Good breakfast to start the day. Hotel shuttle tfrom Terminal at past midnight is truly remarkable service that helps the difficulty of long hours of travel and jetlag. Thank you very much! A I was also allowed to stay beyong checkout time to have more sleep time that I needed.

We used the hotel due to its vicinity to the airport to catch our early flight. The hotel prepared some nice lunch bags as we left before the breakfast buffet opened. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport every half hour which takes about 10 to 15 minutes to the terminals. The rooms and bathrooms are equipped with basic furniture but everything is clean and well maintained. The beds were actually quite comfortable.

The check in took ages and the guy who did it was very inefficient. It seemed that he was responsible for everything and was interrupted by other colleagues and phone calls all the time. The level of friendliness could also be improved, though it was still ok. Maybe this was related to the time as it was Ramadan and shortly before sunset and he and his colleagues probably had not eaten and drunk the whole day.

Excellent location and most strategic with Metro on the front door. The staff and the breakfast buffet was unbeatable. I tried out the coffee machine 100 times ... the best ever. Loved all of it.

The smoke smell in the hallway at floor 4 was a turnoff. I understand people use it as a quick in and out ... but please look into this.

Fantastic value conveniently located hotel opposite Terminal 3 with 24 hour shuttle taking you to a 24 hour reception. Even if your overnight layover is only 6 - 9 hours, it’s well worth it for the great shower and free breakfast. Great communication by Reception prior to arriving with key shuttle info also.

Despite booking a non-smoking room, the room reeked of cigarettes and we wondered if it wasn’t the aircon distributing it around the hotel. It’s a shame to find fault which isn’t even theirs but a guest in the first place.

Arrived at 5.00am for stopover before next flight and room was ready as we had booked it for the previous night. Breakfast was served in the restaurant area and selection of food was comprehensive. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. TV has wide range of channels other than Arabic. Wifi is included and available throughout the hotel and was high speed. Free shuttle bus between hotel and airport on the half hour is valuable as the hotel is hard to access on foot due to the road system although it is close to the airport.

Its a bit hard to find the hotel shuttle bus location at the airport, but it is a reliable shuttle service. Stand Number 5 at the shuttle bus area will do it. There is a very limited shuttle service to other destinations during the day. Hotel is best suited to travellers who need to be close to the airport but it's easy to get a taxi from the hotel to the attractions in Dubai such as the Mall and taxi fares are reasonable. This is just nitpicking as the hotel is fine.

The shuttle bus and close proximity to the airport was the main reason for choosing this hotel and it was ideal for our 9hr layover! The shuttle bus arrived spot on time, and the staff were super friendly upon arrival. We didn’t get to have the breakfast as we were leaving early, but I do believe they offer a takeaway. All-in-all great value for money!

The shuttle bus instructions on booking.com were a little unclear. It states you need to contact the hotel to organise but after ringing the hotel once we landed, we were told actually comes every 1/2hr to Terminal 1 & 3. We got it opposite the bus stop outside departures of Terminal 3, very easy to follow signs for shuttle buses.

Their service and the breakfast option is really great. And the great thing about this place is it's closer to the airport. So people like me who travel during their long layover, it's really good and value for money and they can sleep well too without waiting and breaking their neck in the airport.

I told them before that I would check in around 2-3 am. But their system was not working on that time. And I had to wait till around 4:30 am as I book the hotel just for 5-6 hrs to have a good nap I felt like I wasted my money at that point cz I left the hotel around 7:30 am. I wish they work more on their system so that guest can easily check in.

Helpful that it is close to the airport for an overnight layover. I liked that the AC was working well which is a must in Dubai. I liked the shuttle minibus (every 30 minutes 24 hours a day) Free bottle of water in room..

It would be helpful to have a map of where to go for the shuttle bus. Especially which bus stop to go to (which number) The check in process took to long late at night. If there is a bus of people for those who are last there is a long time to wait. The AC is good but if you are a light sleeper the noise can disturb. Breakfast in the papers at the hotel says from 6am. But the reality is that it is from 6.30 so if you have a morning flight you don't have breakfast. Was told that after 7am there can be a bad traffic Jam. Newly married couple were given 2 single beds. Can see hotel from airport but not possible to walk there.
