I loved everything about this property. When you check in they give you warm homemade chocolate chip cookies. The staff is very friendly and inviting. The room was clean with a fully stocked kitchenette.

The view from my room was a dumpster, parking lot.

Let me first begin by saying that the service here is exceptional. The front desk at Ocean City’s DoubleTree is very accommodating and will go out of their way to make sure that your room is ready ahead of time. They will even call you to let you know your room is ready. Our stay included complimentary breakfast at Marlin Moon where we were treated just as well. Our room was oceanfront/beach view and was just 100 feet from the beach with a direct path from our room to take a dip and the pool was directly to the left of our room. Returning to Ocean City soon and won’t be staying anywhere else than DoubleTree!

Everything at DoubleTree exceeded our expectations, but the customer service was superb!

Perfect location, beautiful views, nice pools, room size great.

Only issue was room service. We didn’t get room service Sunday or Monday as she showed up at 730 am…kids were still asleep and we were eating breakfast. She said would be back later. Never came. Had to ask for towels to shower several times due to that, place overflowing trash in the hallway and sheets weren’t refreshed for three days. Literally ONLY complaint about the entire 4 day stay. And even then it was only a minor inconvenience.

Loved the view to the ocean, the beach - location is excellent. Breakfast was quite fine. Room was comfortably sizable.

Air conditioning / ventilation was extremely noisy, thus we completely switched it off. We were lucky, since we did not really need it due to end of October weather. I expected much better equipped gym, quite useless for me - probably o.k. for an average or beginner trainee. I had a quite heavy and loud debate with the receptionist about late check-out, however, it was finally resolved and staff became nice instead of being unwilling to consider my small request.

Room was more than I needed as one person but I loved it I didn't feel cooped in! I loved how close I was to the beach, the view from my room was excellent!! the bed was very comfortable, no complaints,

The pillows took a little adjusting, simply because they were not my familiar home pillow. When I arrived at midnight, the front desk was unoccupied, I searched for someone, (all I wanted was to crawl in bed!) debated whether to knock on the office door, I spied a phone on the wall and so I used it to call the front desk which was only 30 ft from me. In a few minutes someone came out of the office, he appeared to be a little disoriented, like he may have just woke up, He was kind, and he soon had me on my way to my room.

While it did have 3 pool... they were all flooded by midday. But also by midday the water looked MURKY- CLOUDED! Especially the "kid pool" which is the one inside on 1st floor..it mostly had kids in it daily and oh my god the color of that water!!!! I asked employee when re vyou guys going to clean water, she said only 1x a day after closing. GROSSS with this amount of people it should be cleaned at LEAST 2X .. tell everyone 2 get out by midday and CLEANNNNNNNNN! NO seriously for thus hotel to relly check off and meet standards in other areas..please step up the pool cle

This hotel deserves more than 5 Star rating not only was our stay comfortable but it was so peacefully and enjoying every moment of it. Pat who works at the front desk of the DoubleTree by Hilton Ocean Hotel was phenomenal!!! He’s service was spectacular and by far the best service we have ever been served by any other hotel front desk ! Clean up front, spacious for my husband & 2 year old baby boy who couldn’t get enough of his room and balcony. This won’t be the first time we visit Ocean City, MD at the double tree Hotel by Hilton. Please go out there and ask for Pat he will set you up quickly and may I say make sure you ask for those chocolate walnut cookies 😂😆😬

The property was clean, I loved the parking garage. We stayed during the car show and had a partial ocean view room. It was perfect! My husband and I sat on the roomy balcony and I watched the ocean while he watched the cars. Win-win! Oh, and the warm cookie upon arrival is a really nice touch!

This isn’t actually about the property, but we were thrilled to have a Starbucks right in the building, however it was closed both mornings that we were there, despite the sign indicating hours 7 days a week. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it was disappointing.

It was a great location and walking distance to the boardwalk. The staff was friendly and accommodated an early check-in as well as giving us earplugs for the kids for the air show. The housekeepers did a great job and propped my son’s stuffed animals up on pillows. They loved it and was such a nice detail we appreciated.

The hot tub was discolored by Sunday.

The location and parking access to each floor was convenient for packing and unpacking the car. The restaurant was excellent. The outdoor lounge area was very nice. love the fire pit.

Not enough chairs by main pool roof top pool was not vacuumed and some guests were going in the pool in full clothing not wearing appropriate attire for going swimming!!! Which was disgusting!!! Not your fault but maybe have a sign posted and enforced. Hallways were very hot and stuffy odor. Hallway garbage cans always full. The indoor pool was extremely HOT! We had stayed at the Hilton Suites last year and enjoyed the indoor pool and was not extremely hot. We chose your hotel for the indoor and outdoor pool. The Hilton Suite pool runs out of sun very quickly.
