Clean room ,View was fine Location great for taking the train. Staff at front desk excellent.

NO papers, card only need change for tips no cash going on except parking valet.Surprised no glasses just paper cups in room you are a Hyatt Regency I expect the best looking at your hotels on the tv Dallas needs to step it up, no water in the room. Just left a Marriott in Ok. it had the little extras. Resturant not open for the evening of Sun. But I get it not enough help and coming off a two year covid mess. I will stay again can not beat the connection to the Train and Airport.

Gary the bellhop was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The tunnel to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center was an added plus. We had a wonderful stay not one complaint, and we would love to stay again very well managed hotel and again the staff was terrific don’t forget to chat with Gary about anything Dallas he’s the guy!

The pool need to be larger.

It was close to everything I was trying to visit and it was so beautiful inside. The rooms are amazing and the beds are comfy, I would suggest getting an extra pillow or two if you like firm pillows the pillows were very soft and got flat fast. The bathroom is nice and I loved the accent lights. That motion sense light that comes on when the room is dark really comes in handy! The buffet style breast at their restaurant was delicious and worth the price. Honestly the price of the hotel was worth every penny, it's so nice.

The parking was wild. We ended up having to park across the street from the hotel because their parking lot was full and it was a bit of a walk with luggage, however your room card worked at the access parking lot as well so if you paid for parking you could get in

The location was perfect, plenty of options to eat during daytime hours, and the bar was well maintained.

The pool was so small to be in such a big hotel. You couldn’t swim no where without running into someone. Second thing would be after coming back to the hotel around midnight there was no food options. I understand the bar food being closed but even the snack bar was not open to purchase anything to eat. It was a big inconvenience with a 7 year old who is hungry.

Big open atrium. Attentive staff who reached out proactively to make sure I had what I needed, such as more k cups for. Coffee.

I chuckled seeing a card specific to the noise the trains across the way may be creating so here are some complimentary foam ear buds. Being located on the 18th floor, I didn't hear much.

View of the room was nice and got the room I requested on booking.com - two queen beds.

The restaurants were all closed - there were at least two large events going on, including the one we were with, National Championship Cheer (NCA). The one restaurant and Starbucks had at least a 30 minute wait - just for breakfast. Also the price was too high - I would expect an event to have lower prices (not $362.50) for one night

Ate breakfast elsewhere however enjoyed drinks at the beautiful bar and bar staff were very personable and helpful with sightseeing while we were attending a wedding! All staff from housekeeping to valet were excellent! Would definitely highly recommend the Hyatt Regency! Location was excellent!

We liked it from checking in to leaving.

The view was awesome. Very claiming to wake too every morning that I was there. Very comfortable. I had a very late evening flight and I was allowed to stay in my room until it was time to head to the airport That was very AWESOME right there.

Nothing could have been done to improve my stay. Everything was in place the property was clean everywhere. All staff members were kind helpful.

it was easy to use in relation to convention center. We were there with kids competing in robotics. They could make lots of money with a room and food options for students at night getting food for kids is tricky they could think about that next year.

The train passing by they should let you know that info when you book.

Rooms are super clean with nice views. Great room services. Food is great at the hotel. Multiple restaurants. Great location for New Year’s Eve. Next to JFK 6th floor museum at Dealey Plaza; 10 minutes walk. Great city view. The hotel is connected to the Reunion Tower. Valet parking and self-parking options.

It is next to a train station. It can be laud for the light sleeper.
