A picturesque place in Prague. Peaceful, cozy, quiet hotel superbly located. Thanks for upgrading our room. The young lady at the reception was extremely helpful and professional. Breakfast sufficient with a large selection. There is a luxurious view of the old town from the 4th floor. Many restaurants and bars nearby.

The breakfast was amazing. Many options and certainly very hearty food. The location was ideal for us. We had to walk around 15 mins to the city center but it was on the river and close to many attractions. The mattress was very comfortable and we slept very well. We booked a large room but the room we got it was surprisingly large. Since we had a baby with us, we had to spend quite some time in the room during the day, while the baby was sleeping. However, we always found our room clean. Housekeeping was very effective and efficient.

The room is consisting by old and modern elements. For example, the furniture and the bed were new, but the bathroom was old looking (80s-90s). We personally did not mind since it was clean, but some people may do. It is definitely something that it can be improved. We also ordered a portable baby cot. After we came back home, we noticed that there were some strange marks on the baby’s legs. Not sure if they came from bedbugs but to us, it is highly probable. Our bed though was clean and we did not notice anything on us. We stayed there in the end of October, so the weather was cold. The real struggle would be during summer when it is hot. There was no air-conditioning in the room and I think it is a foul for a 4-star hotel not to have an air-condition in the room.

For the price, it’s not clear I’ve ever stayed in a better hotel. Back in the States, the (fantastic) free breakfast alone would have been hslf my nightly cost. My room had a stunnng view of the Charles Bridge out one side and a lovely creek out the back. I requested this bridge view upfront and they more than delivered. My favorite element, though. Was the location. Totally central but also totally removed from the fray. Just tucked under the calmer side of the Charles Bridge, one was away from the mayhem of that Old Town Main Street, in a delightful, quiet but not desolate, Parisian-vibe sub-section, and yet beyond central to all. I was very proud of myself for having worked out to stay on the Mala Strana side, particularly as I saw the other hotels I was contemplating when walking through Old Town, and each had a hostel vibe at their entrance for no other reason than Old Town is simply too teeming!, even in January. I can’t imagine peak season. Anyway, top stay overall.

WiFi was meh but it functioned.

Brilliant choice at breakfast , everything you could want and the lady staff member was delightful. Very kind and helpful. The free cake and snacks in the afternoon was a welcome surprise which was appreciated. Bed was very comfortable and the Pytloun teddy bear a nice touch.Having a safe in the bedroom was very useful. Quiet location with a park next door and a lovely square nearby. Easy walk to the Charles bridge or to a main road with tram stops.

Having a room at the front meant there was a bit of noise from refuse trucks on a couple of mornings but only after 7am. Rooms at the back of the hotel would be completely peaceful.

The hotel is really well situated, right next to Charles Bridge and the Moldova. There's a small Terrace overlooking another small river and old wooden mill wheel, a park right next to the hotel and all places of interest can be reached on foot. The area is quieter than the other side of the city center. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is until 11 and checkout until 12, which helps making things more relaxed. The breakfast buffet is tasty and offer a wide variety for all tastes. We were really happy with our stay and would definitely choose the hotel again!

Quiet, simple and relaxed. Location was a bit further away from main attractions than i thought but in general fine. The area all around is beautiful and relaxed. Beds were ok and pillows were good. Good and flexible respons on extended check out. (paid for) Easy go and very small hotel. Bacon and eggs very good in breakfast and real coffie. Staff at reception and household helpful. Small but lovely veranda to sit outside on canal side.

There could have been fresher fruits and veggies at breakfast, i missed that, but athmoshphere very nice and homelike. In general a lovely place to stay, only minor issues that could be improved and i am sure it will be done ;)

The staff were ever so helpful. The helped with everything they could and I did have questions and things we needed which were always responded to with a smile. And lovely little brownie gifts as we left too. My husband had been before and now I have started once, I would definitely come back again. Thank you.

Nothing specifically comes to mind. They were very good. Room was very good size and had everything we needed. Can't find anything to complain about. A bonus would be air conditioning, but we did have a fan and very large windows which we could open fully on two sides of the room and let a lovely breeze through.

Absolutely loved the hotel location, the friendliness of staff and the variety of foods available for breakfast. The staff was hugely accommodating to all our needs, kind and professional. The room was of a wonderful size and packed with all amenities. The hotel location was conveniently nestled amongst all the tourist attractions, without the noise of the tourists as they party through the night. Only a stone’s throw away from Charles Bridge and the old town on one side, and the Prague Castle on the other side, all whilst being comfortably located in the Mala Strana area. The terrace, the little reception and the breakfast rooms were all clean and incredibly inspiring. The hospitality of the staff members is one i’ll remember forever. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone planning on visiting!

Was just not too fond of the chia pudding for breakfast but otherwise, everything else tasted lovely

Our stay at the KAMPA GARDEN HOTEL was absolutely amazing. Located more or less directly at the Charles Bridge, but on the Kampa side of the Moldova, it offered the perfect combination of both short distance to the Old Town and a calm atmosphere. The room was big and very luxurious as it offered everything you need for a great city Trip. The breakfast was beyond!! My girlfriend and I loved averything about it. The staff was very polite and nice. Can not only recommend but strongly suggest to book your stay over here!

First of all it is very close to the Charles Bridge. The moment you step out of the hotel, you are in the heart of the oldu town. You feel the fairy tale atmosphere all along your stay. The CEO and owner is kind enough to leave you a signed welcome message. The manager is kind enough to give you a home and self made brownie as a parting gift. The receptionists Javier, Tomas and the blond one whose name İ cannot recall now are all kind enough to help you with any need and request. The hotel is kind enough to provide you with more of what you need. The breakfast is so wide and fulfilling. Couldnt think of more. İt was a perfect stay.

İ might have been happier is the tv channels involved more English speaking ones and music channels as well.
