We weren't made aware of a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport. When we did become aware (morning of departure) we were told that it has to be booked 24hours in advance. The hotel ordered a taxi for us. Expensive. Worst of all we weren't told that we'd need to pay cash; cards not accepted. This only came to light when we went to pay after being dropped off. We had to go with the driver into the airport & withdraw money from an ATM. Very poor exchange rate. This was a birthday trip & did mar the experience somewhat. Nice hotel overall but not what I'd class as 4 star.

Great staff and very clean hotel, location was perfect for us and easy walk into town. Ice cream shop in the same building and plenty of places to eat close by.

Just a little niggle, It gets a little noisy at night as the tiled floors carry the sound and the doors need to be closed with a little force to lock, did not impact us too much but I can imagine if you need quiet it could be a probem

Staff on reception was super helpful and polite. We had changes in the dates of stay, and they did it fast by request. Have used laundry service - it was nicely done and fast too. Housekeeping also did nice job! Breakfast is simple, but manageable. A lot of bakery. Location was very convenient, close to restaurants, tram station and grocery shops.

The only minus for this property its absence of soundproof. Probably because the building is old by itself. You literally hear everything what is going on in neighboring rooms and bathrooms up & down from you.

location, good parking, big spacious family room, very good breakfast. quiet, check out was at 12 md which was really good, managed to enjoy breakfast before leaving and not been rushed out.

we had family 2 bedroom suit but second bedroom had sofa bed rather than proper bed which was not that comfortable. everything else was very good

The hotel is in an excellent location .Tram stop opposite hotel .The bedrooms are spacious ,comfortable and well appointed .The breakfasts were good .The reception staff were friendly and helpful special mention to Petr and the two Italian bar staff .

Sadly I could hear the noises coming from the room above during the night.

Only slightly disappointing thing was that you could hear whenever the surrounding rooms turned on a tap, or had a shower. It wasn't loud enough to stop me from sleeping, but I ended up needing to put the Aircon on to distract me from it.

Excellent breakfast buffet with a large range of foods. For health reasons, I need to be on a low fat/cholesterin diet, so I could only enjoy much of that visually (can't have croissants, eggs, cheeses etc). There was some very nice pastry on offer, too; the Czech Republic is very good on those sorts of things.

The coffee from the coffee machine had an indistinct flavor (I would recommend stronger coffee, fairtrade etc). As in other hotels, the shampoo/body shampoo comes in small plastic bottles (which is wasteful), but the soap came wrapped in paper. Air conditioning was available, but probably not based on renewable energy (didn't check that, just a presumption) and possibly worsened carbon dioxide balance. So I didn't use it.
