Pretty close to the airport, walking distance (although a little further away than Sheraton). Very good room, quiet, clean, well equiped. I even had the chance to use the swimming pool and sauna. But I should mention that the pool is small, actually an oversized jaccuzi, so not for anyone serious about swimming, but good for relaxation. The breakfast is good too, with fresh omlet possible among other selections of bread and salad. This is what you can expect from a 5-star hotel. Also the rate is decent too.

Just to be very picky, I would like to see more options in breakfast, like fish or seafood. But this is really just a bonus.

Great Hotel directly located in the Airport Schiphol , we had a Suite wich was great and also Business Lounge Access with nice food in the evening and free drinks ,Personel in the lounge was exeptional . Also the spa area was great with different sauna options all for free and as well a whirlpool . Room was spacecious and beds where great , breakfast was also nice with lots of fresh options , the transfer to and from the airport and trainstation was trough the airport , you dont need to go outside .

the lounge only offers softdrinks from 4pm on , before its only water and maybe coffee , other hotels at this category at least offer soft drinks and coffee during the day , we ordert a Pizza with roomservice but it was the wrong kind .

Obviously, the location was great as we had a very long layover in Amsterdam so we were able to easily walk to the hotel through a covered tunnel. The actual room was very nice and comfortable and we ordered room service and the food was delicious.

We originally booked this place due to our long layover. I feel that hotels that are attached to the airport, should be a bit more lenient around check-in times. We landed at 9 am and were not able to check in until 2 pm so we had to grab our tired and cranky children and entertain them for 5 hours. I would also like to mention that we had thought that because the hotel listed a pool as part of its facilities we would at least have that to entertain our children once we were able to check in. Unfortunately, it is not a pool but more of a whirlpool so not very conducive for families.

The perfect place to stay when transiting through Amsterdam airport! Cannot recommend highly enough - a short stroll from the terminal in an enclosed walkway takes you to this little oasis. Family room was huge and had everything we needed and can't say enough about the amazing staff who went out of their way to welcome us, including the children, greeting them with colouring packs, free "mocktail" tickets at the bar, etc. The included western style full breakfast was incredible as was lunch and dinner, which we also enjoyed there! Incredible spa area with jacuzzi, saunas, etc. Hope to be back one day!

It’s a Hilton, so it obviously comes with a certain expected level of high standards. However, I have never been to a Hilton in Europe and compared to those in East Asia and Middle East, this Hilton was a bit underwhelming.

At this price-point, one expects to have the breakfast included. They also seem to have an ineffective system for checking whether the guests used the minibar. At the time of check-out they stated that we took a beer, which we didn’t. They, of course, immediately accepted it and said we must have moved things around in the fridge and that’s why! But the experience wasn’t pleasant, it gave us the impression that they think we’re lying over taking a lousy beer…

The fact that I was within comfortable walking distance from the Airport Terminal

The signs showing the direction to the hotel was not immediately obvious to me as a first time visitor to the Airport. I tried getting to the hotel walking around the outside and was not aware of the Skybridge leading from the Airport to the Hotel. Fortunately the hotel personnel explained to me upon checking in that it was unnecessary for me to drag my luggage around the outside over the sidewalks etc. and that was a convenient under cover link to the Terminal. Perhaps, the existence of this Skybridge link to the hotel can be given more prominence on the Hotel Website for customers making bookings.

Usually I always booked airport hotels only for departure. This time was an exception. There are 2 hotels near airport. One is Sheraton, which is even a litte bit closer to airport than hotel Hilton. But I decided to book hotel Hilton, because I like the architecture of this hotel. This time I visited the Keukenhof twice and spent 4 nights in this hotel. From airport there is a direct bus to Krukenhof and direct train to Giehoorn as well. To center station is also very convenient by train (only about 10.min, depending on which kind of train). The breakfast and dinner are very good! I ate the dinner every everning in hotel. The staff were also very friendly.

Nothing! Only from airport to hotel it takes about 10min. to walk.

Excellent food and location. Excellent service. Very comfortable rooms. Liked the fact that there is no environmental waste with unnecessary toiletries.

We left our food boxes from room service outside our room in the passage just after lunchtime. They had still not been cleared by the time we checked out the following day. There were a few boxes like this as well as dirty glasses in the passage that had not been cleared away.

Room was very nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Bar area and waiting area was also a nice open spot to just hang and grab a snack. Liked the snack area! Room service was good and fast, very convenient when taking flight next day just walking into the terminal area. Also convenient to be able to get into Amsterdam with the main train station within a short walking distance within the terminal.

Accessibility to the airport was extremely important to us. The hotel restaurant, The Bowrey, was absolutely exceptional! Good restaurants are important to us when we travel and this restaurant was outstanding . . . be sure to order dessert.

I wish more hotels had bathtubs in them. Some do - the boutique-types, but most don't and I love a good soak in the evening. I wanted a better-stocked mini bar . . . why wasn't there any free water in the room? 3.75 euro for a small bottle of water is steep!
