Great facilities, staff. Very quiet rooms for good sleep before early flight. Easy walk to airport. Buses drop off nearby, too. Kitchen served food late. Refrigerators have sandwiches, salads, fruit and EXCELLENT chocolate mousse. Beers on tap. Cost was high for my budget. Important that staff manned the desk for check in and out AM through late evening (maybe later, I don't know.) Nice areas in lobby to meet up, lounge.

I do not like that this facility is cash free. I do not want to be locked in to digital transactions. Denmark and Sweden moving toward tech infrastructure that locks people into digital only, which enables controlling people's activities, travel and transaction like they do in China. That would have been a deal breaker for me if I had been able to find an alternative.

Convenient location if you have an early flight. A bit pricy but standard for Denmark. The breakfast starts at 530 but they provide a bagged breakfast from 3-530, just order it the night before. Easy walk to the terminal.

There is a gym but it was closed while I was there. Not a deal breaker but it's a feature they advertise and it was not available without explanation.

Everything about this hotel was thoughtful and convenient with class. Walking distance from the airport, laundry facilities, 24 hr food available, self check-in and out --- all while being incredibly clean, friendly, and stylish.

Only thing that was odd (which might be cultural because we saw this elsewhere in Europe) was that the shower is not enclosed. It had a glass partition on one side between the toilet, but otherwise open (and allows water spray) to the rest of the bathroom. Extremely minor though, but a possible slip risk.

Breakfast was exceptionally good - best hotel breakfast I've had in years. The room was clean and there were helpful ironing rooms on each floor for sorting out my work clothes.

There is an additional fee for checking in prior to 3pm and they were very militant on this, even though the hotel clearly wasn't that busy.

If you have paid via booking.com then ( due to the bug) you should not use the self chech-in, because you would be charged twice.

I used the hotel for 4th time. Great location because even for your duties in the city, metro is so convenient. Breakfast is from 5;30 but they allowed me from 5:15 as I had a very early flight. They have also comfortable area downstairs for working on PC.

The architectural minimalism is a bit too far. I had bathroom 4 x 4 meters, but just 60 cm bath in the middle of the empty wall and no place to put the cosmetic stuff at all. The same goes for clothes. 3 arm hangers and plenty small hangers but otherwise you are living out of the suitcase. I had a room close to lifts and I could hear silently but still every lift.

This was excellent. I can't understand why it didn't have higher ratings from other reviewers. It was a nice, clean facility. The breakfast was excellent. The check out times were super flexible. The location in the airport was so convenient. As others said, it is fantastic not to have to even go outside from the airport. I would definitely consider staying again if visiting Copenhagen.

The WIFI disconnected us some (had to log back in several times), but it wasn't a major problem. When walking to the hotel you have to go through the Clarion and there could be a little bit better (more obvious) signage to direct to the Comfort hotel (you have to keep walking past Clarion reception and take the hallway to the right of the reception desk). Otherwise, there weren't any other concerns. The stay was extremely positive. I would definitely recommend it.

We stayed here because we had a very early flight from Copenhagen airport, and in such cases Comfort Hotel is almost unbeatable as you are staying just a 3-4 minute walk from the airport. Staff were very welcoming and professional and the hotel is clean and well organised. Breakfast pretty good as well, served from 5:30 and with plenty of sweet and savoury options.

There were three things we didn't love, and some of these might be completely personal. First of all, the mattress and pillows were too soft for our taste. Secondly, the quality of the toilet paper was not the best. Thirdly, we stayed on the top floor in a room close to the lifts and the fact is that you could hear the lift mechanism all through the evening, night and morning. I imagine this is only really a problem in the 2-3 rooms closest to the lifts, and perhaps only on the top floor, but it is a shame if you are a light sleeper.

A large hotel at the airport of Copenhagen, easy to reach (last exit before the bridge to Malmö). The room was quiet, despite being not far away from the runway. Breakfast was good with a broad selection. The staff was helpful and polite.

Parking even in front of the hotel is handled by the airport. The ticket machines were a nightmare to handle (software crash, not accepting the credit card initially), it took ca. 30 minutes to get the ticket finally! It would be great if the hotel could issue parking tickets as well! Cleanliness in the hotel was sub-optimal with hairs of previous guests in the bath room...

This place is literally just walking distance from the airport. You can easily walk under cover the whole way from the hotel to the airport terminals. The rooms had bunk beds, and the kids loved it. It also had 2 toilets and showers so handy for big family.

We had issues with lights on the bunk beds overloading the power supply in our room causing blackouts. This happened twice and there's no physical phone in the room, so you had to go to the reception for someone to then flick back the switch. It was bit annoying and not safe for kids on the bunk bed if the room gets dark all of a sudden.
