Very comfortable room at an attractive price. The in-house restaurant was great as we didn't have to wander round to the Service Station outlets which was an added bonus. Most of the staff were very friendly and attentive. Location for us was excellent being 2 minutes from the M5 or 15/20 minutes into Bristol city centre.

One member of staff on our first night was not so good - took our supper order but never passed it on to the chef so we waited for almost an hour. We thought they were busy, but not that busy! He was also clueless about both ordering our food and then explaining what wine they could offer - it's not exactly the Ritz's wine cellar.!

I recently stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Bristol West and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Room and beds are very comfortable and clean. TV worked and shower was super. I guess it’s handy if you’re looking for somewhere off the motorway but if you’re wanting to be close to Bristol it’s quite far out of town (20 mins drive but this is with no traffic) Reception who checked me in was lovely, issue with the room (someone was already in there) but she made this right and issued a comp breakfast which was v appreciated. Breakfast good if you’re an omni but if you’re vegan there isn’t much. Oat milk for cereal & coffee and beans & toast. We asked if possible for hash browns to be made for us which chef kindly accommodated. Nice little hotel and handy for a stop off.

Comfortable beds, nice breakfast in the mornings, I put a request to be at the end of a corridor as we have a dog that likes to bark at any noise and they did put us at the end which we were grateful for and I'm sure other guests staying would have been!

There were a few hairs found in the toilet and around the sink area when we arrived that's why we haven't given 5 out of 5 clean. We came with my sister and her family who were in another room which had air con. There wasn't any in ours but air con isn't listed so we weren't expecting it but the room was warm through the night.

I thought I'd booked a double and single bed so it was a pleasant surprise for my children that there was a trundle bed so they could have a bed each and so could I. Breakfast was nice - buffet with plenty of options. Excellent location and on-site restaurant if you didn't want to make the short walk around to the services for a meal there. The hotel was quiet in that there wasn't road noise etc. Clean and modern looking. My kids rated it 4/5.

The walls were a bit thin so I could hear a man on the toilet in the room next door and my eldest said he could hear someone snoring during the night.

Everything about the hotel and staff was more than excellent The overall experience was above what I was expecting The only very slight downside was it was on a service station but nice grass sit down areas outside was kept well plenty easy close parking The comfort and size of bed and bedding was to die for just unbelievable sumptuous comfort tea/coffee useful WiFi excellent shower gel soap provided Although didn't eat there the food seen for others look very good and a evening meal and breakfast deal seemed to be excellent value for money Will definitely be staying there again Well done Days Inn you had everything spot on at this hotel Very impressed

We always have a pleasant stay

Always stay with family but my sister is a disabled & all disabled parking was taken by drivers & van driver with no disability badges…. When we arrived we called reception he came out & saying there’s nothing he could do Then why do we give our registration on entering the hotel & this is the not first time but last time the lady kindly got the driver down … My sister has a wheelchair user & disabled parking are for disabled people

The room and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and nice selection to choose from. The staff were very caring and solicitous after I had a trip near the entrance of the filling station and banged my head. The female receptionist made sure I had plasters and wipes to put on my head and later knocked on my door to check I was ok. Which I was impressed with as my condition could have been worse . Thank you.

I cannot think of anything negative. It is an good location for me to stay whilst visitingb my son and also is dog friendly at a reasonable price.

Large room. Everything you need. I liked the fact I could open the windows for fresh air in the morning, and also that I could control the temperature of the room (reception told me how to work the heater as I was a bit cold the night before). I didn't have breakfast this stay as I was rushing for a flight but I've had it before and it was very good. One thing to note, their online menu shows veggie sausages/Vegan breakfast but it wasn't with the buffet breakfast, when I asked reception they said just to let them know the night before and they'll make it fresh, as it wasn't being eaten when it was there every day.

Being woken up a 3am by workmen (staying there) having a smoke outside the front of reception, which was under my window. They were laughing and chatting very loudly - perhaps a designated smoking area should be set up, slightly away from the main building. *There isn't a lift to the 2nd floor so if you have a heavy case you should consider this - I asked for the upper floor as I don't feel safe on the ground floor, travelling alone. TV wasn't working this time, it said no signal (had same room last weekend and was fine then).
