The hotel was nice and warm. We stayed 5 nights and didn’t experience anything bad. Location is close to metro. We had a mini kitchen and microwave which is really hepfull to have some breakfast. There is one thing I can critisize is housekeeping… The room hasn’t cleaned properly once. The housekeeper only tied up the bed and nothing else:( The room, floors or bathroom was dirty while We leaving … Hope you do smthn about this.

Nice, modern hotel, very conveniently located 2 mins from the metro, which takes you into the centre of Copenhagen in only 7 mins. The studio was large and had a very comfy bed. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved being so close to the beach, even in winter! As it's a mainly residential area, it was quiet and very safe in the evenings. that suited us perfectly.

The small kitchenette is fine for breakfasts or making sandwiches, but I think you'd struggle to cook a meal. The bathroom was very small, but it didn't bother me at all. If you want to be in the centre of the action, the location might not be for you, but it was perfect for us.

We loved that this location was away from the city center and so close to the beach. However, it was also quick to get the city on the metro to explore when we felt up to doing so. After being in lots of busy cities on our trip, it was so relaxing to be able to just chill out, ride bikes around the water and relax by the beach. Everyone at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The bike rental was also super convenient. The bed and pillows were very comfy and having a large loft with high ceilings after being in so many tiny rooms was really lovely. It was also nice to have a little kitchenette and kettle for tea and whatnot. There was also a laundry room in the hotel which was very convenient!

The bathroom style has the toilet and shower all on one level without a partition or step so the whole floor gets wet when you shower, but I think that's a common trait in Scandinavian countries and is found in most hotels there. They provided a squeegee thing to "sweep" the water to the drain which helped a lot. The room was also hot in the afternoons (no AC) and didn't get a lot of airflow even when we opened the windows fully. But there was a fan provided so we were able to sleep with that on. My understanding is that we were there on some of the hottest days of the year so it's probably not an issue except for a few days of the year. We also didn't spend much time in the room during the day because we were out and about so it wasn't a huge issue.

The room was excellent - worth paying a bit extra for more space and a balcony. There was a generous wardrobe space, mini fridge, kettle and all the usual 'extra' touches to make a stay a bit more special. The location was simply outstanding - a short stroll to the metro stop and a few minutes' walk to an amazing beach, outdoor pool and array of restaurants and shops.

Although I loved the room, I really disliked the ill-thought out position of the bathroom door. It was right beside the bed when it 'should' have been located around the corner as you entered the room. With no obvious ventilation in the bathroom, this was a major minus point for the person sleeping inches away from the entryway. Fine in a cheap hostel but not really acceptable at a premium price.

Short walk to public transport 5 mins until walk to Metro 2 line. Slightly far from the city but it’s only a few stops on the metro. We got a free room upgrade which was great. The kitchen facilities were good we were cooking some meals so it was great to have and the kitchenette was well equipped. The hotel was very modern. Overall liked the property

Wasn’t really sure how to control the heating. Switching the thermostat didn’t do much. Would be great to have some essentials like cooking oil salt, pepper etc in the kitchen. The bathroom shower was so weird it made the whole floor wet as others mention it’s a standard in the country.

Outstanding staff, they changed our room since there were warmer ones available. The street is a bit dark but few minutes from Orsund and next metro station, few stops from city center and from Copenhagen airport. The kitchen allows to cook and save a lot of money on meals (eating outside in Copenhagen is painfully expensive). Few minutes walking from the hotel there's a Lidl with very honest prices. The laundry is cheap and clean. Excellent value per price

Nothing bad to , in case you need a swimming pool, a jacuzzi or a parking for an helicopter 🚁 , this accomodation doesn't offer them, anyway it's impossible to find them in this location for this price.

The staff was so helpful and professional. Even though I had paid for cheaper room, I got upgrade and had a room with a terrace, which was super nice from the staff. The room was really calm and luxurious, everything was clean, I got an electric kettle with coffee and tea and bed was really comfortable. The best was of course the view out of my room/terrace, which made the accomodation unique! At breakfast there was so many options and the area was so cosy and hygge! My experience from Denmark was much better than expectation! I will definitely come back, when I am in Copenhagen again!

The rooms are nice, spacy, quiet, with comfortable beds. Nice bathroom.

I stayed first time in the hotel in 2020 when the place was pretty new. By now, traces of heavy use are visible: The wooden floor in the room would need proper cleaning, the black walls above the desk and the wardrobe need treatment, the woollen carpet in front of the bed looks dirty and would need cleaning, same for the doona on the bed, which has spots. At the breakfast, the only yoghurt available is a low-fat, which is basically tasteless. Organic products and better-quality tea and coffee would be appreciated for the high price of the breakfast.

The property is 6 minutes away from the metro station, in a good neighborhood, has a great breakfast offering, large suites with comfortable beds and 8 minutes away from the City Centre. And if you want to cook while on your stay, some rooms or suites provide all the essentials to ensure. The staff are also very helpful and friendly… can’t remember her name at the front desk but she was so accommodating from my check-in and also assisted with calls to the airport for my lost luggage, thank you again!

Everything was ideal…my only recommendation for the rooms with kitchens (I had a studio)…is that better non-stick pans be provided. I am an experienced cook and it’s the first time I had food being over cooked or burnt if unattended to within minutes.

Staff very friendly and provide bag storage when checking out . Great location near the metro which was every 4 mins so very easy to get into the centre There was a Lidl 200m away which was handy for food. The room had a full size fridge and kettle and an electric hob with saucepans etc which was good for storing drinks and sandwiches etc. very large room with a sofa and tv . Single beds were comfy tea and coffee sachets provided for 1 night. Room has a large bathroom with wet room but 2nd room booked had a huge bedroom area but a very tiny bathroom like a broom cupboard.

Nowhere to store clothes !! Given a few hangers on a coat rail on the wall. No drawers or wardrobe and the bedside tables were unusable as made of metal so no solid surface on top. Tv was danish tv or mtv if you wanted English. Had kettle and fridge but no toaster so could not make a simple toast breakfast but seemed odd to have an electric hob next to a sink to cook or fry something but no toaster or grill. The room would have been perfect with a solid bedside table and wardrobe and maybe a toaster. The room tried to be too industrial style but this let it down as impractical when storing all your holiday clothes on the chair! Looked impressive when you walked in but soon became impractical the longer you stayed in the room.
