room was always properly setup and cleaned. bfast could include more Sabahan dishes and goodies please.

The pool view was lovely and the birds cheerfully woke me in the mornings. Breakfast was a delicious feast that had a sufficient variety of continental and local items. Porridge and pastry were super. Coffee was great!

Room-appreciate larger bottles of mineral water in room. Should provide more wheelchairs for those that are physically challenged.

Place: The room was spacious and clean. The design was also decent. The air-con reasonable so we didn't get sick. Pool was big and also very clean. They had a tiny but cute sandy beach with very warm water. The sunset was a highlight of the day. Food: Breakfast has wide variety of food. Some of them were good, some of them not so good. Fruits were tasty. There were egg, pancake and noodle stations so everybody could choose. Staff were helpful. Our card was deactivated several times due to weak security of the NFC, but they were smiling all the time they activated the card for us. :D

Place: For a 5* resort, we expected more. Club lounge and some other places were smelly (fried oil, sewerage). The food and drinks on the menu overall were so so and prices were high comparing to other places. High-tea was a disappointment. They put 1 tea bag to a big teapot so the tea tasted like water. The pastries and sweets were average. Club lounge smelled after fried oil so it ruined the experience. I'd give it 4* at best.

Pretty much everything was great during our stay. The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful and the on-site facilities were great. Little Magellan, a children's activity centre, was particularly great for keeping our toddler entertained. The location is good and allows quick access via taxi or rideshare to the airport, nearby malls and city centre.

The on-site restaurants offer a good selection of food but are overpriced compared to most local restaurants, and the hotel does not allow deliveries so if you don't feel like going out for dinner, you're stuck with relatively expensive dining options.

Everything, I'm surprised with the resort honestly. There's a lot of activities that you can do within the resort without the hassle of going out. The staff were great, the food were lovely. The view is spectacular, especially during the sunset. But one thing is that, be prepared with the prices. I don't really mind spending a bit since it's convenient but the place is near to the market. So if you don't fancy eating in the resort, you can just book a grab or drive to the market.

Just one thing, inside the room I stayed in. The toilet's faucet seems to be leaking a bit when it's turned on. The shower's temperature is quite tricky to be adjusted. Like when I want hot water, it still gives me cold water. Maybe it's just my room, but I don't mind it since the bathtub workes fine.

Package with sunset cruise and 1 free bowling session offers Good value for money especially the buffet dinners and breakfast which are included in the packages. The food were surprisingly up to par as well, and can be described as “executing the simple stuff well”.

The reception staff were not as resourceful as you might think considering the rest of the hotel is a somewhat luxury resort. Unlike many other hotels, they spared me the details to the map of the area (considering its quite large and many things to discover, or that there was movie night on that day, and it was rather difficult to understand whether we could ride the free sunset cruise each day or only once if we were to stay a few nights - you get the picture.

The resort overall environment is fine despite it is old. The room is dated. The dinner included in the You and Me package we booked was so so, there is no selection of food, and have one set menu for day one, and day two, main dish have no choice, ie a chicken leg with rice. If you book this resort, don't even need to think about their dinner included package. The water in the pool is not clear, dont know why it is dirty or what, just you couldn't see clear water in the main pool.

Very cosy and ambient atmosphere in the room. Good breakfast choices.
